-- 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗶𝘁: --

- 2-5+ years PM/ops experience (agency/startup preferred)
- Full-time (40 hrs/week, remote)
- Located in the Americas or Europe (Canada preferred)
- Starting at $4000 CAD FTE 
- 3-month contract → potential for permanent and salary increase

Your mission: make sure up to 12 active client projects ship on time without Founders having to micromanage timelines, chase deliverables, or untangle chaos.

Graewolves is growing faster than our current setup can handle. We're doing the strategy and client work. But we're also tracking deadlines, extracting action items from meeting notes, coordinating handoffs between teams, and making sure nothing slips.

That's what we're hiring you to own.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗱 𝗯𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴:

+ Keep every project on track
+ Extract tasks from transcripts, route them with full context
+ Update Motion (our PM tool) daily
+ Flag bottlenecks 48 hours before they become fires
+ Coordinate research → strategy → creative → delivery handoffs
+ Monitor team capacity and flag overload before it hits
+ Create SOPs for onboarding, status updates, team handoffs
+ Document workflows for future new hires
+ Identify patterns in bottlenecks and systematize solutions
+ Weekly status reports (proactive, not reactive)
+ Handle scope changes with timeline impact analysis

- You need hand-holding or constant direction
