About me. I’m an Industrial Designer, turned UX Designer, turned Service Designer, turned accidental leader. After finding myself in a leadership position though and since finding my feet, I've never looked back.

I now have the privilege of leading at Fearless. We are a team that specialise in end to end design from supporting clients with establishing a vision & strategy, a new Design capability or with hiring designers, through to the delivery of meaningful impact and measurable results; which these days can be anything from new operating structures to end user experiences.

Am proud to be part of a team that are authentically Fearless and that seek to create a better world for each other, for clients and for those around us more widely through our communities and charity initiatives.

🚨 HIRING POST 🚨

Looking for a number of roles right now ↓

🔴  Lead Service Designer (London, UK 🇬🇧 // FTC role)

-  You will be leading a small multidisciplinary design project team
-  2 days a week at client’s office in London
-  Initially about 2.5 months of work (with ext. into next year)
-  FTC (day rates not available)
-  Ideally with experience working in the financial data + infrastructure space


🔵  PROSPECTIVE - Lead Service Designer (London, UK 🇬🇧// FTC role)

-  For transparency: pipeline role right now with a potential start later this month
-  2 days a week at client’s office in London
-  Initially about 2.5 months of work
-  FTC (day rates not available)
-  Leading a Service Design team of 3 + working within a wider multi-disciplinary project team
-  Specific experience in planning, delivering and facilitating internal training and enablement programs would be highly beneficial


🟡  PROSPECTIVE - Lead (Service) Designer (New York, US 🇺🇸 // FTC role)

-  For transparency: pipeline role right now with a potential start later this month
-  Ideally based in New York but open to London (travel required if latter)
-  Will require time in office
-  Likely around 3 weeks of work
-  FTC (day rates not available)
-  Leading a design sprint (+ the activity after)
-  Product Design and Prototyping skillsets = BONUS
-  Experience working in the financial data + infrastructure space = BONUS
