If you're deep in the Klaviyo ecosystem like we are, you’ve probably seen many new features roll out this year. Some cool. Some confusing. Some…game-changing. Here are a few I think are worth actually paying attention to: 🌀 Spin-to-Win Forms Gamified popups are now built directly into Klaviyo forms. You can add countdowns, multi-step experiences, and of course—the infamous prize wheel. Fun stuff for list growth. 📊 Attribution Model Updates Klaviyo now retroactively recalculates historical data using a new attribution method. It's not just a behind-the-scenes tweak—it helps you get way clearer on what’s really driving conversions. 🧠 B2C CRM Features Klaviyo is becoming a full CRM, not just an ESP. Things like unified customer profiles, better segmentation, and seeing multi-channel touchpoints in one view? That’s big, especially for retention-focused brands. You don’t need to use everything, but keeping up with changes like these can really move the needle. Curious - have you tested any of these new features yet? What’s been helpful (or not so helpful)? #flowium #emailmarketing #klaviyo
Working on emails for a furniture and home decor brand like Belle & June means one thing: the images need to stand out. The Flowium team kept the design very clean. It looks more like a nice catalog than a regular marketing email. We used a lot of white space, soft colors, and short text. That way, the products are the main focus, and the emails still convert well. Which design do you like best? Let me know in the comments! #flowium #emaildesign #designinspiration
I really like the behind-the-scenes steps in this email, especially how they show the process of building the product. #flowium #emaildesign #emailmarketing
One powerful way to improve email flows? Using zero-party data. That means using the information people choose to share — like quiz answers, form inputs, or profile details. For example: – Skin type – Scent preference – Personal goal This data can make flows like post-signup or replenishment emails way more personalized — and way more effective. Instead of sending everyone the same message, you speak to each person directly. With the right setup, this can run on autopilot and bring in great results. Are you using zero-party data in your flows yet? #flowium #emailmarketing #emailtips
Many brands treat Memorial Day email campaigns as just another sale announcement. But with the right strategy, this holiday weekend can be a powerful opportunity to connect with your audience and drive meaningful revenue. Here’s how we approach Memorial Day email marketing at Flowium — and what we've seen work well for eCommerce brands of all sizes: Start with intention. Memorial Day isn’t just about discounts — it’s about honoring values, taking a pause, and spending time with loved ones. Your messaging can reflect that tone while still promoting your offer. Build a short campaign — not just one send. Think in terms of 3–4 emails: a warm-up or early access email, the main promo, a reminder, and a final hours follow-up. This gives your audience options and time to act. Keep your offer simple and easy to understand. A single clear offer is often more effective than a list of discounts. Think of it as making your audience’s decision easier, not harder. Use segmentation wisely. Your most engaged customers may appreciate early access or a loyalty-only offer. Lapsed subscribers might need a different incentive. Tailor the message based on the relationship, not just the sale. Think beyond visuals. A well-written, text-based email can sometimes outperform a heavily designed one. Don’t be afraid to test formats that feel more personal and authentic. And remember: inboxes get crowded over holiday weekends. Pair your emails with timely SMS reminders to make sure your message gets seen. Memorial Day campaigns are about more than transactions. They’re a chance to remind people why they trusted your brand in the first place — and invite them back. We’ve supported dozens of brands through successful Memorial Day campaigns. If you’re planning yours and want to talk strategy, feel free to reach out. #flowium #memorialday #emailtips

After reviewing hundreds of Klaviyo accounts over the years, some mistakes come up again and again. And most of them are super easy to fix once you know they’re happening. Here are a few we see too often: 🚫 Sending to your entire list every time Or the opposite, oversegmenting so much that only 2% of your audience gets an email. Both can hurt performance. ⚙️ Wrong trigger in your Welcome Flow We still see brands using “Placed Order” instead of “Signed Up” as the flow trigger. It seems small but makes a big difference in getting in front of new subscribers before they buy. 📏 Emails getting clipped in Gmail Too many images or stacked text can push your message past Gmail’s size limit (102KB). That means your footer—and unsubscribe link—might never get seen. Not great for deliverability. ❌ Skipping Exclusions If you’re not excluding unengaged profiles, your open rates will suffer. And so will your sender reputation over time. The good news? All of this is fixable. It just takes a few minutes of cleanup to get things back on track! :) #flowium #emailmarketing #emailtips
We recently worked on a series of email campaigns for Albany Park — a furniture brand known for clean design, fast shipping, and a strong visual identity. The goal was to create emails that look and feel like the brand — modern, approachable, and thoughtfully designed. Here’s what we focused on: ✔️ Clean, minimal layouts that put the products front and center ✔️ Clear, honest messaging around limited-time offers ✔️ Mobile-first structure with strong CTAs ✔️ Visual consistency — same fonts, colors, and tone across the board I would like to hear your thoughts in the comments below. #flowium #emaildesign #emailmarketing

“Why do our emails keep landing in Gmail’s Promotions tab?” We get this question this all the time. Even great emails get filtered there. It’s not spam - it’s just Gmail’s way of sorting stuff that feels promotional. That includes: - Sending through Klaviyo or Mailchimp - Too many links or images - Salesy-sounding content - Cold lists or bulk sends - When your reply-to and sender address don’t match - Or when Gmail sees that users don’t really engage So what can you do? Honestly, a few small changes help: - Ask subscribers to move your email to Primary - Encourage them to add you to their contacts - Send simpler emails (fewer links/images) - Avoid “Buy now” type language - Use a sender name people recognize We’ve tested this with clients and it can make a real difference. #flowium #emailmarketing #emailtips
I love the emails our team put together for this health and wellness brand. The vibrant, on-brand colors really bring the designs to life and make them feel warm and inviting. Would love to hear your thoughts, feel free to leave a comment below! :) #flowium #emaildesign #emailmarketing

Lots of people are talking about AI in email marketing lately. Here’s what I’ve learned from testing it in real projects: AI is not going to replace your email team. But it can make the team work faster and better. It helps with things like: - coming up with first drafts - running A/B tests - finding patterns in customer behavior - scaling personalization But AI can’t: - create a real strategy - write with your brand voice - design something that feels human - truly understand your customer At Flowium, we use AI to speed things up, but the ideas still come from people. We still think things through. We still test. We still make creative decisions. AI is just a tool. A helpful one. But it’s not the reason campaigns work. The people behind the emails still matter most. Do you agree? #emailmarketing #AI #flowium
