→ Mon & Wed - Educational post (MoFu)

My Linkedin DM system books 5-10 meetings a week. 

It's semi-automated and takes about an hour a day to run.

I love content, but I do NOT rely on content alone. 

And, neither should YOU.

How to create a 7-figure offer (without overthinking it): 
 
1. Ask ideal prospects what their struggles are 
2. Put all their answers down in a Google doc 
3. Pick problems that cause the most pain 
4. Write down how you'd solve them 
5. Make these your deliverables 
 
If you had a Youtube agency, the problems may be: 
 
- I don't have a big audience 
- Can't find time to create video content 
- Lead flow is too inconsistent at the moment 
 
Your offer could be: 
 
"We will build you a Youtube Sales Funnel that generates 10-20 qualified calls every month. (even if you don't have a big audience)". 
 
Business is simply problem solving.

Once you can articulate this, you can print revenue. 
 
2. Content 
 
If you want revenue, don't optimize for views. 
 
Optimize for trust. 
 
- Sharing case studies builds trust 
- Sharing your client’s stories builds trust 
- Sharing your transformation story builds trust 
 
More trust = More closed deals. 
 
3. Outreach 
 
 Every day, track:  
  
- New Followers  
- New Connections  
- New Profile visitors  
- New Likers/Commenters  
 
The goal of a DM is to figure out if a person has the problem you solve. 
 
If they don't have the problem, you leave them alone. 
 
If they raise their hand and tell you they do. 
 
The games begin.

Probably number 2, right?  
 
Why? 
 
Because, post 2 starts with credibility first, then goes into the value. 
 
Prospects want to work with winners. 
 
So, if you have social proof, credibility and results. 
 
FLEX THEM IN YOUR CONTENT.

Honestly, it comes down to one thing.

Sales mindset.

You need to focus your actions on revenue-generating tasks:

- Sending outbound DMs
- Re-activating past leads & clients
- Writing competence proving content
- Upselling current clients onto higher levels of service

Block out everything else.

Do what you KNOW will lead to revenue, first.

Once complete, move onto lower priority activities.

Stop worshipping Linkedin gurus because they get more “likes” than you.

→ Inbound connection requests (highest buyer intent)

High-intent leads make up 80-100% of the revenue my clients generate.

Focus less on low-intent vanity metrics.
More on high-intent revenue metrics.
