FROM CORPORATE SALES LEADER TO CONTENT STRATEGIST For 3 decades, I mastered the art of influence, sales, and business strategy in the corporate world. Built executive relationships. Closed multi-million-dollar deals. And I crafted winning narratives for Wall Street CEOs, fintech founders, and industry leaders. Which is how I came to realize.... Even the best experts stay invisible if they don’t position themselves as an authority. That means content strategy. Every day I see brilliant entrepreneurs, consultants, and thought leaders struggle. Not because they aren’t great at what they do. But because they don't know how to translate their expertise into online INFLUENCE. That is what Anvictus does. I help consultants, authors, and entrepreneurs build an authority brand. From many years of ACTUAL business experience. I deliver frameworks that attract clients and grow revenue, using strategic content. In practical terms, that means things like: ✅ POSITIONING & AUTHORITY BUILDING - Craft a brand that makes you the expert in your space. ✅ CONTENT STRATEGY - Transform your knowledge into content that gets seen & trusted. ✅ SALES MASTERY - Turn influence into revenue with digital offers. Want to build your authority as a brand? I'll show you how. 📩 Subscribe to :The Authority Edge" Newsletter 🎥 Watch "The Blackboard Sessions" on YouTube 👥 Join "O.N.E. Many people struggle with storytelling on these platforms. Last week, a friend mentioned that she doesn't get much engagement when she shares her personal stories on LinkedIn. I FIRMLY believe that sharing our PERSONAL stories is now the go-to content strategy because we are now operating in an AI world of "push-button" lists and templates. ESPECIALLY here on LinkedIn. So I gave her an easy approach to remember. I call it my "4 𝙃𝙤𝙧𝙨𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝙎𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙮𝙩𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜" (𝘩𝘰𝘸'𝘴 𝘛𝘏𝘈𝘛 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘥𝘳𝘢𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘤 𝘦𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘤𝘵?....😅) Try this 4-Step formula next time you share YOUR personal story: 1️⃣ - 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗜𝗣𝗟𝗘 (𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 "𝘣𝘪𝘨 𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘰𝘯" 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘩 𝘧𝘰𝘭𝘬𝘴) 2️⃣ - 𝗦𝗛𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗬 (r𝘦𝘭𝘢𝘺 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘫𝘶𝘪𝘤𝘺 𝘥𝘦𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘭𝘴 𝘴𝘰 𝘪𝘵 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭𝘴 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘪𝘵𝘴 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘺𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘭𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮...) 3️⃣ - 𝗧𝗜𝗘 𝗜𝗧 𝗕𝗔𝗖𝗞 𝗧𝗢 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗜𝗣𝗟𝗘/𝗖𝗛𝗜𝗘𝗙 𝗟𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗢𝗡 (𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘵 𝘣𝘢𝘤𝘬 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘯 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘢 𝘧𝘶𝘯 𝘵𝘢𝘭𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰𝘭𝘥) 4️⃣ - 𝗚𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗠 𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣𝗦 𝗧𝗢 𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 (𝘵𝘦𝘤𝘩 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮 𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘵𝘰 𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘭𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘦 "𝘱𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘪𝘱𝘭𝘦/𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘦𝘧 𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘰𝘯 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝘖𝘞𝘕 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘦) If you step back....this model is precisely what this post is. And this approach has worked for me for decades in building relationships and networking. WARNING: This is not a sales hack. It's purpose is to grow your depth of connection with those who matter. Hopefully, this formula serves you well.
We need to define "ghostwriting." Most folks define ghostwriting as just writing posts for people who don’t want to write them. And AI already does this well for most of the standard LinkedIn content. Things like: ✅ Carousels ✅ “How to” lists ✅ Quote cards ✅ Surface-level "value" posts But true ghostwriting is different. I'm talking about the kind that distills complex ideas, expresses founder vision, and moves entire industries. THAT is still a human game. Here is what I mean. I ghostwrite for Wall Street and FinTech CEOs. Often, we are crafting 3,000-word essays on things like: ▶️ The impact of quantum computing on encryption ▶️ Real estate tokenization via blockchain ▶️ human-verification of communication in a post-AI world Deep thoughts like these are NOT something AI can own (yet). Because this is more than writing. It's actually thought-partnership. And here’s the truth that doesn’t get said enough: 🧠 𝙍𝙚𝙖𝙡 𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝𝙩-𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙬𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙞𝙧 𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙖𝙨 𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙥𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙙, 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙩𝙮𝙥𝙚𝙙 𝙪𝙥. So even though AI can “write,” it still lacks the trust, nuance, and pattern recognition that senior leaders require from their content strategist. I'm no Luddite. I not only embrace the AI tools...I teach people how to use them so they don't NEED to hire me. But we must all step back and recognize the strategic difference between 𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 and 𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜. Because THAT'S where the term “𝘨𝘩𝘰𝘴𝘵𝘸𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨” is getting a little...fuzzy. If you’re hiring a ghostwriter, or becoming one, make sure you understand the difference between a post generator and a strategic thought partner. There’s a world of difference. 👀 Curious where do you draw the line on this?...
AI makes your content MORE valuable...but not how you may think. Let me explain. AI is shrinking the number of jobs available. At the same time, top-tier companies are battling for top-tier talent. Two completely different problems... Yet they share the same solution: 👉 The ability to clearly and consistently communicate your value. For both people and companies, this means one thing: 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙩. Here’s how this plays out: ▶️ If you’re job hunting... You’re now competing in a “Hunger Games” landscape. ❌ But if your LinkedIn profile is empty ❌ You have no thought-leadership... ❌ And your voice is invisible... ...you are losing out to people who are less qualified but more visible. Because perception is reality. Companies want proof of capability - and they’re using your content to judge that. ▶️ Meanwhile, if you’re hiring top talent... Your best candidates are swiping past: ❌ the faceless corporation... ❌ ...with bland messaging ❌ ....and disengaged leadership. Winners want to work with 𝙥𝙚𝙤𝙥𝙡𝙚, not just logos. And they’re drawn to leaders who share their vision, values, and ideas OUT LOUD. If you are a leader with no online voice, then your company is losing the war for talent. 💡 Here's the key point - We’ve entered a new game: ➡️ individuals must have personal brands. ➡️ companies must have human-centered messaging. Your content strategy will determine your success and failure going forward. So it's time to step out in front and start communicating consistently in the digital world. 👉 The winners will be those who understand how to tell their story online. Content is not fluff. It’s not a nice-to-have. It’s the business card of the digital age. And it’s doing the talking 𝙗𝙚𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙚 you get in the room. — 💬 Are you building a personal brand that speaks FOR you when you’re not in the room?... Stick around. That's what we talk about here....
𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗚𝗬 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗙𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦 I had a call recently with a young tech founder. He is building a cool AI sales tool and wanted content advice for attracting clients. "𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘥 𝘰𝘧 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘐 𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘦?" he asked. Here's what I told him: Your content isn’t just about your product. It’s about the 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 behind your product. Because 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩’𝙨 what people really buy into. Think about it: ▶️ SpaceX reflects Elon's view of the human condition. ▶️ Apple reflects Steve's belief in individual creativity. ▶️ Nike reflects Phil's view on grit. And this applies to you and your company. Your content must reflect your 𝙥𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙤𝙨𝙤𝙥𝙝𝙮, because how you see the world will attract investors, employees and yes...customers. Stop thinking in terms of "content." Stop debating carousels vs. video. Instead, realize it's MORE important that you share thoughts that communicate your beliefs. Formats and styles come afterward. And of course this will all be different by industry. Truthfully, this is about tying your content into your 𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘮𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘢𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘨. So how do we do this? In the tech space, it means addressing questions like: 1️⃣ 𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙙𝙤𝙚𝙨 𝘼𝙄 𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙖𝙘𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙮? 2️⃣ 𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙 𝙗𝙡𝙤𝙘𝙠𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙞𝙣 𝙞𝙢𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙫𝙚 your 𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙮 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠𝙛𝙡𝙤𝙬𝙨? 3️⃣ 𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙗𝙪𝙮𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙙 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙩 5 𝙮𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙨? 4️⃣ 𝙒𝙝𝙮 𝙞𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙩 𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙫𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙨𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙚? 5️⃣ 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙢𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙠𝙚𝙩𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝙡𝙤𝙤𝙠 𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙣𝙚𝙭𝙩 12 𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙝𝙨 - 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙬𝙝𝙮? Each of these is a seed for content that shows how you 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙠. And how you think is what shapes your brand. Remember, people don’t just buy solutions...they buy into the minds behind them. So don't get caught on the questions themselves. These and more can be pulled from ChatGPT, Google, Reddit and other places. So forget the tactics and build STRATEGY. Stop being afraid and start sharing beliefs, thoughts and vision. Nobody has a crystal ball so if you're off-base, that's okay. We don't want perfect. We just want to understand what makes you tick. If we like what we see...we'll go deeper with you. And if you are afraid you might not LAND us...then you haven't earned the business with your THOUGHTS. And isn't THAT really what "thought-leadership" is all about? Most founders & entrepreneurs lack a serious content strategy to grow personal brand. If that's you, I'm putting together a weekly live mastermind for the right folks to share principles like these. You've been warned...
There’s a massive difference between being an 𝙞𝙣𝙛𝙡𝙪𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙧 and being an 𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙪𝙧. Most people don’t get this. But it can cost you in growth...and money! Every week in my live trainings, I get the same questions: “𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘥𝘰 𝘐 𝘨𝘳𝘰𝘸 𝘧𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘳?” “𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘥𝘰 𝘐 𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘩?” Everyone’s chasing bigger. More likes. More attention. But the real game is about becoming more 𝙫𝙖𝙡𝙪𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 to the people you serve. This isn’t a tactic. It’s a mindset shift. A few years ago, I was onstage at the 𝘊𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘌𝘯𝘵𝘳𝘦𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘶𝘳 𝘌𝘹𝘱𝘰 in Arizona. Room full of creators - many of whom were making millions. Yet almost all of them proudly called themselves “𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘴.” But here’s the truth: They weren’t creators. They were 𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙪𝙧𝙨. ....They just didn't realize it. And this is the most common mistake I see with all those who are posting regular content. I'm talking to all of you who fancy yourself as the next: • 𝘗𝘢𝘵𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘬 𝘉𝘦𝘵-𝘋𝘢𝘷𝘪𝘥 • 𝘑𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘯 𝘞𝘦𝘭𝘴𝘩 • 𝘋𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘦𝘭 𝘗𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘭𝘦𝘺 Sure, the "big names all look like influencers. But they 𝘰𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘦 like business owners. This is the real reason Gary Vaynerchuk and Alex Hormozi have been so successful. They don’t just post content. They build systems and infrastructure around that content. That’s the game. 🎯 So here's my point: 🚫 Stop chasing fame ✅ And start delivering more value to the clients you serve 🚫 You’re not an influencer ✅ You’re an entrepreneur And this applies even if you’re an employee inside a company. Because your personal brand is still your business.... Or at least, it should be. ----- 𝘐𝘧 𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘩𝘪𝘵𝘴 𝘩𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘺𝘰𝘶, 𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘧𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘰𝘸. 𝘐'𝘭𝘭 𝘣𝘦 𝘴𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢 𝘣𝘶𝘯𝘤𝘩 𝘰𝘧 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵𝘴 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘯𝘦𝘹𝘵 𝘸𝘦𝘦𝘬. 𝘕𝘰𝘵 𝘢 𝘱𝘪𝘵𝘤𝘩. 𝘈𝘭𝘭 𝘧𝘳𝘦𝘦. 𝘈𝘭𝘭 𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦.
"𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙙𝙤 𝙄 𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝙢𝙮 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙜𝙤 𝙫𝙞𝙧𝙖𝙡, 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙘?" I silently gritted my teeth. Then I delivered the hard truth. Going viral has nothing to do with how good your product is. It has everything to do with how relatable you are. Most founders get this wrong. They create content to 𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘭. But short-form content is about awareness - not CLOSING. Really, this is a question about sales process...masquerading as a content question. If you are posting on LinkedIn with the primary goal of just converting buyers, please stop. You'll be doing ALL of us a favor. Instead, give thought to how your content can spark 𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣. Content is about creating connection. The hallmark of excellent content is that it gets shared. A few weeks back I posted a meme about Batman pounding Robin to buy. It got enormous response because it touched an emotion. We've ALL been annoyed by folks pitching-in-content. So I'll make this simple. If you want to go "viral," then focus on these 3 things: ✅ 𝙀𝙢𝙤𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 Make people feel something. Joy, surprise, nostalgia, frustration, curiosity. ✅ 𝙎𝙞𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙩𝙮 If someone has to “think too hard,” they scroll past it. ✅ 𝙎𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮 Ask: “Would I send this to a friend?” If the answer’s no, it’s not viral-worthy. Here's your takeaway: Content that sells is different from content that spreads. Know the difference. You can build for both. Just don't get them confused Just curious....what’s the last piece of content you shared and why?...
Want to grow your authority online? Just posting regularly is not enough. ✅ The secret sauce is 𝙖𝙪𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙩𝙮. In my business career, I've seen countless leaders struggle to be genuine. They J U S T couldn't connect with folks. To be fair, I come out of FinTech - a field packed with S U P E R smart leaders. But not a ton of EQ. I worked closely with many chief executives there for YEARS...and still had no idea who they really were as individuals. One CEO had been secretly tagged with the nickname "𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙑𝙪𝙡𝙘𝙖𝙣." That sums it up. Here's my point - To build your authority, you need to show the REAL you. Your content can't just focus on trending topics with smart insights. It will still miss that critical element of connection. It's called 𝙗𝙚𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡! Your audience wants to see YOU. ▶️ They want your personal insights. ▶️ Your failures. ▶️ Your successes. ▶️ Your unique viewpoints. Here's what I mean: A former boss once asked me to stop posting on LinkedIn. I told him I would...so long as he would guarantee me lifetime employment - in writing. Years earlier, a different boss fired me. On my way out the door, he shook my hand and said, "𝘠𝘰𝘶'𝘳𝘦 𝘢 𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥 𝘮𝘢𝘯, 𝘔𝘢𝘳𝘤. 𝘐 𝘸𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘳 𝘩𝘪𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘢𝘨𝘢𝘪𝘯." I smiled. Looked him in the eye. And I replied: "𝘈𝘯𝘥 𝘐 𝘸𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘢𝘭𝘴𝘰 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘳 𝘩𝘪𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘺𝘰𝘶, 𝘈𝘯𝘥𝘺." It wasn't true but I was being polite. Here is my point. You get a true sense of the REAL me from this. It's vulnerable. It shows my good/bad side (𝘵𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘱𝘪𝘤𝘬). And that is my point. Showing the real me will attract my people. It works the same for you and your business. Your goal isn't to sound smart. Or look cool. Or be anything other than yourself. So stop thinking about sharing content. Start sharing your EXPERIENCES. Today, I have clients who are Wall Street CEO's in their late 50's. I also have 25 year olds, fresh out of the military. But each has experiences that would fascinate the other. They only need to share their respective stories.... So here's my challenge for you today: 𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙨𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙤𝙧 𝙫𝙪𝙡𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙣𝙚𝙭𝙩 𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙩. It might just be the spark that ignites deeper connection and engagement. What personal story will you share next? Let's discuss! ⬇️
Every 𝘣𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 has a community. Every 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘰𝘯 has a personal brand. And those are now directly connected. Your business community ties to your personal brand.... and vice-versa. This overturns traditional Sales & Marketing. ❌ Because if you neglect building relationships on these platforms... ❌ If you don't share your thoughts in public... ❌ If you're not showing up consistently online... Sure you can STILL build a company. It will just take you L O N G E R. Because you're losing on 𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙖𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨. This is a massive vulnerability for most companies. In fact, it's precisely how "creators" are leapfrogging long-established brands. For decades on Wall Street, I kept my head down. But when I began publishing weekly insights....I suddenly became the top-selling salesperson. And that happened across multiple investment banks. So it was not a coincidence. And the same is true for you. The line b/w firms and people is blurring. ➡️ Companies are becoming "people.". ➡️ People are now media companies. Welcome to the era of personality-powered business. The only question is: 𝘼𝙧𝙚 𝙔𝙊𝙐 𝙗𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙧𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮? Do you even know how to do this? Because it's now part of your business plan. Even if you don't realize it....

As a founder, I have learned that our biggest failure is often the failure to understand STRUCTURE. Here is what LACK of structure looks like: Your business feels like a grind... You're juggling tasks without momentum… If this sounds familiar, you're likely missing one of 6 key business pillars 👇 Here’s the blueprint I use with clients inside my own consulting firm: 1️⃣ 𝙇𝙀𝘼𝘿𝙀𝙍𝙎𝙃𝙄𝙋 You need to be casting vision - not just solving problems. Your vision is the soul of your business. → 𝘞𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘮𝘢𝘳𝘬𝘦𝘵 𝘨𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘨? → 𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘲𝘶𝘦 𝘳𝘰𝘭𝘦 𝘥𝘰𝘦𝘴 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘺 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘧𝘶𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦? The clearer your answer, the more people will follow what you're doing. 2️⃣ 𝙈𝘼𝙍𝙆𝙀𝙏𝙄𝙉𝙂 Marketing is NOT about going viral. It’s about delivering a clear message that drives folks to take a simple action. → 𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘥𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘥𝘰? → 𝘞𝘩𝘰𝘮 𝘥𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘱? → 𝘞𝘩𝘺 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘢𝘯𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘦? If you can't answer this in one sentence, you have a messaging problem. 3️⃣ 𝙎𝘼𝙇𝙀𝙎 Sales isn’t about closing. It’s about clarity. → 𝘈𝘳𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘥𝘪𝘴𝘤𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘴 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘵? → 𝘋𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘢 𝘧𝘳𝘢𝘮𝘦𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘮𝘰𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘳𝘴 → 𝘣𝘶𝘺𝘦𝘳𝘴? Great sales isn’t pressure. It’s positioning. 4️⃣ 𝙋𝙍𝙊𝘿𝙐𝘾𝙏 You don’t need a hundred offers. I've made this mistake. But it turns out we just need one effective offer that solves a painful problem and commands a premium. → 𝘊𝘢𝘯 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘤𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘭𝘺 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘪𝘯 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴? → 𝘐𝘴 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘥𝘶𝘤𝘵 𝘰𝘶𝘵𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦-𝘥𝘳𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘯 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘥𝘪𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘥? Simple wins. Premium...wins bigger. 5️⃣ 𝙊𝙋𝙀𝙍𝘼𝙏𝙄𝙊𝙉𝙎 Most solopreneurs die from complexity. → 𝘜𝘴𝘦 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘯 𝘴𝘺𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘮𝘴. → 𝘈𝘶𝘵𝘰𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘱𝘦𝘵𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘢𝘴𝘬𝘴. → 𝘓𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘨𝘦 𝘈𝘐 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘧𝘭𝘰𝘸𝘴 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘣𝘭𝘦. Your backend should hum like a well-oiled machine—even if you’re still a one-person business. 6️⃣ 𝘾𝘼𝙎𝙃𝙁𝙇𝙊𝙒 Revenue is vanity. ....Profit is 𝘴𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘺! → 𝘋𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘢 𝘴𝘺𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘮 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘱𝘢𝘺𝘳𝘰𝘭𝘭, 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘦𝘴, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘷𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘰𝘳 𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵? → 𝘐𝘴 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘱𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦? Your business can’t grow if it's bleeding behind the scenes. This is where AI workflows can help you the most. 👉 Want to grow a real business that doesn’t burn you out? Start with structure. The 6 dynamics above are the difference between “freelancing” and "scaling." This truth has taken me FAR too long to learn... I believe we are all in the process of a cultural reinvention of how people generate their income. If u agree, follow along...
Best use of AI?.. Leverage it to build a P E R S O N A L F R I E N D S H I P with the right people. Not as tactic. Not as manipulation. Here's my promise: If they see your name on the "incoming call" screen.....and they will pick it up, you will have ALL the business you can handle. Sounds sorta old fashioned...... 😜
