Responsible for developing the Bonne Maman brand and the Andros UK desserts range into convenience stores, forecourts, cash and carry, wholesalers.

- Generated over 2 million of new business
- Responsible for the marketing budget of the convenience channel, circa 150 thousand pounds

Responsible for the profitability, growth and deliverables of 30M business and a team of 6 Territory Managers. Out of 11 customers I grew 8 of them, lost 1 to a tender (850K account) and retained the last 2 despite poor performance from the supplying factory. Opened up Primark for my colleagues of the Paper Division, which became a 50M paper bag business.

UK Division - National Sales Manager

My job was to help the Group R&D Director to build his team with scientists and technical experts throughout the Group. Once done I managed key projects of technology transfer & roll out from companies acquired throughout the entire Group. Extensive training in change management and culture change to overcome local boundaries.

Commercial Manager - Central R&D Team

Implemented a customer survey across 3 divisions, 10 countries and 125 clients. Initially 1 of 4 project managers, “promoted” to manage the other 3.

Tax and Financial advisory of a portfolio of clients:

- Financial audit of initial tax situation
- Legal and Tax research
- Preparation of advanced tax structures and negotiation documents
- Drafting of tax ruling
- Occasional drafting of marketing documents such as the Maritime Brochure

Knowledge Sharing initiative:

Participation in company wide culture change effort to generate more feedback and spread knowledge across functions and seniority

- Litigation: responsible for drafting summons, pleadings and lead legal research in complex cases 
- Advisory: responsible for legal research and writing memorandum on complex acquisition & restructuring and their consequences for employees
