Trading the executive suite of a $4B global powerhouse for the excitement of entrepreneurship, I'm now spreading knowledge, innovation, and transformation. Through 5 major career transitions, I evolved from a VP of Marketing & Sales to Division President, and ultimately, CIO. But behind every business transaction, there's a face. I firmly believe that people are the heart and soul of any endeavor. I owe my success to the great teams I've been a part of and the wise mentors who guided me. My advice for aspiring leaders: Be bold. Be curious. Be authentic. Be respectful. Be transparent. Be growth-minded. And success will follow.
