I logged out of all my tools last week. Crazy, right? But here's what happened: My sales process was too dependent on tech. I was hiding behind automation. Missing real conversations. So I stripped it down to basics: → Just me → A notebook → Real conversations First call without tools? I actually listened more. Asked better questions. Understood their problems deeper. The prospect even said: "This is the most helpful sales call I've had in months." Sometimes removing tech makes you more human. And being human is what closes deals. Your call quality might improve if you put the tools down and just... talk. What's one thing you're doing to improve your sales process today?

Inbound leads are gold, but how many slip through the cracks due to slow follow-up or manual processes? That's where AI-native workflows change the game. In this video, Chris M. walks through a system built to automate lead follow-up for home buyers. Here’s how it works: ✅ AI Qualification Engine — The system automatically evaluates leads from a knowledge base and routes them based on buying intent. ✅ Smart Follow-Ups — Qualified buyers get property details and viewing invites automatically. ✅ Nurture Tracks — Unqualified leads are placed into automated nurture campaigns to re-engage them when they’re ready to buy. The result? More showings, less manual work, and zero lost opportunities. 🎯 If you’re in real estate (or SaaS) and want to scale your buyer pipeline without increasing your workload, this is for you. 👇 Watch the video and let me know your thoughts or questions in the comments! #AI #automation #realestate #salesautomation #leadgeneration
AI tools are everywhere but few actually change how I do research. This weekend, I tested Perplexity’s Deep Research Model & it crushed tools I pay hundreds for. Here’s why: 🧠 Reasoned through results, not just listed them. 📊 Gave actionable insights with full transparency. ⚡ Outperformed in speed and accuracy. In this quick walkthrough, you’ll see: ⚡ A real search in action ⚡ How it builds a research trail step-by-step ⚡ Why it outperformed ChatGPT, DeepSeek and others 💡 If you’re into real-world AI tests, follow along as I push these tools to their limits and share every win (and fail).
The SEO Game Isn’t Dying. It’s Evolving. But most marketers are asking the wrong question. The question isn’t: 👉 How do we rank on Google? It’s: 👉 How do we show up when AI answers the question? Santosh Sharan nailed it this week: The rules of search have changed. Traditional SEO alone won’t cut it. We’re entering the era of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)—and the winners will be the ones who optimize for LLMs before the bandwagon hits. Here’s where brands will win or lose: ✅ LLM-Optimized Knowledge Bases: Make your FAQs, use cases, and help docs crawlable by AI. Notion is my tool of choice to build these. ✅ Omnichannel Authority: Every podcast, YouTube clip, and Reddit thread feeds your LLM profile—beyond your website. ✅ AI Distribution Thinking: Treat LLMs as your next audience, not just a tool. The next wave of agencies won’t be SEO agencies. They’ll be GEO agencies—and they’re coming fast. 📊 My bet: Within 12 months, “GEO” will be the hottest service offering for every digital agency—just like SEO was in the 2000s. 💬 Agree? Or do you think SEO still has room to run? 👇 What’s your take—when will we see GEO agencies go mainstream?
Why You’re Learning, Not Earning (And How to Fix It) More information ≠ More income. More execution does. If you’re stuck in learning mode, here’s why and how to break out of it: → You consume, but don’t create Watching YouTube tutorials isn’t a business model. If you’re not applying what you learn, you're just a fan. → You think you need more knowledge Most skills don’t require more information, just better execution. You don’t need 10 more books, you need 10 more reps. → You focus on input, not output Learning feels productive, but action is what drives results. Charge someone for your skills and refine as you go. → You undervalue what you already know Chances are, you already have many monetizable skills. The key is packaging it properly. → You wait for the ‘perfect time’ Perfection is a lie. Start before you’re ready. The fastest way to move from learning → earning? Monetize what you already do well. Start freelancing. Sell strategy calls. Automate a process and productize it. Your next opportunity isn’t in another course. It’s in execution. 👇 What’s one skill you’re sitting on that you haven’t monetized yet?
Three months ago selecting AI models for orchestrating & planning felt like navigating a maze. Now with clear criteria & understanding the process is streamlined. Here's how: Before → We were overwhelmed by choices without clear direction. After → We can confidently select models like Claude 3.7 Sonnet & GPT-4o Mini that align with project needs. The key steps were: - Defining what the AI agents need to achieve. - Understanding the strengths of available models. - Ensuring choices fit within budget & infrastructure constraints. If you want to simplify your AI integration journey, I'm offering a free 30-minute strategy call to review your tech stack & recommend efficient automations. Let's make AI work for you. 9 sure-fire ways to get labeled a ‘difficult employee’—when you’re actually just holding sales leadership accountable: 1️⃣ Ask why inefficient processes still exist 2️⃣ Refuse to work late just to ‘look committed’ 3️⃣ Push for clear, data-backed decision-making 4️⃣ Negotiate your salary instead of just accepting 5️⃣ Expect fair and transparent compensation plans 6️⃣ Bring up using AI solutions that eliminate busywork 7️⃣ Question arbitrary rules that slow things down execution 8️⃣ Request direct access to leadership for real discussions and input 9️⃣ Challenge outdated strategies that don’t align with trends and results The best employees don’t just accept things as they are. They ask the hard questions. They push for change. They drive innovation. Bad leadership sees this as difficult. Great leadership sees this as necessary. If questioning broken systems makes you "hard to manage," the problem isn’t you. 👇 Have you ever been labeled ‘difficult’ just for caring? Drop your story below.
When I started my agency, I thought it was all about having the perfect offer. The real struggle was constant roadblocks: financial, emotional, & logistical. I wish I knew that overcoming these issues was more about resilience & learning from failures than trying to avoid them. What did I do to push through... I leaned into failure. - A lost client was a lesson learned on how to improve communication, strategy & delivery. - A problem in my relationship taught me to be more patient with myself & others. - A health issue caused me to focus more on improving my health for myself & my family. - A slow month with a low revenue number reinforced the importance of having proper tracking, prospecting systems, and outreach consistency. What was your biggest struggle when starting your business?
Here’s one simple way AI can boost your sales: Lead scoring. AI can analyze data to prioritize high-quality leads, so your team can focus on the ones that matter most. The best part? It works at scale. This is just one example of how AI can improve your sales process - Automating tasks so your team can focus on closing deals. ❌ AI isn’t taking your job. ✅ It’s creating brand-new careers that didn’t exist 2 years ago. Right now, thousands of businesses are adopting AI, but they have no clue how to implement it effectively. They don’t need more AI tools, they need people who can actually set up AI-driven workflows, automation, and lead generation systems. Most people think you need to code to be in AI. That’s a lie. BELIEVE ME. When I first started diving into AI automation, I had zero coding experience. But I learned how to drive leads, automate sales, and streamline business operations using no-code AI workflows and tools. Fast forward to today: I’ve helped businesses cut 10+ hours per week by implementing no-code AI workflows and deploying autonomous agents that make them money while they sleep. We aren't building the next ChatGPT. We are applying AI to real-world problems. That’s why I launched the AI Solutions Consultant Fast-Track, a 4-week hands-on training where you’ll: ✅ Learn AI automation & lead generation (without coding) ✅ Build real-world AI workflows for sales & marketing ✅ Get client placement opportunities to apply your skills The training is for Marketers, sales ops, small business owners, and freelancers who want to automate, scale, and get ahead with AI. Cohort starts NEXT WEEK. Drop a “🔗” in the comments, and I’ll send you the details. Or check it out here: https://lnkd.in/eVfWqnbA
I burned out last month. Not the "I need a vacation" kind. The "I can't look at my laptop without feeling sick" kind. Here’s what actually helped: Set real boundaries → Deleted Slack from my phone → Stopped working past 6 PM Moved my body daily → 20-minute walks → Basic stretching Said "no" more → Turned down "quick calls" → Stopped weekend meetings Did less, but better → Focused on 3 key tasks daily → Stopped multitasking The hardest part? Accepting that working less actually made me more productive. Sometimes, slowing down is the fastest way forward. Have you ever experienced burnout? What helped you recover?
It’s not that getting your first client is hard. It’s not that there’s no opportunity. It’s not that people don’t need what you’re offering. No, landing your first client is tricky for one simple reason: You’re not clear enough on how you’ll solve their problems. And guess what? That’s easy to fix. Want to know how I landed my first client? → I talked about their pain points, not my product. → I showed how I understood their struggles. → I made them feel heard. Focus on showing potential clients exactly how your service will improve their situation You don’t need to sell hard. You need to sell smart. So...how did you land your first client? Let’s share experiences.
So, this past month was a total mixed bag of personal and business wins. Personal side: I fell into this Reddit rabbit hole that had me cracking up and reminded me why these communities are just chef's kiss. Business side: Reddit chats that started super casual somehow turned into actual client opportunities. Big Opps! Surprise takeaway? Just be real. That's literally it. Isn't it funny how the best stuff happens when you're not even trying?
"AI is only for big companies with deep pockets." That’s what most small business owners think... And it couldn’t be further from the truth! Here’s the reality: Affordable tools like Zapier, Manychat and PhantomBuster are helping SMBs automate workflows and drive growth without breaking the bank. One Vet hospital I saved 10 hours a week by automating customer scheduling & follow-ups alone! Want to learn how you can do the same? Check out my latest guide: "AI on a Budget: How AI Can Drive Growth for LE$$." 🎁 Plus, I’m sharing a free resource with my favorite low-cost AI tools to get you started today! Send me a connection request and write "LESS" in the comments and I will send it right over.
One piece of advice for new founders: Stop learning. Start doing. I see too many people stuck in the "preparation phase." They: • Watch endless YouTube videos • Read 27 business books • Take countless courses • "Research" for months But never actually start. The truth is: The best learning comes from doing. - Failed campaigns teach more than marketing courses - Rejected sales calls teach more than sales books - Real client feedback teaches more than strategy videos You'll learn more in 1 month of actual business than 6 months of preparation. Because business isn't theoretical. It's practical. The fastest way to succeed? Take action. Make mistakes. Learn. Adjust. That's it. Everything else is just procrastination disguised as preparation.
When I started my agency, I thought it would be all about the idea. It wasn’t. It wasn’t about the product either. It wasn’t about marketing or sales. Or anything else you’d expect. The biggest lesson I learned? It’s about PEOPLE. You'll struggle if you don’t have the right people around you (employees, advisors, even clients). Simple as that. Here's the hard truth: You can't do everything yourself. You need a team, support, and the right guidance to grow. What was your first business lesson?
