• Created strategies to increase Pro-Israel attitudes on campus through presentations and building relationships with Pro Israel Students and other campus professionals. 
• Developed strong recruitment techniques yielding excellent results leading to over 100 Undergraduate students per year to participate in two week program in Israel
• Enhanced and expanded educational materials and training workshops.
