You’re a founder in your 1st or 2nd year of your current business. You’re not interested in making money fast. You want to make your money last. You care deeply about helping others, including building wealth to pass down to your family. You want to own your time. You want to create a legacy. The problem is, you ask yourself “Exactly HOW do I get there?” So you may be struggling with: • Being disorganized and distracted rather than disciplined and focused • Lacking clear next steps leading to procrastinating instead of executing • Finding time in your day to get everything done without feeling overwhelmed • Finding the right mentors and support to fill in the missing pieces of what you don’t know • Not having the sustained motivation and systems to achieve your goals – and sticking to those systems You’ve tried courses, seminars and YouTube. But the courses aren’t personalized to your specific situation. They’re not interactive enough and they don’t feel genuine. The seminars provide valuable inspiration, but the motivation from them only lasts so long. You wish you walked away with a mentor or support for clear next steps. YouTube provides great information, but you know that if you take the wrong information it’s almost worse than not taking anything at all. So you keep trying different solutions but none of them work to provide exactly what you need… Your business requires the best version of yourself. Organized. Consistent. Clear. Daily. The courses, seminars and YouTube help, but the truth is you have to go deeper. Most solutions help to fix the surface level problem. They don’t get to the root of the cause. It’s kind of like a weed... They’re cutting the weed off at the surface but it’s still growing back. To get rid of a weed for good, you need to find its roots and pull it out. Only then can you have sustainable success. That’s what we do: We transform your subconscious mind at the root-level of your identity with daily agreements. Because we know that when the business owner grows, the business grows. As a result, my clients accomplish more in 90 days than most people do in 1 year (or more). That’s why 96% of client respondents report my work as “life-changing”. What would your life look like 1 year from today if you achieved all of your most important goals in the next 90 days? Become the best version of yourself with a leader who cares about helping you to get there. – “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” Let’s do this together: https://calendly.com/robertcollier/connect

One of my clients got a 50x ROI. Wild, right? But here’s the truth: Coaching isn’t “just accountability.” It’s not “just support.” It’s not “just mindset.” It’s a stack of high-impact skills layered together. When it’s done right, here’s what clients actually say: 1. “He holds me accountable” 2. “She asks the hard questions” 3. “He genuinely cares” 4. “She clears my overwhelm” 5. “He fills in what I didn’t know I didn’t know” 6. “She uncovers what’s really been holding me back” 7. “He helps me remove the mental blocks” 8. “She sends me books that speak to my exact season” 9. “He gives me clear next steps I can actually follow” 10. “She knows how to motivate me when I feel stuck” 11. “He helps me go further than I ever could alone” 12. “She reminds me it’s okay to dream” 13. “He pushes me—and believes in me” And the crazy part? 19% of clients get a 50x ROI. No gimmicks. No sleazy tactics. Just results that last. Most people think “coaching” is one thing. But the truth? It’s everything that gets you unstuck and moving forward. PS. If you’re ready for more than “support”, DM me the word GROWTH and I’ll send you a private resource I only share with clients.

For 35 years, something just felt… off. Charlotte had built an impressive career. Board seats. Executive roles. All the accolades. But deep down, she knew she wasn’t doing what she was meant to do. When we met, she had just stepped away from it all. No fancy title. No paycheck. No clear plan. Just this unshakable desire to make a real difference. She was volunteering at a soup kitchen… Serving meals to the homeless… Trying to reconnect with what mattered most. But she told me: → “I don’t know exactly what I want.” → “What does that even look like?” → “And how do I get there?” She knew she couldn’t keep spinning in circles. She’d never worked with a coach before — but she also knew: If she didn’t figure this out now… she might never get another shot. So we got to work. And in just 90 days, here’s what happened: → 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐚 𝐧𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬 💸 → 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐞𝐱𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐬𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐚 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬 💪 → 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐚 𝐜𝐫𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝟓-𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐠𝐨𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐮𝐞 🔥 Charlotte didn’t just hit her goals... She redefined what’s possible for this next chapter of her life. Here’s what she told me: “There’s not one ounce of anxiety left in me. And trust me — I’ve carried anxiety for a long time. I’m chasing goals I didn’t even allow myself to dream about before. There’s just nothing that stops me anymore.” Today, she’s a Founder and CEO. Leading high-performance accountability groups and changing lives. All from 90 days of clarity, structure, and momentum. No more guessing. No more holding back. Your life doesn’t get better by chance. It gets better by choice.

Thought of the day:

Fritz tripled his revenue in 90 days. But that wasn’t even the biggest win. He crushed imposter syndrome, built unshakable belief, and finally started living the vision he had for himself. Here’s how it happened… I met Fritz at a conference. He told me he had big dreams: → Build generational wealth → Help others to grow on their path → Travel more with his wife and family But the voice in his head kept whispering: → “Can I really trust myself?” → “Am I capable of doing this alone?” → “Who will support me when I need it?” He wasn’t thriving — he was just getting by. And he knew if he didn’t make a change, he’d regret it. So, he reached out. After one conversation, it was obvious. Fritz had the passion. He just needed the right systems and support to step into the version of himself that could actually reach those goals. So I told him, “Let’s do this together.” 😎 He followed my step-by-step system to 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻-𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗳. So, what were Fritz’s results? 𝗜𝗻 𝟵𝟬 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀, 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘇: → 𝟯𝘅’𝗲𝗱 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗲 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗙𝗢 💰 → 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘆𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗲 🥸 → 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗳 💪 And that wasn’t all. I tracked his emotional shifts over the 90 days: → Peace increased by 50% ☮ → Anxiety dropped by 233% 🧘‍♂️ → Confidence shot up by 42% 😎 → Business satisfaction climbed by 43% 😊 → And he scored a perfect 10/10 in pride for himself 🤩 Fritz finally achieved in 90 days what he’d been dreaming about for years. His business? Skyrocketing. His passion? Stronger than ever. His presence? More impactful than ever before. And it all started with one decision to stop waiting — and start executing. Here’s the truth: Your life doesn’t change by chance. The breakthrough happens when you stop hesitating and commit. PS. If you dream of achieving ambitious goals, but: → You keep starting and stopping → You don’t have a game plan you're 100% confident in → You feel lost on where to even begin to actually reach your ambitious goals DM me “PROOF” and I’ll get you details ASAP.

The secret to break free from self-sabotage. Here’s a truth that can change everything: Almost all behavior comes from what you believe to be true. But that's not the real game-changer. This is: 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗳𝘆 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸𝘀 𝗯𝘆 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗽𝘂𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀. If you’re pushing hard but still not seeing results… If you’re doing “all the right things” but success feels out of reach… A hidden belief could be holding you back. Your mind is either working for you or against you. The key? Spot the blind spot, reframe the belief, and rewrite the script. Because the truth is: When you change the story, you change your life.

16

This simple mindset saved me from burnout: Only focus on what matters + What you can control Everything else? Let it go. Clarity = Momentum. That's how you stay in the sweet spot.

16

Your problems aren’t proof you’re failing. They’re proof you’re growing. I used to think “success” meant fewer problems. More peace. Less pressure. But I’ve learned something else entirely: → Every level of growth comes with new problems. → Bigger responsibilities. → Heavier decisions. If you’re overwhelmed right now, ask yourself: What did I have to overcome to even be in this position? Because the truth is: You don’t get to grow without carrying more. That client issue? ↳ That’s because you signed more clients. That schedule crunch? ↳ That’s because you stepped into leadership. That self-doubt? ↳ That’s because you’re playing a bigger game. So here’s what I do when the weight feels like too much: I zoom out. I remember how far I’ve come. And I double down on the habits that make me proud. Because that’s how you outlast the chaos. That’s how you rise above the noise. Not by avoiding problems… But by becoming the version of you who can handle them. You don’t need fewer problems. You need deeper roots. 👊 PS. This mindset doesn't just get taught in my work — it gets lived. Because real growth isn't weightless, but it's worth it. If you’re building something meaningful and feel like the weight is getting heavier… DM me.

I helped a guy break free from his job — and he’s never looked back. In just 90 days, he went from anxious and uncertain to a confident, high-earning business owner. Bobby wanted more than just a paycheck. He wanted: → Full control over his schedule → The freedom to work and play when he wanted → The ability to choose his clients and get paid well for his expertise He knew becoming an independent contractor could give him this. But he kept running into the same roadblocks: → Stressing about landing his next client → Doubting whether he had what it took to succeed → Feeling like he wasn’t “qualified enough” because he didn’t have a traditional degree The fear of staying stuck was greater than the fear of taking the leap. He knew if nothing changed, he’d keep working harder than most people… But he wouldn’t be happier than most people. He told me, “If I could just land three clients, I could quit.” I said, “Let’s make it happen.” We worked together, and I gave him a distraction-proof roadmap: → The exact books that would shift his mindset → Daily actions to build confidence and momentum → A custom strategy to develop unshakable belief in himself 90 days later, Bobby: ✅ Passed the MB-200 Microsoft Certification Test to boost his confidence 🧠 ✅ Landed 3 high-paying clients 💰 ✅ Quit his job for good ✌️ Today, Bobby is a thriving independent contractor, fully in control of his career. He didn’t wait for his situation to magically improve — he took action. Your life doesn’t get better by chance. It gets better by change. PS: If you’re tired of spinning your wheels and ready to hit your goals, but: → You keep starting and stopping → You don’t have a game plan you trust → You’re stuck on where to begin DM me “PROOF” and I’ll send you the details.

13

You’ll never feel ready. Not to quit. Not to launch. Not to leap. And no, that doesn’t mean something’s wrong with you. Your brain is doing its job → keeping you safe, comfortable, and stuck exactly where you are. So you say: “Maybe tomorrow.” “Next week.” “After the holidays.” But here’s the truth: Change requires risk. And risk? Feels scary. So how do you move through the fear anyway? Mel Robbins says: Use the 5 Second Rule. Whenever you feel the urge to act on something meaningful → count backwards: 5 - 4 - 3 - 2 - 1 Then move. That’s it. It interrupts the spiral of: → Fear → Anxiety → Overthinking → Procrastination And it activates the part of your brain responsible for action. Not just intention. The moment your gut says “do it”… Your brain will say “nah.” Use the rule to override the reflex. Want to start posting online? 5 - 4 - 3 - 2 - 1 → Publish. Need to get out of bed and hit that workout? 5 - 4 - 3 - 2 - 1 → Go. Want to DM someone who could change your business? 5 - 4 - 3 - 2 - 1 → Send it. Success doesn’t start with motivation. It starts with movement. “You’ve been assigned this mountain to show others it can be moved.” 🚀 So… what are you not doing because you're waiting to feel ready? Drop it in the comments to beat it 👇 PS. This picture was taken moments after I bungee jumped from the world's highest suspension bridge in South Africa. Talk about not feeling ready! 😂

Feeling overwhelmed at work? Do this. Too many tasks. Tight deadlines. A flooded inbox. When overwhelm creeps in, ask yourself this one question: "What’s the ONE thing I can do right now that will make everything else easier or unnecessary?" This is called The Focusing Question (h/t Gary Keller). Why does this work? Because it forces you to cut through the noise and focus on the most important task (MIT). Your One Thing. Then, commit to this motto: “Until my ONE Thing is done—everything else is a distraction.” Master this and you’ll get more done, feel more in control, and eliminate the chaos. Now go crush it. 😉 PS. What’s the ONE thing you need to focus on today? Share yours below! My ONE thing was to write my posts for the week. After I did, I went for a walk at the harbor. 😊

A woman reached out to me for career advice. If you're at a crossroad in your career, this is for you. We meet at a lounge. She leans in. Frustrated. Conflicted. "I don’t know what to do. I dream of taking my business nationwide, but I feel stuck. Maybe I should try something else." I nod. "What are the benefits of each option?" I ask. She sighs. "If I stay, I don’t know exactly what needs to be done… or if I can even do it." I stop her. And tell her a story. When I started my first business, I wasn’t sure I was cut out for it. I had every reason to doubt myself: → I wasn’t sure if I had what it took to succeed → I wasn’t even sure if business was the right path for me → I had never stuck with anything long enough to become great at it People had their own ideas for me: "Join the Peace Corps, you’d make an impact!" "You should be an attorney — you’d be great at it!" "Politics would suit you well, you should run for office!" But despite all the voices, one thing kept pulling at me: Starting a business. Even when I was working full-time, I kept moonlighting with startups. Still unsure. Still questioning myself. It took years of: → Writing a blog → Testing side hustles → Working with startups → Learning about business → Attending conferences and workshops → Meeting successful entrepreneurs worldwide → Surrounding myself with people who believed in me Before I finally developed the belief in myself that I could actually do this And let me tell you — it's been worth it. Why? Because I fell in love with the process of becoming: → Becoming someone who impacts others while following a path I choose → Becoming someone who takes an idea and brings it to life → Becoming more than I was yesterday So, I say to her: "What you believe you can do is far different than what others believe you can do. And often, it’s even different from what you’re actually capable of. The best thing you can do? Trust yourself first. What does your gut say you want to do with your life?" She didn’t answer. She didn’t have to. We both knew. It’s not my job to decide for her. Not her friends’ job. Not her family’s. She already knew the right choice. I just reminded her.

Reminder: LinkedIn is a highlight reel. You’re not late. You’re not behind. You’re on your timeline. Most people only post their wins. But what you don’t see? → The rejections → The failed launches → The doubts and setbacks So don’t let the internet rush you. Keep going. Stay focused. Your story is still unfolding. ❤️

Every 7 years, my life reinvents itself. 2011: The Awakening • Spent 10 days in complete silence at a meditation retreat — an experience so transformative I made it a nearly yearly ritual • Packed up my life in Dallas, Texas, and moved to Detroit, Michigan without knowing a single person there • Landed my first real job, reporting directly to the CEO • Lived in a hotel for 7 months, driving a company car, navigating a brand-new world • Became obsessed with learning spending hours at Barnes & Noble daily, reading about Gandhi, Mandela, Buddha, and other great minds • Uncovered fundamental truths about life, leadership, and the human experience • Learned how to start over, build new friendships, and adapt to the unknown 2018: The Breakthrough • Walked away from my 9-5 with no plan — just a belief that there was more for me • Delivered a TEDx Talk in front of 600+ people • Took 1 year off from alcohol (the first of three) • Trained like a machine and sculpted six-pack abs • Became a vegetarian (for three years) • Hosted 4 business events, including a private 75-foot catamaran yacht experience • Helped my mom launch her own events and coaching business • Charged $1,000 for a single hour of my time—proof that my value had shifted. 2025: ? I wonder what this year holds… If history shows anything, this year may bring a reinvention, a new version of me. PS. What about you? Have you noticed a pattern of major life changes in your own journey?
