Now a bit about me: I'm a proud Mancunian, living on one of my favourite islands... Ibiza! 🇬🇧 ✈️ 🇪🇸 For the last 25 years, I’ve mostly worked in sales, from door to door, to telesales and then into management where I’ve been proud to turn underperforming teams into top performing teams. I've worked in telecoms, marketing, financial services and more recently tech (SaaS). Over the years, I’ve also done stints in customer service where I’ve gone around the business looking at how different back-office functions can perform better, through a mixture of recruitment, staff training, new business processes or even new technology. I've created new roles and new teams that have gone on to make huge differences within the businesses. As you can see, from creating winning sales teams to fixing broken processes, my journey's been as varied as a British summer - which is why I packed my bags & jetted off! 💼 ✈️ ☀️ When I’m not working, you can find me in the following places... 🏖 On the beach. 💃 On the dance floor. 📚 With my head in a good book. 🐶 Mooching around Ibiza with my dog. 🧠 Learning new skills (more recently marketing).
