You’ve built an impressive executive career, held top-tier positions, and influenced significant decisions. Now what? Why does it feel like something is still missing? Many successful female executives hit a ceiling where they: - feel stuck in their current role, - crave a more meaningful impact, - feel ready to lead beyond the titles. But… The skills and strategies that got you to the top aren’t always the same ones that will take you beyond it. ❌ It is not doing more for the sake of doing more. ✅ It is doing better for the life you’re ready to design. This is where entrepreneurial thinking comes in. You’re not stuck because you’re unmotivated. You’re stuck because you’re craving something more. More joy and meaning. More fulfilling momentum. More YOU in how you lead. If you’re nodding along, we should chat. Hi, I’m Ivona. For the last decade, I’ve been busy getting to the top. Board Member. Director of Marketing. Vice President of Strategy. Today, I help women leaders rethink their strengths, reframe their stories, and reshape their leadership style through my Executive Entrepreneur program. My goals for my executive clientele is simple: 🌱→ 🌸 Define your unique executive-entrepreneurial identity; 🌱→ 🌸 Craft a story and strategy that feel true to your leadership DNA; 🌱→ 🌸 Free yourself from the hamster wheel of “more” & step into your flow. Because leading beyond the titles isn’t just about doing better work. It’s about building a better life. If this resonates with where you are, I invite you to transform your leadership or empower your team with me. 👉 DM me "Executive Entrepreneur" to start the conversation. Most businesses think about “brand” wrong. They have: The slickest logo… The boldest messaging... The best ads in the business... But their touchpoints feel clunky and slow. It’s time we start thinking about brand as a series of micro-experiences. 1. How fast is your support? 2. Trust in the sales process? 3. What's your checkout like? 4. How fast is your fulfillment? 5. What's your response time? 6. The quality of your delivery? 7. Messaging across channels? Stop obsessing over "looking on brand." Start obsessing over "experiencing the brand." (Share this ♻️ with a brand builder.) P.S. How many times have you abandoned checkout because the experience was trash? (Ballpark it. I’ll go first: GAJILLION. 😂)
High-performance doesn’t mean emotionless. High-speed doesn’t mean thoughtless. We’re not building boring factories anymore. We’re building world-changing brands. And if you’re not bringing your emotions into strategy, you’re going to suffer in 2025 and beyond. As the VP of Marketing working in e-commerce, I used to hear it all the time: "Why mix intuition with logic?" "Why not just focus on the strategy?" "Why do you care so much about emotions?" Now, I get asked: "How do you make decisions with so much clarity?" "How do you lead with both heart and precision?" "How do I connect my brand with an emotion?" The truth is: The best leaders bring their big hearts and big ambitions into every room they walk into. And the industry is now demanding it. So bring the strategy. Bring the spreadsheets. But for the love of all things good—bring your heart, too. P.S. Ever been told you’re “too much” for bringing emotions into business?
Here’s how a “non-tech” girl like me… Ended up in e-commerce: I figured out early that e-commerce isn't about tech. It’s about something else entirely. High. Value. Experiences. If you’re not giving your dream clients an experience they’re obsessed with… It doesn’t matter how good your SaaS, PaaS, APIs, and (insert more tech jargon) are. Yes, tech is what makes your online store possible. But experience is what makes your brand unforgettable. And that’s why a “non-tech “girl like me, who loves: ✨ stories and strategies; ✨ psychology and humans; ✨ operations and connections... … climbed to VP in e-commerce. Tech sets the stage. But experience steals the show. P.S. How many tabs do you usually have open when deciding to buy something online? (Team one tab, or team "where is my mind?" 😂)
If your clients are haggling you on every dollar... You don't have an agency. You have a "dev shop". (I know, OUCH.) But if your client wants you to justify every single hour your team has put in, he doesn’t see you as a partner. He sees you as a vendor. The vendors get squeezed on the price. The partners get paid on the value. The difference? Positioning. ❌ Stop selling deliverables. ✅ Start selling outcomes. ❌ Stop selling tasks done. ✅ Start selling performance. ❌ Stop selling services. ✅ Start selling profitability. ❌ Stop selling features built. ✅ Start selling revenue growth. ❌ Stop selling the ‘what.’ ✅ Start selling the ‘why.’ A 6-figure upsell can be as easy as: "We provide technical support for e-commerce brands." turned "We guarantee 99.9% uptime, so you never lose a sale to site downtime again." (Ask me how I know.) Remember, founders: Your positioning = your price tag. Did you intentionally choose yours? P.S. Thank you for reposting. ♻️
Apple spends billions on branding and you should too. Here’s why: 🔹 High trust = Fast conversions. 🔹 High perceived value = Big margins. 🔹 High brand awareness = Low acquisition costs. This isn’t a game for impatient money-chasers. Branding is a long-term play. That’s what makes it so powerful. Yet very few people have the patience of Steve Jobs. (And let's be honest, that’s why they’ll never build a brand as great as Apple!) I’ve worked with many e-comm executives on building powerful brands and here’s what I can tell you: You won’t get far at the exec table if you throw around “brand” in a fluffy and abstract way. The way to get buy-in is to start talking metrics: • CAC • LTV • ROAS • Pricing Then watch everyone’s eyes light up. P.S. Have you ever experienced resistance to branding in meetings? Yes or no? 👀
The number one mistake when scaling a brand? Ignoring your operations. → After 10+ years of scaling agencies from boutique to big-time, here's what I know: Brand IS operations at scale. The kicker is: Most agencies have ZERO clue how to scale both. (Let alone at the same time.) To get ahead of this, try my simple 3-part rule: 1. Systemize delivery → quality should come first. 2. Define processes → apply and revise consistently. 3. Align your team → train everyone (NO exceptions.) BONUS: Automate workflows → invest in tools early. Great brands = Strong operations You can’t grow without both. Happy scaling! P.S. Did you know most agencies realize operational gaps only AFTER losing key clients? 😬 (Repost this if it resonated ♻️)
