As a Recruiter, my goal is to • ALWAYS put the candidate first, and make sure they are having a great candidate experience. • Make sure that my business partners are taken care of and as a team, we are meeting their hiring needs. • Develop various processes to make the candidate experience more efficient. • Retain high-quality talent to give the organization consistent access to qualified streams of talent. • Educate candidates on the organization's mission, culture, values. • Trying to make Recruiting "human" again • Ensure we are creating a Diverse, Equitable, and Inclusive workplace by hiring Diverse talent across the board. • Experience with project management, facilitating trainings and webinars, and leading teams. • Most importantly, remember that we aren't brain surgeons, we just work in TA. 😅 In my spare time, I like to travel, work on my podcast "Chit Chats with Lonni", do photography (website: LonniJPhotography.com), learn new recipes, and I'm a dog mom to an amazing Pitbull named Nipsey.
