Greetings! I am a dedicated professional Latina with over 15 years of experience in Customer Growth and Operations, holding an engineering degree that has been the cornerstone of my career. My professional journey has allowed me to traverse a variety of industries, including robotics, technology, and Software as a Service (SaaS), enriching my expertise and perspective. This diverse background equips me with the unique ability to drive growth and enhance operational efficiencies across different sectors. Beyond my professional journey, I proudly stand as a Women in Robotics community member, contributing to a movement that empowers women in tech. As a mentor, I dedicate my time to guiding and uplifting fellow Latina talents, fueling their aspirations in the STEM fields. I have recently established The Latina Success community to share my experience in the tech industry and empower the Hispanic community. A decade ago, I embarked on a journey that led me from Mexico to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Here, we embrace winters adorned with over 250 inches of snow. I have two amazing kids, and our family is completed by the delightful presence of a sassy and spirited puppy named Croqueta. I enjoy exploring new places and tasting different flavors.
