𝗗𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲𝘀, 𝗹𝘂𝘅𝘂𝗿𝘆, 𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁. Be impressed by how someone treats people who can’t do anything for them. Be impressed by the leader who listens more than they speak. Be impressed by the manager who builds people up, not just metrics. Be impressed by the professional who doesn’t need a spotlight to lead. Some of the most impactful people I’ve met don’t have flashy titles or big platforms. They lead with humility, not ego. If you’re looking for substance over status, here are 5 qualities worth admiring: ☝🏼 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 → The best leaders feel with you, not just think for you. ✌🏼 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 → People remember how you made them feel, not what was on your résumé. 🤟🏼 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 → True success is sharing the table, not just taking the seat. 🖖🏼 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗵𝘂𝗯𝗿𝗶𝘀 → You can be confident without making others small. 🖐🏼 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 → People may admire your title, but they’ll trust your values. We become better humans when we stop worshiping the wrong metrics. What’s one value you admire most in the people you look up to?

First, a 20-minute meeting with the Recruiter, where you will get a chance to know about 🔹Organization's mission 🔹Culture 🔹 Values and how well you fit in with them. Second, a 30-minute interview with the Hiring Manager, where they will discuss 🔹Your experience and 🔹 Qualifications for the role you have applied for. Lastly, a 40-minute interview with The Team, where you will be able to 🔹Interact with potential colleagues, 🔹Get to know them and 🔹 Determine how well you will fit in with the team dynamics and work culture. After these three interviews, companies should be equipped to decide on hiring. 𝗟𝗲𝘁'𝘀 𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗱 𝘄𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗷𝗼𝗯 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀’ 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲, 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆. Do you agree?

𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁, 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿. So many people wait to feel "ready" before they pursue their 6-figure jobs or launch their dream businesses. 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘁𝗵: 👉🏼 You don’t need to be perfect to be successful. I had no idea what I was doing when I started building my personal brand. My posts weren’t polished. My content wasn’t viral. And I constantly questioned, “Who am I to give advice?” 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗜 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝗽 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝘄𝗮𝘆. - Even when it was uncomfortable. - Even when it wasn’t perfect. - Over time, my imperfect actions brought tangible results. 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹 — 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝘀. Here’s what I’ve learned about ditching perfection and taking action: ☝🏼 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 1: 𝗥𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 → Success doesn’t mean flawless execution. → It means showing up, learning, and improving. ✌🏼 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 2: 𝗙𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 → Celebrate small wins. → Every step forward counts — even if it’s messy. 🤟🏼 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 3: 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 → Clarity comes from action, not overthinking. → Done is better than perfect. 🖖🏼 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 4: 𝗘𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝘀 𝗟𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀 → Failure isn’t the opposite of success — it’s part of the process. → Every mistake teaches you something valuable. 🖐🏼 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 5: 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗦𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗮𝗹 → Not everyone will get it. → The only validation you need is from the version of you chasing growth. 🖐🏼☝🏼 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 6: 𝗞𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗨𝗽 → Consistency beats perfection every time. → Show up authentically, and your people will find you. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just need the courage to begin. 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗳𝘂𝗹 — 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀. What’s one thing you’ve been holding back on because you’re waiting to feel “ready”?

𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱. You just need eyes to see people, a heart that believes in them, and the courage to lift them higher. Leadership isn’t granted. It’s practiced, in the everyday moments when nobody’s watching. When I first started my career, I had no authority. No seniority. No “manager” in my title. But I listened. I cheered. I mentored. I served. Because leadership isn’t about the role. It’s about the responsibility you choose to carry. Here’s why the best leaders often don’t have the title: 1/ 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. ↳ You don’t need a corner office to make people feel seen. ↳ Show up. Ask how they’re really doing. That’s leadership. 2/ 𝗕𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗢𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘀 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀. ↳ People rise when they feel believed in. ↳ Your faith in them becomes their fuel. 3/ 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗮 𝗟𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗰𝘆. ↳ Titles fade. Impact doesn’t. ↳ The people you elevate will remember how you made them feel. 4/ 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝗻𝘀 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁. ↳ You don’t have to wait for permission. ↳ Leadership is doing the right thing—especially when it’s hard. 5/ 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀. ↳ They’re not on stage—but they set the tone. ↳ Quiet leadership builds the loudest legacy. I’ve seen it again and again: The real leaders are often the ones without the title, but with a heart full of belief, hands that lift, and a presence that inspires. 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿. Whether your name is on the org chart or not. 𝗧𝗮𝗴 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀 𝗯𝘆 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀. Are you a leader?

          5k

𝗢𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘂𝗽𝗼𝗻 𝗮 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲… I tried everything to be liked by my boss, who didn’t value me. I worked hard. I stayed late. I kept my head down. But no matter what I did, it was never enough. Every effort I made was met with criticism. Every success, dismissed. Every idea, ignored. Eventually, I realized something painful but freeing: You can do everything right… and still not be treated right. Some people won’t like you, not because of your work, but because of their own insecurities or ego. And some bosses? They don’t lead. They tear down. They make you question your worth. But here’s what I want you to remember: You are not the problem. 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵: ↳ 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 ↳ 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 ↳ 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 Don’t stay where you’re merely tolerated. Keep looking for the place where you’re valued. Where your voice matters. Where your growth is celebrated. Because you don’t just deserve a paycheck. You deserve a leader. Why do you think people change jobs?

𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲. I have worked for bosses who taught me what not to do. I have also worked with leaders who inspire me to be my best. The bosses taught us what not to do. The leaders not only show the way, they walk the way. In my career journey, I learned a leadership truth. Leadership is not about being the one who calls the shots;  Leadership is about helping people become their best version. A boss uses authority to get the work done. A leader inspires to take action. A boss tells what to do. A leader does it first. A boss points the way. A leader guides the way. Leadership is pulling the weight, setting the space,  and showing others what is possible by being the first to do it. Leadership is all about people. Leaders make them feel heard. Leaders make them feel seen. Great leaders listen. Great leaders value people. Great leaders make a difference. Are you a boss? Or are you a leader?

𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺. 𝗣𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗶𝘀. As a TPM/Scrum Master, I have led projects with top-talented teams at top companies such as Harvard University and Amazon. One of my projects involved a team distributed across 4 time zones, and we never watched anyone; we trusted them. In my experience, highly effective teams do not need to be micromanaged; they need empowerment. Here’s the real deal: When you continuously observe your team members... You probably selected the wrong individuals for your team. The most effective method to deliver value to people is through giving them flexibility. Here is why: 1/ 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 𝗗𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗡𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. → They produce outcomes, not justifications. → True motivation comes from ownership. → Responsibility surpasses supervision. → Excessive oversight destroys trust. 2/ 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 means more time. → Extra hours enhance learning, not sitting in traffic. → Time is spent mastering skills, not being idle. → A balanced life boosts efficiency. → Energy is preserved, not wasted. 3/ 𝗡𝗼 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲, 𝗟𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀. → Collaboration triumphs over rivalry. → Achievements trump appearances. → Culture flourishes without conflict. → Ideas prevail, not personalities. Let’s take a look at how to make this work: → Give your team members the freedom to choose their work location and schedule. → Measure achievements, not clocked hours. → Prioritize impact, not presence. → Define meaningful KPIs. True leaders: → Support → Empower → And protect their teams. The right leader can help remote teams succeed. Do you think remote work is the future?

𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱. Kindness isn’t weakness. It’s power under control. The obsession with competition and speed and status in our world makes kindness stand out as a revolutionary force. You should offer a smile to the person who stands before you while experiencing difficulties. You should reach out to someone who remains hidden while facing challenges through direct message. You should select grace as your response instead of seeking revenge. The practice of kindness does not need to be boisterous or recognized by others. But it’s always remembered. And here’s the truth: People tend to forget about your accomplishments. They may not recall your job title. People always remember the emotions you create in others. You should become the type of person who enhances the lives of others beyond their initial state. The final mark we create in life won’t be what we had, but how we loved. PS: How would you like to be remembered?

Nobody is above others. A true leader makes people feel: - Appreciated - Respected - Supported - Valued. If you lead a team and do not respect them, you are not the leader they deserve. A title does not make you a leader; how you treat people does. 𝗟𝗲𝘁'𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵. What qualities do you think make a person a leader?

𝗟𝗼𝘆𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲. Loyal employees are more profitable. Loyal employees are an asset. Keeping employees happy is the right way. Promoting employees is the right way. Appreciating employees is the way. Leadership is all about the people. Make them feel heard. Make them feel seen. The cost of replacing people is higher than valuing them. Let’s strive to be the leaders we wish we had. The leaders who value people. The leaders who listen. The leaders who care. More retention means more profit so it’s a win-win. Why do you think employees stay?

𝗢𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘂𝗽𝗼𝗻 𝗮 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲... A colleague of mine got a massive promotion. It was the kind of promo I had been working toward for a long time. Part of me felt like I also deserved it. Not because she didn’t deserve it. She did. But because I was still waiting for my moment. And yet, I chose to celebrate her loudly. I congratulated her publicly, cheered her on privately, and supported her every step of the way. Not because I had to. Because I genuinely wanted to be the kind of person who celebrates others, even when it’s not my turn yet. Years later, when my opportunity finally came, who was the first to advocate for me behind closed doors? Her. That experience taught me something powerful: Your turn will come. But how you show up for others in the meantime is what people remember. 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀. 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝘂𝗽. 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲. Your time is coming. And when it does, it’ll be even sweeter knowing you clapped for others while you waited. What do you think? Have you ever been in this position?

𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻’𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗯𝗼𝘀𝘀. When I started my career, I believed that working hard would automatically lead to success. I quickly learned that no matter how skilled or motivated you are, a toxic or unsupportive boss can stunt your growth and crush your confidence. The truth is: a great boss doesn’t just manage your tasks—they shape your mindset, champion your potential, and open doors you didn’t even know existed. My career only began to truly thrive when I worked under someone who saw me—my abilities, my ambitions, and my potential. Don’t let a bad boss become the ceiling to your success. Here are six things a great boss will do to help you build a great career: ☝🏼 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 1: 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 → They recognize your potential and remind you of it—even when you’re unsure. → That belief builds confidence and encourages risk-taking. ✌🏼 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 2: 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄 → You’re allowed to ask questions, make mistakes, and learn without fear of judgment. → Growth comes faster in psychologically safe environments. 🤟🏼 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 3: 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿, 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 → You never wonder where you stand. → They help you close gaps and sharpen your skills. 🖖🏼 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 4: 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗼𝗼𝗿𝘀 → They speak your name in rooms you’re not in. → Promotions, raises, and opportunities often come from this kind of advocacy. 🖐🏼 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 5: 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 → Integrity, resilience, empathy—they model the traits you want to grow into. → They don’t just manage—they inspire. 🖐🏼☝🏼 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 6: 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝗿 → They help you imagine a version of your career you might not have dared to dream. → They don’t hold you back—they push you forward. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗯𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴. Don’t underestimate their impact on your career path. Have you ever had a boss who transformed your career—or held it back?

But when the promotion time came. I heard this from the VP. “Elvi, you are doing great job, but you need more visibility.” I couldn’t believe it. Here is what I wish someone had told me before. → Master the art of self-promotion at work. → Improve Your Communication Skills → Build Strong Relationships → Start Taking Initiatives → Deliver Results → Be Adaptable Your contributions need to be visible. Your work needs to be seen by the right people. Learn how to communicate the value that you bring to the company in terms of - Revenue generated - Time Optimized - Resources Leveraged Use the next meeting to shout out about your accomplishment in front of key stakeholders and leaders. Here is the unspoken corporate rule that I learned: "You need to advocate for yourself." Have your heard about this promotion unspoken corporate rule?

𝗠𝗼𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗻𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: → A supportive boss celebrates your achievements and encourages you to aim higher. → This boost fuels your motivation, driving you to push your boundaries and explore new possibilities. ✌🏼 2. 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽: → They mentor and guide you, sharing their wisdom and experiences. → You gain insights not only into the technical aspects but also into navigating complex workplace dynamics. 🤟🏼 3. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸: → A boss who cares about your success will offer honest, constructive feedback. → This guidance helps you identify areas of improvement and chart a course for growth. 🖖🏼 4. 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: → They’re eager to provide opportunities for professional development. → Through training, workshops, or new projects, they enable you to broaden your horizons. 🖐🏼 5. 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁: → Their faith in your potential builds self-confidence. → Knowing someone believes in you fosters a sense of trust and loyalty, fueling your ambition. Your professional journey becomes more fulfilling with a boss who champions your success. They are the allies you need to navigate the intricate career advancement pathways. Have you ever experienced the transformative power of such leadership in your career?

People should avoid accepting their first job offer without considering the workplace environment that they will spend 40+ hours per week in. The salary appears attractive but does it make sense to surrender your mental health? My professional journey from Harvard to Amazon taught me that your workplace determines both your professional advancement and your total wellness. The following six essential factors should be considered for job selection after salary evaluation: 1/𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻'𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝘁 100%. ↳ Respect for your time outside of work. ↳ No expectation of 24/7 availability. 2/ 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲  ↳ They care about your growth, not just your output. ↳ They model self-care and work-life balance themselves. 3/ 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗖𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸 ↳ Freedom to speak up without fear. ↳ Mistakes are opportunities for learning not career killers. 4/ 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 ↳ Your contributions are seen and valued. ↳ Your well-being matters as much as your work. 5/ 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂 ↳ The company's actions match their stated values. ↳ Ethics aren't sacrificed for profit. 6/ 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 ↳ Development opportunities that energize rather than drain. ↳ Clear paths forward that don't require burnout. Your mental health should never be sacrificed for any job position. A suitable career opportunity should improve your existence instead of taking over your entire life. During interviews, you should focus on aspects that extend past the position duties and financial compensation. Ask questions that reveal the true culture. Watch how people interact. What warning signs did you miss when you first started working?

𝗢𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘂𝗽𝗼𝗻 𝗮 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲... A leader offered me career advice during a job interview. He mentioned that the job posting I was applying for had been filled. However, he also suggested another position that might better suit me and asked if I would like to learn more about it. I said yes and inquired about the specifics of the role. He explained that it was a technical position, and he believed I would be a great fit due to my experience leading Agile programs, which the team needed to succeed in the role. And after only three interview rounds, he gave me the job opportunity. 𝗧𝗼 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘀: your decisions go beyond skills and qualifications. They are about creating opportunities and shaping futures. 𝗜𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿?

𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗮 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲. - You need clarity. - You need respect. - You need space to protect your well-being. Some of the hardest lessons I’ve learned didn’t come from being treated unfairly. They came from not setting boundaries soon enough. If you want to thrive at work without burning out, here are 5 boundaries worth setting (and none of them make you “difficult”): ☝🏼 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝗳𝗳-𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 → Just because you can reply after 7pm doesn’t mean you should. ✌🏼 𝗦𝗮𝘆 𝗻𝗼 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 → Your value isn’t tied to being constantly available. 🤟🏼 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝘂𝗽 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝗼𝗳𝗳 → Silence helps no one. Especially not you. 🖖🏼 𝗗𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 → You can be helpful without being a doormat. 🖐🏼 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀—𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿𝘀 → Invest in what helps you grow, not just what keeps others comfortable. Boundaries aren’t walls. They’re doors to healthier, more sustainable careers. What’s one boundary you’ve set that changed the way you work?

𝗚𝗵𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗮𝗱 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝘁'𝘀 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻. You’ve updated your resume. You’ve applied to job after job. You’ve sent connection requests, follow-up emails, and still… Nothing. No responses. No interviews. No feedback. 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲. Here’s the truth no one tells you: - 𝗜𝘁'𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂. Recruiters are overwhelmed. Some roles get 1,000+ applications. - 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 (ATS) that filter out great candidates before a human even sees your name. - 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲. The job market has changed, and what worked five years ago won’t cut it now. -𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴. - Start building a personal brand. - Share your story. - Show your value publicly. Let hiring managers find you, not just the other way around. Instead of sending 100 resumes, what if you wrote 10 LinkedIn posts that show what you're capable of? What if your next job came through your visibility, not your inbox? You don’t have to stay stuck in the ghosting cycle. If you're ready to make that shift, I’m here to help. Let’s turn your job search into a job magnet. Are you being ghosted?
