It's 2018. I'm sitting in a Belgrade Airbnb living the digital nomad life. I should be happy but I'm not. I'm frustrated. Fed up of my job and sick of the state of B2B SaaS marketing. I decide it's time for a change. Hey Digital is born. Seven years later we have: ↳ 44 amazing people working from 22 different countries ↳ Reached €3M+ ARR fully bootstrapped ↳ A company where people actually want to work ↳ Run campaigns for some of the biggest SaaS companies on the planet Our secret? Frameworks and data. Tried-and-tested playbooks and plug-and-play SaaS specific processes ⚡️ Years of testing with hundreds of SaaS companies and the heaps of data that we see on a daily basis has given us the ability to consistently deliver results. Combine that with talented team members we're onto a winner. But after years and years and thousands of conversations with SaaS marketers I couldn't help but notice a HUGE problem. Finding designers who deeply understand SaaS is impossible. People who: Knew how to create ads that convert. Could animate videos that capture attention. Could build landing pages that turn leads into booked calls. So in 2025 we launched Hey Design (heydesign.co) to solve this specific problem. Today, we run both: • Hey Digital: Full-service performance marketing agency for established SaaS companies ready to scale • Hey Design: Specialized creative services for SaaS marketing teams of all sizes And as I'm learning how to be a better CEO (this is my first company) I've noticed that not everything is about maximizing revenue and profit margins. It's about creating a culture where people thrive. Where team members stay for years, not months. Where clients renew because they trust us. Where life comes first. Most founders miss this. They focus on growth at all costs. We're selective about who we work with. We look after our team. And we only partner with ambitious B2B SaaS companies who share our values.
