Over the last year, I have partnered closely with my friend and colleague Anthony Kavouras to prepare for this moment. Anthony has led 34 Strong to record growth as President and will now serve as our CEO and as a partner in the business. His leadership has strengthened our government and enterprise practice, and expanded our impact in ways that position us for an exciting future.

I am also proud to share that Terry Dola will become President. Terry brings decades of global leadership experience from her time with The Walt Disney Company and she has an extraordinary ability to build cultures of excellence. She will guide our team and operations with vision and heart.

We are equally thrilled to welcome Alisha Mecier as Chief Revenue Officer. Alisha brings more than twenty years of experience in strategic growth and will elevate our partnerships across all sectors.

As for me, I will continue to play a very active role across our companies. As Chairman I will focus on strategic vision, new partnerships, brand building, global collaborations, podcasting, public speaking and opening new business opportunities. I will also continue to champion the CoachStrong ecosystem and our work integrating Listening Intelligence, strengths development and AI-enabled tools that support coaches and people leaders worldwide.

I am not going anywhere. I am fully committed to seeing our brands thrive and to supporting our leaders as they take us forward.

Our daughter, Madeline has lived on Oahu for 3 years now.
She’s worked at Starbucks for almost 4, and through their college program, she’s just 1 year away from graduation!

That kind of consistency doesn’t happen by chance.
It’s built through small, daily choices, showing up on the days you don’t feel like it, staying kind when no one’s watching, and finishing what you start.

Analyn and I couldn’t be prouder.
We’ve always told our kids that hard work might not guarantee success, but it always builds character.

Watching Maddie stay steady through change reminded me of what we teach in our work every day.

This weekend was one of them.

Analyn and I had the honor of joining the annual Denim & Diamonds Gala for xHope an incredible organization bringing hope, love, education and practical support to vulnerable youth and families across the Sacramento region.

34 Strong, Inc. was proud to serve as the Presenting Sponsor, part of our ongoing Mission to a Million, creating impact that multiplies beyond the workplace.

My friend Anthony Kavouras and I shared stories from our two decades of service on the XHope board, reflecting on the lives transformed through this work.

When Analyn Miller and I first started raising our seven kids, we were learning in real time, balancing family, faith and business all at once.

There were nights when the schedule felt impossible.
Days when one of us was traveling, the other juggling school, sports and dinner.
And moments when we’d look at each other and wonder if we were really doing it right.

What we learned through all those seasons is that family doesn’t have to be perfect to be incredible.

It’s not about getting everything right, it’s about staying connected when things go wrong. It’s about grace, communication and the courage to lead at home the same way we lead at work.

That belief became the foundation for Incredible Family, our mission to help parents lead their families with the same intentionality they bring to their careers.

There are weekends that fill your heart more than a whole year of busy days, this was one of them.

We celebrated Thanksgiving early this year and it felt extra special. All seven of our kids were home and we loved every minute of having the whole crew together!

Lola and Bpa took the grands for a night so the kids could go out, reconnect and enjoy time with each other.

The next day, we gathered for our Thanksgiving feast and a beautiful time of giving thanks to the Lord.

Mama Miller, our very own Analyn, led us in prayer and song and it set the tone for a meaningful moment of gratitude and worship.

Family time is a gift.
Faith is a gift.
And moments like these remind me what truly matters.
