The Alchemists of the Roundtable is not for everyone. It is for a man who has already attained a high degree of self-awareness, accountability and commitment to his growth. We are not the appropriate container for men who are unwilling to get uncomfortable, prefer to keep things “safe and on the surface” or are stuck in perpetual victimhood around his circumstances. In our experience the following men will be primed for rapid success and life-changing growth through our brotherhood: 1. Men who are committed to a life of consistent healing, growth and evolution. 2. Men who are not afraid to “see their shadows” and integrate them back into wholeness 3. Men who are ready to “get real”, shift long-persisting patterns, and discover who he is beyond the wounds, triggers and limitations that have held him back. 4. Men who have “outgrown” many of their existing friendships and communities, and desire a brotherhood of other men dedicated to a life of full expression. 5. Men who are “in the trenches” of relationships, fatherhood and growing a business; and who desire to bring greater power, freedom and peace to all areas of his life. 6. Men who have experienced the “sting” of personal relationships/marriage and aspire to evolve into something more rich, expansive and life-giving. 7. Men who have “lone-wolfed” it for so long, and now feel ready to grow, heal and evolve in the presence of his fellow brothers.
