You just suck.

I'm in a pretty crowded niche myself.

And, I have clients in:

- Meta/Google ads
- Business consulting

Super crowded niches.

But, we don't care.

Why?

Some saturation is a good thing.

It means there's DEMAND for what you do.

But, what about all the competition you ask?

90% of players in your niche aren't very good.

Which means, if you:

- Create content
- Make offers daily
- Get results for clients
- Share social proof in content
- Invest in learning from mentors
- Constantly improve your offer
- Send DMs to connections

And, do everything above CONSISTENTLY.

2 years ago I quit my $35k/year job to start my business.

Now, I've helped clients generate 700K+ on Linkedin.

Here are 30 lessons I've learned on my journey.

1. Going viral is good - but rarely brings ideal you clients.
2. If you want clients, post more social proof.
3. If you want trust, share your results in public.
4. Your content attracts people, your DMs convert them.
5. To make REAL money, you need to understand sales.
6. Content builds authority which makes selling easier.
7. You need to learn how to turn conversations into calls.
8. Without a sales process your followers mean nothing.
9. Money doesn’t care how you feel. Do the work.
10. Your best marketing is what clients say about you.
11. Making big revenue claims brings a lot of attention.
12. Being different is better than being better.
13. 90% of failure is due to inability to manage emotions.
14. If you’re not doing outreach, you’re losing money.
15. If you’re not following up leads, you’re losing money.
16. Commenting for 4 hours a day is not necessary.
17. Add your ICP every day, you need the right eyeballs.
18. If you want likes, make your content about you.
19. If you want leads, make your content for your clients.
20. Most gooroos on Linkedin are exaggerating results.
21. Track all your outreach in a CRM.
22. Engage with peers, not just big influencers.
23. It will take longer than you think, it's not easy.
24. Make friends with creators, they will help you grow.
25. Your personal brand can make competitors irrelevant.
26. Study fast growing creators. Model what works.
27. Your first few posts will be bad. Post them anyway.
28. Take action instead of buying another course.
29. Target a niche active on Linkedin & can afford you.
30. Courses work for big influencers. Sell high-ticket first.

- Talk to pain points and outcomes (so you listen)
- Use before -> after scenarios (so u want the same)

In other words, they educate...

But, also build DESIRE for your services.

- Think of random idea
- Spend 30-60 minutes writing post
- Get 5 likes and feel like you're "shadow-banned"

New way to write Linkedin content:

- Write posts on those topics (add your insights)
- Repurpose winning topics multiple ways

- Start conversations with your ICP daily
- Run live events/create long-form YT videos
- Use AI to help you do these at scale efficiently

We made $800,000+ for clients in 2024 on Linkedin.

- No cold email
- No spammy DMs
- No 2 hours commenting

Literally every penny we made follows this process:

1. You drive traffic

- We posted Linkedin content for our ICP
- Sent connections to our ICP
- Voila! We have traffic

2. You nurture them

- Send them to email list
- Send them to a live event/VSL
- Start genuine conversations in DMs

3. You make them an offer

- Make offers in the DMs
- Make offers in the emails
- Make offers in your live events

This is key. Please understand this.

First you educate, You let prospects sell themselves.

Then, you make offers.

P.S. This "education first" process is what allows you to sell $10-50k+ deals on Linkedin. Take it seriously.

If I had a GUN to my head and had to get a new client using Linkedin in 7 days, here's what I'd do:

1. Search 1st degree connections to see if I have any decision makers who fit my ICP. 

2. Get Sales Nav and use filters to build a focused list of people who have the highest chance of needing my services.

3. Make a separate list of all my previous customers, closed/lost and interested prospects stuck in my CRM.

4. Spin up a DM to engage/re-activate all these people and start a conversation. Don't push for a call in message 1.

5. I might even send the DM via audio or video message to increase response rate (less automated - more human).

6. Send your first 30 DMs and if needed tweak message to improve response rate.

7. When people respond, I'll be curious, find pains, add value and position myself as a potential solution.
 
8. If they have a deep pain I can solve, I'll offer a call.

9. I'll keep doing this and keep booking calls with my ICP, knowing that, if I have the right offer for them, a % will buy.

I know this sounds simple. But, no one does it.

The false-belief of:

"I just need more followers".

Look bro, If you're not booking calls now.

You don't have a traffic problem. 
You have a conversion problem. ↵

More followers will not magically:

- Improve your offer
- Send outreach that books calls
- Build sales-assets that sell while you sleep 

More followers is not a lead-gen strategy.

More followers can only amplify your existing strategy.

Linkedin broke-fluencer:

Figure out "which content worked for you in 2024"?

Now, double down on them.

2. Analyse competitors 

Identify: Which ideas/topics worked for your competitors?

Double down on them.

3. Analyse big influencers

What are fast-growing creators posting to fuel growth?

Swipe proven ideas and apply to your niche.

Stop doing the same actions as last year...
