Commenting on large creatirs isn’t helping you. 

Find creators around your size that are active. 

Comment there if they are in your niche. 
This people will comment back and support you. 

You won’t get a comment on your post from a large account anytime soon. 

Plus the smaller creators are usually super friendly.

Me: makes post thought out and formatted
LinkedIn: let’s show it to 1k

Me: confusions.

Me: ok new post. Takes 30 seconds 
LinkedIn: that’s it. Show to 20k 

Make it make sense.

I stopped trying to be super productive.

Now I get more done.

Here's what I changed: 

My "productivity strategy" was the problem.

I had 47 browser tabs open.
12 different to-do list apps.
A color-coded calendar that looked like a rainbow exploded.

Then I tried something crazy:

I picked ONE thing.
Did it.
Then another.

No fancy system.
No productivity guru advice.
No "optimize your routine" nonsense.

Just work. Then more work.

Turns out the secret to productivity is:

Stop reading about productivity.
Stop organizing your organization system.
Stop planning to plan.

The thing you're avoiding right now?
That's the thing you should do.

Just do the thing.

They say LinkedIn is not for creators. 

But it is…hear me out. 

LinkedIn does like having creators here. 
Now, I will be transparent. Creators are not the primary focus like other social medias. 

Premium memberships, Sales Navigator, and Ads will ALWAYS be the top priority here. 

These generate revenue for LinkedIn and Microsoft. Revenue will always be the driving force on a platform. 

Despite what anyone says. 

However, as a creator your intent needs to be clear on what the desired outcome is. 

Let’s be real, most people are here for: 
• business
• finding a job 
• making money in some form

It’s time to embrace the reality we are in. 
Not complain about what it could be or what we don’t have. 

Sure, organic reach is down. Largely due to ad space being integrated into our feeds. 

It’s not going to stop. 

But, what we can do is refocus. 

Refocus on what your goal is with each post you make. Clearly define it before you post is going to manage expectations. 

If you want tons of views, this is probably not the place for it. Plus views are a cheap dopamine hit anyway. 

Now, let’s talk about the right views. 
The right views will be less. 
But, they will build deeper relationships. 

With those you wish to do business with, inspire, or educate. 

It’s simple. 

• identify your goal 
• identify your target

Then post. 
It’s time to stop worrying over views here.

Are you creating to create?

Are you creating with intention?

Dan Koe’s article got 139M views. 
He made $4.5k 

4K for one article is good. 

But, with 139M views that equals .000032 per view. Which raises some questions, as won’t so low? 

It’s a terrible payout considering all the ad space in the feed above and below the article. 

Which on X, you get ad share payouts if you hit specific metrics. 

This payment is a step in the right direction for creators. 

For perspective on YouTube 139M views payout is around $100k - $417k.

Consistency builds trust faster than perfect. 

The best people I have met aren’t perfect. 

They are consistent. 

Consistency tells me about their character, they have grit, and they are determined.

A connection strategy that makes sense. 

Mine has now changed to reflect this in addition to the following: 

• can we work together now/future
• can we help each other 
• do we enjoy each others content 
• can we learn from each other 

I have always been protective of my connections since there is a limit. 

Multiple large creators used a full your connections fast strategy and failed. 

Short term they got a ton of followers fast, but the account failed. 

Failed because the connections wanted association. 

Not mutual support. 
Not mutual connection. 

Just association, guard your connections. 

They are limited to 30k. 

30k is a small number. 1B+ on platform.

That one thing you are putting off. 

Do it right now. 
Dont bookmark this post. 
Just, log off. Do it now. 

Seriously, bookmarking posts goes into the i forgot pile. Doing nothing. 

Just do thing today.
