Ended up growing them from 2 to 9 sales reps during my tenure. In this time I’ve seen the Sales team grow from 1 to 50+ people and the GTM team scale from less than 5 to 100+ people. 💡 Bitrise wasn’t the first company I’ve had success at either. Prior to joining: 1️⃣ I was among the top 10% of Sellers at Keyence, one of the largest Private companies globally with a world-class Sales team, and 2️⃣ stabilised the revenue flow of a new Value Added Reseller within 6 months as their Founding Sales Rep. 💡 What now? 🏆 I still love training and mentoring Sales reps and wanted a way to do that without having to deal with corporate politics.
