Hi, I’m Sheree Comninellis. I’ve worked in corporate training for the past 17 years. Over this time I have become a subject matter expert in L&D, Organisational Development and Leadership Development. When I reflect on my career to date, I realise that leading people and empowering them to unlock their performance is my zone of genius. My philosophy is that it's quality of your leadership determines your team's performance. And, so by working on your leadership skills, you are able to improve the performance of your team. I provide leadership resources and programmes to help you build a high performing team. Having been the CEO of a small business myself, I know how much of us it takes.
