I help SaaS platforms and applications leverage integration partnerships to accelerate revenue using an ecosystem-led growth strategy. I look at products and go-to-market teams the way a coach might look at an individual: full of potential, using some skills efficiently, and occasionally getting hung up on tired beliefs and assumptions. My value add is in 1) applying a first principles approach to prune back these unhelpful practices, 2) listening and drawing out what's really going on in the current system, and 3) introducing efficiencies with human-centered design to strengthen the business. I developed this approach by analyzing stakeholder goals to find effective shortcuts that don't cut corners. - Developing research methods for my PhD to reveal multiple perspectives of the same phenomenon in model cell membranes, - Designing content, sales motions, and customer journeys to reach chemistry professors in ways that resonate with them, - Building user journeys in a technology marketplace to maximize time savings for automation developers . Today I'm applying these in several entrepreneurial ways: - Coaching professionals in their go-to-market careers, - Offering product marketing expertise to growing companies, - Identifying a mid-market business in the chemical industry that I can acquire, operate, and transform using my unique blend of experience.
