Here are the 3 things that stuck with me:

1. The offer that changed everything.

They were charging $79/month per seat like everyone else. Growth was okay, but not explosive.

Then they asked themselves: what do agencies actually want?

The answer: unlimited LinkedIn seats for a fixed price.

They launched a bundle — 50 accounts for $999/month instead of pay-per-seat. Within 48 hours, they closed their first $1,499/month deal. 4x their typical ARPU.

They showcase your expertise, especially if they're high quality. Look at people like Justin Welsh or Lara Acosta.

2. Post photos of you speaking at events to signal authority.

Your ideal clients need a reason beyond your words to trust you. Photos 'doing the thing' work.

3. Get yourself featured wherever you can.

Official publications whether it's Forbes or niche sites like Entrepreneur, Fast Company, and so on matter.

Stack these one by one until you get the bigger, well-known ones. Then stack them all as proof.

Bonus: Attend in-person networking events. Build a community offline. It's crucial for people to see you in real life.

I used to fly across the country to be at these—it's paid off. A lot.

Don't focus on follower count, focus on visibility.
