Beauty: "Save my 25-year marriage from roommate status"
Generic desires create generic men.
Specific desires create warriors.

I just finished "Wild at Heart" by John Eldredge.
And it hit me like a sledgehammer.

𝗘𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲'𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲: 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗹.

Written into the heart of every man.
From the Amazon to Parliament.
From the factory to the boardroom.
Misplace them, forget them, or misdirect them?
They don't disappear.
They go underground and surface as anger, addiction, or apathy.

𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗱𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱:

These aren't outdated ideas.

Society wants to tame you.
Make you soft. Compliant. Quiet.
But that's not who you are.

You were made for something worth fighting for.
Not bar fights. Not ego contests.
But battles that matter.
Fighting for your health at 60.
Fighting for your marriage when it's easier to quit.

When you stop fighting, you start dying.
