How? 

This is my story.

In 2011, I took a leap of faith by coming to Singapore, alone, without a job, without knowing anyone, without money (bare minimum to survive) and I said to myself "let's try to find a job within six months and if I fail, I will go back to France".

The first year was really difficult and I was about to give up, but one of my friends encouraged me to continue, to fight, to be more resilient and eventually I managed to get my first job, shortly after, thanks to her precious advices. (And for the record, that friend became my wife ;))

Out of my 15 years working as Talent Acquisition/Recruiter, I have:
📧 Reviewed more than 150k CV's 
🎤 Interviewed more than 23k candidates 
🤝 Hired more than 16k talents globally

So naturally, after I was done with corporate and wanted to get out of the rat race, the next step for me was to offer career coach to senior professionals who struggle with this crazy job market !

And then, in 2023, I founded TalentFB, helping senior, directors and VP professionals, with unconventional job search strategies.
