I’ve always believed real growth happens in community. The biggest breakthroughs in my life haven’t come from doing it alone—they’ve come from being around people who challenge, inspire, and push me to be better. What’s one lesson you’ve learned from being a part of a community?

We’re wrapping up Season 2 with a strength that almost didn’t make the cut, #Includer! I sat down with Jonathan Davey, of RenewYourWorkplace.com to talk about what it really means to create space for others, how inclusion shapes leadership, and why it’s not always about adding more people—it’s about building the right environment. Did you know? ✅ Includers instinctively notice who’s being left out and bring them in. ✅ Includers thrive on collaboration, but they must recognize when broadening the circle might dilute focus.  ✅ Strong leadership with Includer requires balance, because not every space can include everyone. 🎧 Listen now with the link in the comments!

New year, same healthy habits. Staying committed to my health has less to do with resolutions and more to do with routine. Life gets busy, and it’s easy to let workouts slide, so I started treating the gym like any other priority—I put it on my calendar. If it’s scheduled, it happens. It’s not about chasing perfection. It’s about showing up, staying consistent, and keeping my energy up so I can bring my best to everything else. How are you keeping your healthy habits on track this year?

True leadership is about lifting others up, opening doors, and making sure our influence leaves a lasting, positive impact. It’s about using our influence for something bigger than ourselves. Looking back on moments like this one in India, I’m reminded that the work we do isn’t just about business success—it’s about impact. I’ve been incredibly fortunate to have been able to use my strengths and resources to support global communities, working alongside incredible leaders to create opportunities, invest in people’s development, and build a brighter future for youth. Giving back isn’t just something I do, it is a core part of who I am.

Entrepreneurship isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about staying curious enough to find them. The most successful entrepreneurs I know ask more questions than they give answers. 💡 What question are you asking this week?
