Hi, I’m Sheree Comninellis. I’ve worked in corporate training for the past 17 years. Over this time I have become a subject matter expert in L&D, Organisational Development and Leadership Development. When I reflect on my career to date, I realise that leading people and empowering them to unlock their performance is my zone of genius. My philosophy is that it's quality of your leadership determines your team's performance. And, so by working on your leadership skills, you are able to improve the performance of your team. I provide leadership resources and programmes to help you build a high performing team. Having been the CEO of a small business myself, I know how much of us it takes. And, I really want you to reap the rewards of your hard work. Whether that means buying your dream home, spending more time with your babies, exploring new interests, travelling the world, investing in causes you care about or even just getting to not work on the weekend.
