In 1:1 coaching, I help leaders (mostly CEOs/founders) understand the nuances of their roles as decision-makers and facilitators in a collaborative environment. I coach to → understand your form of modern leadership by reflecting on the current gold standard → empower team members, foster a sense of ownership, and get diverse contributions → to balance leading and delegating. 2. Leadership Team Coaching Facilitating a high-performing leadership team rooted in trust and collaboration. The alignment of the leadership team sets a powerful foundation for collective intelligence to flourish. To enable leadership team collaboration I → facilitate off-sides where trust and performance are cultivated → encourage open communication, trust, and a shared commitment to the company's objectives → design and refine processes to create an environment where optimal work can be achieved. 3. Company Collaboration "Hackathons" Role modeling collaboration with the whole organization through "Hackathons" for the entire organization. I designed an annual "hackathon" experience involving the whole organization (up to 100 people). I facilitate a space that is → transforming the workplace into a creative exploration space. → bringing everyone together around a company problem. → creating "down and dirty" prototypes, which are shown and discussed by the organization.
