I used to chase fast growth. Now I care more about: ✔ Feeling regulated, not rushed ✔ Attracting aligned clients—not chasing randos in DMs ✔ Saying no without spiraling If you’re building your brand without hype, hustle, or pretending to be a “six-figure healer” while crying in the Whole Foods parking lot—You’re doing just fine. Keep it honest. Keep it human. Slow growth is sustainable success. And if you need help getting there, I can give you a hand. Just DM me (anything you want) and I’ll get back to you slightly faster than usual.

You know what’s not healthy? Launching your wellness offer like it’s a bootcamp for your nervous system. Tense shoulders. 20+ tabs open. Forgetting how to blink. Slow launches might not be sexy… But neither is burnout. Pace yourself. Breathe. You don’t need to be everything, everywhere, all at once. You need to be well.

If clients keep dropping off, it’s not because you suck. In health and wellness, the real challenge isn’t getting clients—it’s keeping them satisfied. Without a clear journey, a sense of progress, or real community, even the most excited clients can fizzle out. But with the right structure, they stay longer, go deeper, and get better results. And you get the stability to keep growing, too. Shoot me a DM and I’ll show you how to get there

For most of my early life, exercise felt like a chore. But when I was 19, dance changed everything 🕺 It helped me to: • Stay fit • Express myself • Process my emotions • Find community • Push my limits • Set goals Even if I fall off, the passion never leaves me. 1 practice session later and I'm 19 again. It reminds me how magical life can be when I move with intention. Not to mention, I’m one of the few people that has the most fun on the dance floor. So if the gym bores you or running feels like torture… Find a studio. Try a class. You might just fall in love. Now it's your turn. What physical activity lights you up? 🎇

When you’re on the road to better health, it’s easy to focus on the external stuff. The workouts. The supplements. The routines. But the body doesn’t change unless the mind does first. And that starts with seeing yourself as already healthy — before it becomes reality. Not in a “just think positive” kind of way. But in a grounded, felt way. Visualizing what high energy feels like. Moving without pain. Waking up clear and calm, instead of wired and tired. Sounds simple. But the science behind it is real. Your brain responds to imagined experiences the same as it does to real ones. And through consistent visualizing, your nervous system starts believing it’s safe to heal. Stress softens. Inflammation lowers. The body understands: it’s okay to repair now. It’s not magic. It’s how we’re wired. And you don’t need a 10-step routine to start healing. Just a quiet moment to see yourself as already whole. That vision? It’s the roadmap. And your body’s been waiting for it. – Before healing comes believing. If what you read aligns with your own journey, drop a follow: Constantin Diessner ☺️ – PS: I left one em dash in this post. Hope I still earn a place in your hearts 😉

How to turn your wellness brand into a walking contradiction: • Post about the benefits of green smoothies while double-fisting nuggets from the McDonalds drive-thru • Conduct a live healing session at 2am like a psych major on Adderall • Share nervous system regulation tips while binging your favourite drug cartel shows • Crank out reels, TikToks, emails, blog posts, and a rage-tweet thread… all in one cortisol-fueled afternoon • Close out your Life Transformation PDF with unsolicited dating advice And while you’re at it, step away from Canva and attend that yoga class you keep putting off ;) If you need help with this, DM me “CORTISOL”.

Sales get attention. Evidence earns trust. Here’s how to build real credibility in your health and wellness posts: ✅ Pull from a mix of sources—not just one headline ✅ Double-check the source (is it evidence-based or just loud?) ✅ If there’s not many resources, use personal examples—but be honest about it ✅ ALWAYS cite your sources. Example: Sharing something about nervous system regulation? Link to a study and mention what you’ve seen work with clients. People trust you more when you’re clear about what’s fact and what’s personal insight. That clarity = credibility.

Trendy offers are like hot tea. Cute, fast, everywhere. But bone broth? Tastes weird. Takes time. Enjoyed by less people. But it nourishes. Build your brand like bone broth: • Deep, not flashy • Slow, not shallow • Satisfying to the last drop Forget the algorithm. Forget about spilling the tea. Feed your tribe. (And if you’re out of bones, I can throw you one. DM me (insert random word here) for help!)

In wellness, saying “I help people feel better” is not enough. The market’s full of those messages. But people aren’t looking for vague promises — they’re looking for connection. Words that see them. Offers that speak to their specific struggles. A voice that cuts through the noise and says: “This is for you.” That kind of clarity doesn’t just attract — it builds trust. If your message isn’t landing, maybe it’s time to refine it. DM me — happy to help your story stand out.

You don’t need to trigger people to sell your offer. In the wellness space, trust is currency. And the best way to earn it? ✨ Educate, don’t exaggerate ✨ Invite, don’t pressure ✨ Respect your audience’s timing, not your revenue goals You can grow with integrity and make money. Your dream clients don’t need to be “convinced.” They just need to feel safe.

Signs your writing is cooked 🍳: • You draft everything with AI • You repurpose most of your posts instead of creating new stuff • You don’t explore new formats or subjects • You haven’t read or watched anything new in months • You’re living your personal life on repeat • You engage with the same people like they’re your OG crew from high school • You only get likes from bot accounts like Eric Otten, MS • You still haven’t started your email list • You don’t actually write anymore How to break free: Do the opposite. Try a weird format. Write for once. Touch grass 🌱 (Not calling anyone out. I’m the real villain here 😓) – If you’ve lived long enough to become the villain, follow me anyway: Constantin Diessner

Are you a morning person that gets 8 hours of sleep but still feels sluggish? You might be wrong about yourself. I used to believe I was an early bird. For years I’d set my alarm to 6am––sometimes it worked. But 9/10 times, getting out of bed was an uphill battle. Even worse, sometimes I would get up early, only to waste that precious time scrolling in bed. It wasn’t until last month, when I uploaded a post on my struggles staying consistent, that I was like “derp…” The comment thread (shoutout to Jean Paul) hit me like a ton of bricks. It got me reflecting on times I struggled to get up (8am classes in university, anyone?) That day I realized that I might not be a morning warrior. And that’s okay. So instead of fighting my natural inclinations, I went with them. I pushed my wake up times to 7am-8am and my bedtimes to 11pm-12am. And while I’m still ironing things out, I must admit, my days flow a lot better. I’m more consistent with my morning writing routine. I’m more alert throughout the day. And I feel less guilty staying up late to watch anime. So if you’re feeling sluggish during the day despite getting 8 hours of sleep… Try changing up your wake up times. The Ashton Halls of the world aren’t gonna judge. And you might end up hitting snooze less often. –– For more personal health musings, follow me at Constantin Diessner

You didn’t start your business to become a robot. You started it to help people transform. To heal. Uplift. Empower. And to create a life that actually feels good for you. But now you’re at a crossroads: Grow your business or keep things personal? Because as soon as you hear “scaling” or “automation,” it feels like you're choosing systems over soul. But here’s the truth: You can grow without becoming transactional. You can streamline without sounding like a script. You can scale and stay human. It’s about how you communicate that transformation—at every stage of the client journey. ✨ That’s where strategic content and email flows come in. ✨ That’s what I help wellness coaches build. If you’re ready to grow in a way that feels like you, drop a “human” below—or DM me and I’ll share how I can help.

I ordered pizza last night. Here's what it taught me about LinkedIn: • Like great LinkedIn content, a great pizza is nothing without a well-baked crust, zesty sauce, and the melt-in-your mouth paradise of cheese. • Like great LinkedIn posts, pizza is always there for you when you need it the most. • It pays to be polarizing. Case in point: Hawaiian pizza. • You can turn any mundane life situation into a LinkedIn post. Don't sleep on pizza (literally and figuratively). It could become your next LinkedIn breakthrough. Agree?

Success used to mean a waitlist and $10K months. Now it means: • Not dreading content • Taking pride in what I offer • Having space to take mid-day nature walks (and revenge bedtime procrastination 😜) Growth? Still always on my mind. But I’ve changed the metric. And honestly? I’m at ease. And I realized that after all this time, The real milestone is peace.
