Leaving this place better than where I found it.

“What if I don’t do it?”

The recent Nike ad and spin on the iconic “Just Do It” had my heart beating in ways I didn’t know it could. ♥️ 

It shines a light on the fear and anxiety we all carry—and then dares us to choose what we’ll do in spite of them.

This hits home for me both personally and professionally. 

Two nights ago, we had to break the news to my son that he missed qualifying for the national tournament—the one he had been aiming for all year.

He missed qualifying by just one stroke. 

One. Stroke. 

Months of practice, and we are staying home this Fall. 

I braced for frustration, disappointment, and maybe some tears. 

But he didn’t say a word.

No meltdown. No excuses. Just a steady glance at the phone—searching for his next window to qualify.

That’s the choice Nike is really talking about.
	•	Fear exists.
	•	Anxiety exists.
	•	But they don’t get the final word.

The only true loss is choosing not to step up or keep going. 

One stroke away. One season away. One choice away.

So—what if you don’t do it?

You’ll never know how close you really were or what you are capable of BEcoming. 

So, why not? 👉Just Do It.
