I grew up as an only child. 

My parents weren't particularly rich either. 

But there was a lot of joy in the simple things:

A lot of new marketers ask me for advice.

Most of them have just landed a new job.

Here's the truth no one tells you:

Success is 10% talent, 90% showing up every day.

So, if you are a new marketer,

You don't need to BE the most knowledgeable.

Instead:

Be open: Feedback is gold. Embrace it, learn from it, and use it to grow.
Be curious: Learn not just the 'what' but the 'why' behind your tasks.
Be you: Authenticity breeds trust and connection.
Be reliable: Meet your deadlines. Every time.
Be a team player: Your win is the team's win.

Remember,

The only person you should try to impress is yourself.

Usually brands just do "more marketing" to fix this issue.
