This role involves strategizing and implementing processes that improve customer interactions and experiences across all touchpoints. My goal is to create a department and various strategies to help us understand customer needs and expectations, analyze feedback, and coordinate with different departments to ensure a cohesive and positive customer journey. I am working on monitoring and improving the performance metrics, leading customer experience teams, and staying abreast of market trends to drive improvements in service quality, customer retention, and brand loyalty for our different products.

I specialize in guiding companies through various growth stages by implementing Customer Success frameworks tailored to their unique needs. As a member of the Women in Robotics community, I am dedicated to empowering women in tech and mentoring fellow Latinas to pursue careers in STEM. Most recently, I founded The Latina Success, an agency that supports companies' Customer Success initiatives by providing fractional services designed to optimize customer engagement and retention strategies.

The team has launched a new open-source Mobile Manipulator repository featuring the MORPH Series—two parallel-manipulator configurations on an omnidirectional base, all running in the simple Google DeepMind MuJoCo interface. Anyone can download, simulate, and experiment with the system.
