2 years ago in Bali, I hit rock bottom.

This week, I came back a different person.

I’m typing this from the same place.

The sun is shining.
The ocean’s glowing.

2.5 years ago, I arrived alone.

I didn’t come from an entrepreneurial family.

I grew up in Romania, in a modest home.

Neither of my parents went to university.
We didn’t talk about “business” around the dinner table.
We talked about bills. About making things last.

At 18, I packed my bags and left everything I knew.

I moved to the UK, alone.

New country.
New language.

No safety net.
Just a suitcase and a belief that I could figure it out.

I got a part-time job while studying.

But let me be honest...

So no, it’s not easy.
But it’s more possible than ever before.

Stop waiting for the right environment.

How to write content that actually works in 2026

Most “value-based” content feels the same.

Everyone’s saying the same thing with different fonts.
So just posting “valuable info” isn’t enough anymore.

Google gives you any “how to” in 2 seconds.
AI can write 1,000 tips in under 10 minutes.

Topic-based content is a commodity.

Anyone can be the “go-to” for productivity hacks or marketing tactics.

Your content needs 4 things:

Be direct.
Frame the trend, belief, or problem immediately.

Relatable > impressive.
People don’t connect with achievements.

3. Depth + insight

No one else has your mind.
Your lived experience is the unique angle.

4. Your energy signature

If I had to start again from scratch and grow on LinkedIn

1. Pick one platform and go all in.
