If you’re selling B2B these days... Building a consistent and scalable qualified pipeline is really hard. You've probably tried: ❌ Increase activity — doesn’t yield better results ❌ Build templatized “team” sequences — didn’t work ❌ Adding more headcount — doesn’t scale linearly These methods "work"... But these are costing you a LOT and don’t let you experiment quickly and in a systematic way to learn what works, bake these back into your GTM, and refine your sales strategy… especially in today’s economy, where fewer people buy from you, fast copycats steal your leads with a $29 one-time offer, and AI is completely changing the game. That's why we help our customers unlock their own repeatable outbound system: Within 180 days, our team will help you to: ✅ Ensure emails reach the inbox ✅ Reach out to the right people and the right accounts ✅ Send personalized, relevant messages ✅ Boost sales effectiveness ✅ Understand what works on your market, and what doesn’t to refine pipeline generation More than 30+ scaling B2B companies trust us with building, fixing, or scaling their pipeline generation. Our clients typically see measurable improvements within 3 months. And once we fix the fundamentals, all you (or your sales team) will have to do is give us another sales play to run, iterate, and scale. Here’s what 4 of our customers had to say: "We’ve even hired out some of the so-called “top agencies. None of them brought the same depth and understanding that Brigita did. The entire approach was different, and what’s even better is that most of this is automated and personalized. Everyone else running cold emails is using old, overused techniques and that’s why it doesn’t work" - Dhruv, Founder @Aftersell “Brigi's data-driven and programmatic approaches, we saw results that were higher yielding than out Sales-led outbound motion” - Nichole, CRO @ Relayfi "I have done outbound for 10 years but it changed a lot. Brigi helped to figure out the right structure, the right tools, and the right systems and I was able to focus on closing the business” - Elena, Head of Sales @Subscribfy “Brigi's systems helped us to book 3 qualified sales calls within the first week of launch. We’re launching new campaigns in other markets right now" - Theo, BD lead in the UK Want to get a systematic way to run, iterate, and scale to drive a qualified pipeline? I’ll audit your target account lists, and sales copy and help you with what’s next: https://calendly.com/growth-today/intro-meeting

One task. Three RevOps leaders. Very different vibes. Some say Gen Z had it too easy. Others say Boomers just needed more time… The days of tab-hopping, file formatting, and enriching manually…. are over. Why pay for 3+ providers when you can have them all? If your reps are still waiting days for contact data… maybe it’s time to FullEnrich. Work smart, not (just) hard ✌️ P.S. Matcha or coffee? 🔄 Repost if you could resonate 👍 If you liked it

Most copy advice is opinion. But here’s something you should absolutely not do: Hyperlink your calendar in the email. You ask away too much. And way too early. One thing we tested multiple times and that always works is ending your emails with something like: - Can I show you how? → provides value - Have you looked into this? → Ask for a need - Does this resonate at all? → Validate your hypothesis All are Soft. Human. Low ask. If anyone needs more examples, or if you have run out of ideas, here are 80 CTAs you can copy and paste.

Everyone’s so hooked on “customizing” their outreach with these lines… so I collected them all in one place….. 1. Saw you use Calendly… so do we. Felt like fate. 2. Congrats on being promoted last year! I waited a respectful 11 months to follow up. 3. Your CEO liked a post once — and now here I am. The algorithm clearly wanted this. 4. Big fan of your company’s mission. Definitely read past the headline on the website. 5. Saw you’re based in Toronto. That’s cool. I once had a layover there. 6. Are you the right person for this? And if not, can you forward this like it’s 2006? 7. I see you use Zoom. We also use Zoom. Let’s Zoom about that? ------- 🔄 repost if you find it useful 👍 react with ❤️ if you have ever done this

Most cold emails ask prospects if “diversity is a priority this year.” We’d rather show them we already know it is. For this campaign, we built a Clay workflow that: 1️⃣ Scraped annual reports from UK and Irish companies (beyond SEC/EDGAR) 2️⃣ Checked if companies were listed on EU-regulated markets — meaning they’re legally required to report on diversity and inclusion goals 3️⃣ Identified executives who’ve publicly spoken about DEI — and pulled the quote with the source link 4️⃣ Parsed reports for each company’s top 5 DEI initiatives 5️⃣ Used those findings to personalize outreach to TA and DEI leaders This wasn’t a guessing game. We weren’t asking if they “care about DEI.” We showed them that we had read their report, understood their priorities, and knew who owned the initiative internally. If the data is public and relevant, we can build outbound systems for you that can reflect that. Have a creative idea and want to build something similar that stands out? Are you manually setting up thousands of emails and domains? Here’s how to save 90% of your time doing this and get better response rates (easy lift!) I used to: 1. Buy new email addresses 2. Buy new domains 3. Set up the MX records 4. Set up DKIM records 5. Set up the SPF records 6. Update the DNS records 7. Forward the domain 8. Configure each and every email address 9. Forward the email addresses 10. Rotate the IP addresses 11. Set up the warming 12. Monitor the email addresses health 13. Fix a lot of issues on warming To ensure my email hits the inbox and gets a solid response rate. And I hated every part of it 🤮 It was time-consuming 😫 And not the best use of my time 🫠 So, I started using Maildoso It saved thousands of hours setting up and managing those accounts. Now I can: 1. Automatically figure out all those crazy technical stuff like MX, SPF, DKIM ⭢ Perfect for everybody who is not technical or likes maximizing time 2. Rotate IP addresses ⭢ Reach a better deliverability 3. Automatically forward the domain to your main site ⭢ No more hassle with updating DNS records and waiting for the tech team to update them I can connect hundreds of inboxes and configure all the technical settings I need to hit the inbox — all these in less than 5 minutes. More about Maildoso in the comment ✌️ p.s Slack message: seems familiar?

I’ve turned 31 last week — 5 things I wish I had known sooner. If I could go back and give my younger self advice, I wouldn’t tell myself to work harder. I wouldn’t tell them to have a perfect plan either. I’d just tell them these 5 things: 1️⃣ Environment shapes you more than you think Friends? Family? Market? Peers? We overestimate how much our own efforts determine success and underestimate how much our environment does. You can be as talented as possible, but if you’re in a non-supportive/challenging environment, you won’t grow. You can be average in skills, but if you’re in a high-support environment (be it the market itself, the company, or your family), you’ll grow. Be mindful of the environments you put yourself in—and the ones you stay in. 2️⃣ Leave victims behind I come from a relatively troubled family situation (even the country I’m from? Most people haven’t even heard of it..). But this never stopped me. You can look at your circumstances and say, "This is why it’s harder for me." Or you can say: "This is why I’ll grow faster than others." Because if you can navigate challenges most people never have to face, you grow faster, adapt quicker, and build stronger than they ever will. You don’t always choose where you start—but you can always choose where you go. 3️⃣ Huge differences: work vs. progress Some people work all day and go nowhere. Others do less but move 10x faster. The difference? - They work with people who actually want to win. - They don’t wait to be told what to do—they figure it out. - They focus on what actually moves the needle instead of just being busy. Hard work matters. But who you work with and what you work on matters more 4️⃣ Systemize Being successful isn't about being the smartest person in the room. It’s about being the most consistent. An average company with proper GTM execution will beat a well-funded one that just burns money. An average person who shows up every day will outperform someone with more talent but no structure. You don’t have to be special. You have to be consistent. And the fastest way to be consistent? Build a system that forces you to take action, even when you don’t feel like it. 5️⃣ You don’t need to know everything Most people overthink their way into staying the same. They wait. They doubt. They hesitate. But almost every major shift in my life happened because I took one action—without knowing 100% if it was the *right* move. - Making risky decisions - Publishing the posts - Saying yes before I was “ready.” At some point, you just have to go for it.

52

Most outbound advice is either way too fluffy… or way too robotic. “Just personalize more.” “Send more volume.” “Add some AI magic.” Cool. But how do you actually make it work? We put together a short video breaking down: 1. What to test before you even think about scaling 2. What metrics actually matter (and which ones don’t) 3. How we re-prospect our TAM every 90 days 4. And when it’s actually time to scale up 👉 If you’re running outbound or trying to figure it out — this might help.

We often think impact comes from big, world-changing moves... A huge achievement, a breakthrough moment, something that feels massive. But in reality? Big things happen because of the small things we do daily. Last week, I took a photo of my recurring UNICEF donation email. A small reminder that there are so many ways to make a difference—even on an individual level. The tech bubble is exactly that: a bubble. We talk about growth, strategy, and scaling companies. But outside of this world, there are problems much bigger than these. I wasn’t always in a position to give back. And that’s why I remind myself that it’s a privilege to be here now. The impact we make isn’t just about the BIG wins. It’s about the small choices, the daily actions, the moments where we decide to help—even in small ways. Because small things add up over time :-)

Want More Replies and Fewer Spams? Here’s How We’re Using AI Agents to Warm Up 1000+ Inboxes/Day. Traditional IMAP is limited, detectable, and less realistic. The more “real” signals you send, the more Google and Outlook trust you. That’s where AI agents come in. With Maildoso ’s AI agents, you can send more warmup emails, mimicking human behaviour 👀: 1. Real-browser sessions – Maildoso’s AI agents log into Gmail and Outlook via a browser, opening, replying, moving messages, and even “un-spamming” on human timing. 2. You can expand your current Instantly and Smartlead warmup volume! That means 130+ human-like touches per mailbox every day. 3. Faster recovery & cost-efficiency: You can heal your burned domains in 2-4 weeks faster than usual, and you’ll see 98 %+ inbox placement—all for just $5/mailbox/month. Copy and list building is just one part of the puzzle. The other is inbox placement. So we’ve added 5 tips and how to use AI agents. If you’re not getting enough responses or you’re running outbound for a while with little or no success, use Maildoso’s AI agents for 14 days, then ramp your cold sends without worrying about spam. ------- 🔄 Repost if you find it useful 👍 React so more people could benefit. 🔔 Hit the 🔔 on my profile and get more tactical tips on outbound Follow for more ⬇

Want more replies to your LinkedIn DMs? Here’s what got my attention — and how you can use it too Last week, I went through 150+ DMs. A few made me stop. Respond. Here’s what those messages had in common: 1. A quick voice note (I always listen) 2. A short video that shows the effort 3. A helpful offer (like audits or guides) — not a hard pitch (do you have time this week) 4. 1 line of research showed we did our homework 5. And sometimes... just asking the *right* person or picking up the phone We use lemlist to build multi-channel campaigns because: - We can build different steps/branches if the lead accepts the LinkedIn invite or doesn’t (impact is HUGE 🔥) - We can use ALL channels — be it email, LinkedIn, voice notes, manual steps, calls - We can use automated and manual steps — so we can operationalize steps and make the execution not just seamless BUT effective We only use Lemlist as a multichannel tool—for $99, you get 5 inboxes + 1 LinkedIn seat. There is no other tool on the market that provides all these for this price while having 5 email inboxes. (which is important because you won’t book meetings if you send 10 emails daily. So you need more inboxes!) Find it useful? Repost 🔄 Like it? React 👍 Want more tips on outbound? Hit the 🔔 Follow for more ⬇ #sales #ai #technology

Here’s one of the most creative outbound workflows we’ve built in Clay (so far). We wanted to reach DEI and TA leaders with messaging that didn’t feel like… well, outbound. So we built a system that scraped the context they actually cared about. Here’s how it worked: ✅ Found talent acquisition/HR/DEI leaders by country at scale using Amplemarket's Clay integration ✅ Pulled recent job ads at their companies ✅ Sent those ads through our client’s own job ad bias analyzer via API ✅ Segmented these prospects into separate workflows ✅ Added name drops & reference angles based on similarity ("snake tail" lookup logic in Clay) The result? Every prospect received messaging that reflected the real hiring language their team was using — and how it could be improved. We didn’t just say, "Saw you're hiring." We said, "We analyzed your job ad — here’s a way to make it more inclusive." PS — Have a creative idea and want to build something similar that stands out? Nobody would admit this. But I will. 5X times. 1. No sales processes We’ll get you leads — but you still need to close them. If you don’t have a stupid-proof, easy, repeatable system and sales talk track to close them, we’re probably too early for you. 2. You’ve never closed a cold lead before “We just need more calls, and we’ll close them” — maybe! But if you’ve never taken a cold lead all the way to a closed deal… don’t outsource yet. You simply will not make money on a growth agency/consultant/freelancer generated, if you cannot close them. 3. Your LTV is too low Growth only works if your LTV supports your CAC. If your offer is low-ticket or churn-heavy, you won’t be able to utilize an agency in the best way. 4. Your MRR is still early stage If a $5K–$10K/month agency fee would stretch your runway — hit pause. Building growth channels (and honestly any GTM motion) requires experimentation and resources. This means that growth is an accelerator, not a miracle. You’ll need a cushion (and patience) to make it work. TAKEAWAY Only hire somebody outside of your org if you: 1. Have PMF 2. Have a sales org/system 3. Have built 1 or 2 GTM channels and are willing and committed to make another one work

Becoming a top GTM engineer is so easy. You just need to be an expert at: → Cold email copywriting → Deliverability & inbox warmup → DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, huh?) → Mailreef, ScaledMail, Mailreef → Enrichment → Clay, Instantly.ai, Apollo, SalesNav, Prospeo.io, Icypeas Apify → Personalization frameworks → Scraping tools & APIs → Zapier + Make workflows → Multi-channel sequencing → CRM data normalization → Campaign testing & scaling → Offer creation → Signal-based targeting → Metrics & dashboards → Call scripts & DM templates → Not burning out while doing all this Easy, right? 😂 Let’s be real — being a GTM Engineer is part sales, part ops, and part tech. But if that sounds fun to you… Drop me a DM. #sales #growth #outbound

Here’s a step-by-step playbook that breaks down exactly how to book 70+ demos/month. If you have PMF, you just need the right system and the right people with whom you can work to make it happen. Here’s what’s inside: ✅ How to build an email infrastructure that lands in the inbox ✅ The exact copywriting frameworks & personalization tactics we use (yes, real examples) ✅ How to craft offers that get replies ✅ The 3 biggest levers that drive results (spoiler: it’s not just the copy) If you’re a CEO or Revenue/Sales Leader running outbound, this will save you months of trial and error. What you need to get started (for ~$1.5k/mo): - Instantly.ai - Clay - Maildoso, native Google, Microsoft - Sales Navigator - One SDR (or just you) What it takes to scale from 10 demos to 80+ demos (from ~$5k/mo): - All of the above - CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce)- must have! - Diversified signal tools (BuiltWith, Apify, etc.) and Claygent Want the full doc with frameworks, copy, and tools? 👇 Comment “playbook” so I can send it over. Outbound isn't a guessing game — but it sure feels like one when your data's off. You can: - Nail the copy - Have the perfect offer - Warm up your inboxes like a pro But if your lead list is full of bad emails or outdated info… You’ll never see the replies you want. And now, LinkedIn’s recent updates just made things worse - Scraping from Sales Navigator has become nearly impossible for most tools…. We switched to Icypeas — and here’s why: ✅ We can scrape leads from Sales Nav (after LinkedIn’s updates) ✅ Verifies Google & Microsoft catchalls (most tools don’t) ✅ Pulls full profiles + verified emails ✅ €0.006 per lead (pretty good!!) ✅ Rollover credits that never expire (love this for cash flow) Bad data = bounces, no replies, spam folder. Good data = conversations with the right people. If you’re doing outbound, don’t wait until bounce rates spike to fix this. Start with reliable data and build from there. Find it useful? My therapist asked me last week what I do for work. I said: “I send 30,000 emails a day and measure my self-worth based on reply rate.” We haven't spoken since.
