Major Achievements:
- Successfully partnered with The Disney Institute to host annual R&R events with training for 3 consecutive years
- Created a variety of indigenous training tools, managed translations into French and Spanish
- 20% year-on-year in time saved from transition to digital vs manual data entry/performance report generation
- 5% incremental performance growth year-on-year in NPS, eNPS and Customer Service rankings

Key Responsibilities:
- Execution of retail service related training – sales teams, retailers and frontline staff
- Development of training tools (PowerPoint, videos, printed materials, eLearning course modules) to ensure programme objectives adequately supported
- Strategic analysis of programme performance data to generate reports for more strategic decision making
- Sourcing, contracting, training and management of third party support vendors e.g. Mystery Shopper agencies and On-site Trainers

office services administration - including procurement and processing payments for all service providers including but not limited to utlities, accommodation, air and land transportation, building contractors, 
delivery and receipt of mail and courier packages
managing of office admin annual budget and accounting for money spent via quarterly variance analysis
coordination and execution of annual staff events e.g. Christmas, Independence, Sports Club activities

Office Administrator

As a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) this role included:
Full responsibility for planning and executing marketing/promotion activities for key signature events: EY Performance Awards, Caribbean Entrepreneur of the Year (CEOY), and Business Outlook series;
Support of marketing and event coordination services to the Canada Barbados Business Association (CBBA) during investment promotion visits to various provinces in Canada.

Successfully realised a 50% saving on time spent managing and coordinating events, as well as a 25% reduction in spend, by successfully focusing on process improvements supported by more assertive negotiating on pricing especially related to coordinating trade shows, event registration processes, and liaising with local and international service providers.
