In 2021, one of my founding employee left us. 
 
He left to start his own agency. 
 
I still remembered how I felt. 
 
It sucked. 
 
But his exit interview left me in pieces... 
 
"Everything I know today, I learned it from you."

I still remember how he got started.

- A pain point you solve

The more time people waste on things that don’t matter…
…the longer before they get results.
(or the faster they give up)

I used to think that having a great offer was enough to attract clients.

(I couldn't have been more wrong.)

After nearly going bankrupt in my first venture,
I realized I was missing a crucial piece of the puzzle.

It wasn't until I attended a Tony Robbins workshop that it clicked.

The key to a successful offer isn't just about what you're selling...
It's about WHO you're selling it to.

You could have the most incredible product or service in the world...
But if you're not targeting the right audience...
It's all for nothing.

This realization led me to completely revamp my agency's approach.

Instead of trying to convince the local market of the value of funnels, I shifted my focus to targeting people who were already familiar with the concept.

Back then, it was coaches and experts who were using platforms like Clickfunnels but were frustrated with the ugly design options.

By aligning my offer with the needs and pain points of this specific audience, everything changed.

Suddenly, leads were pouring in.

I became "the" conversion designer.

The guy that designs stuff that sells.

The lesson?

A offer that works is one that is tailor-made for your ideal client.

It speaks directly to their deepest desires and provides a solution to their most pressing problems.

When you get crystal clear on who you serve and what they need most, crafting an irresistible offer becomes infinitely easier.

So, how do you make sure your offer hits the mark every time?

Start by getting to know your target audience inside and out.

What keeps them up at night?
What are their big dreams and aspirations?
How can your product or service help them get from where they are to where they want to be?

The more you understand about your ideal client, the more effectively you can position your offer as the perfect fit.

This is exactly what I did when I niched down to focus on conversion-focused design for online marketers.

By becoming intimately familiar with their needs and challenges, I was able to create an offer that was impossible to resist.

The result?

My agency skyrocketed from struggling to find clients to winning multiple industry awards and enjoying a thriving, international client base.

All because I took the time to craft an offer that truly worked for my ideal audience.

So, if you want to create an offer that practically sells itself, remember this:
It's not about casting a wide net and hoping for the best.

It's about targeting the right people with the right message at the right time.
