This past weekend, all of our grandkids came to stay overnight. The house was full of laughter, energy and love. The very next day, we received the greatest gift of all: the arrival of our seventh grandchild, Evelyn Mae.

She came into the world at a healthy 6.9 pounds and 19 inches long, and she's already deeply loved. Mommy, Daddy, and baby are blessed and well.

Moments like these remind me why we do the work we do: to build legacies, nurture relationships and invest in futures that extend beyond ourselves.

I'm feeling especially grateful today. For family, for community and for the opportunity to live out these values in every area of life!

When I think of Harmony, I think of its quiet power, its ability to calm the storm.

It's the strength that can walk into a tense room and lower the temperature. The one that helps people find common ground when it feels impossible.

What's always struck me is that #Harmony doesn't erase differences. It weaves them together. It helps us hear one another, find resolution, and move forward with more peace than we started with.

Sometimes our greatest strengths give us a boost toward clear, confident conversations. Other times… those same strengths trip us up!

For example: #Relators might shy away from hard truths to protect relationships. #Achievers can be so focused on action that they skip alignment.

That tension is the magic: strengths aren’t “good” or “bad”—they’re tools. The key is knowing when they’re helping you, and when they’re holding you back.
