Historically, segmentation in #salesforcemarketingcloud (I'm talking Marketing Cloud Engagement, fka ExactTarget) would either use:

1) filters: super limited
2) SQL: super complex

It’s a beautiful morning in New York and the Javits Center is hustling and bustling with activity here at Salesforce AGENTFORCE 🤘

I’m standing next to Theater 3 where today at 4pm we will have a fireside chat with Practising Law Institute (PLI) and National Kidney Foundation  about marketing operations EXCELLENCE using Marketing Cloud Engagement!
