📌 You’ve built an amazing product, and your team is doing incredible work. But when it comes to telling your story, something’s missing. Maybe you’ve thought to yourself.. “Our competitors are everywhere with video content, and we’re falling behind.” “We have the knowledge, but we can’t get our leadership team on camera consistently.” “We’ve tried video before, but it felt like a waste of time and resources.” And on top of that, you're juggling a ton of priorities. Making video often feels like another item on an endless to-do list. Imagine having a consistent flow of high-quality, impactful video content that positions your brand as a leader, educates your prospects, and drives leads. Better yet, imagine achieving that without giving up a large chunk of your time. That's what my team and I help people like you do 🙋🏿♂️ 👉🏿 Take Auth0 by Okta, for example. They needed to connect with their audience in a meaningful way. In just under 12 months, we partnered with them to create multiple video series that drove 20,000 new subscribers to their channel, turned their YouTube into a go-to resource for their audience, and delivered measurable results, including thousands of registrations for their yearly DevDay event. 👉🏿 Or Reveal. They went from creating zero video content to, within a year, partnering with us to create a series of video campaigns that generated over 4 million impressions, drove significant event signups, and secured valuable brand partnerships. 👉🏿 Heck, we've even helped our own brand amass over 7M impressions, and triple our monthly leads. We practice what we preach. We understand the challenges and time constraints you face, so we begin by learning about your business and designing a process that fits seamlessly into your day-to-day. Your team only needs to dedicate a couple of hours per week while we take care of the strategy, editing, and delivery. Whether it’s brand awareness, pipeline growth, or stronger customer relationships, every video is tied to your goals. Our aim is to help you educate, engage, and convert. No more wondering what to say or how to say it, we help you craft stories that your audience will actually give a sh** about. We partner with B2B SaaS companies that have: ✅ 10M+ in Annual Recurring Revenue ✅ A Marketing and Social Team ✅ Camera-ready talent Your brand has a story worth telling. Let’s help you share it in a way that connects, builds trust, and gets more people buying the awesome thing you and your team sell! 📞: https://cal.com/ademolaadelakun/meeting

84% of consumers are more likely to buy after watching videos. But most marketing teams miss the key to converting them. Your marketing team spent weeks perfecting "the one video that will change everything." → The script is polished. → The production value is off the charts. → Everyone at the office loves it! Buuut super highly produced videos often don't convert as well as you'd think. While most companies obsess over production value, The B2B brands doing it right focus on something else entirely. Here are three things for you to consider👇🏿 What's your biggest challenge with video marketing?
I heard you wanna make buttloads of dough with video? 🍑 Cool. Here are 3 funnel stages, 3 plays, and how to prove they’re working: 1️⃣ Top of Funnel: Become the Search Result for “Dumb Questions” Strategy: Most of your buyers are Googling basic stuff. They’re just too embarrassed to say it out loud. Make short, clear videos that answer the obvious questions. Not dumbed down, just plainspoken. The Data: 89% of marketers say educational content builds trust and shortens the sales cycle (Wyzowl, 2024). How To Track Success: → Watch time + saves → Comments like “Finally, someone explained this” → Branded search and follows go up You Know It’s Working When: → Prospects reference your explainer content on calls → You’re getting tagged as the expert → People forward your videos internally to teammates 2️⃣ Mid-Funnel: Give Them a System They Can Steal Strategy: Turn your internal playbooks into short frameworks your audience can swipe. Everyone says “add value”, but few people show how they think. Frameworks give your content legs, and they turn YOU into a source. The Data: Content that includes mental models gets 2.3x more engagement and longer view times (Backlinko, 2024). How To Track Success: → High completion rates → Screenshots in comments → Shares from people outside your bubble You Know It’s Working When: → Prospects use your terms back to you → Sales says “they watched your X framework” → You see your framework quoted in pitch decks or posts 3️⃣ Bottom of Funnel: Prove You’re the Better Option, Visually Strategy: Don’t just tell them you’re better. Show it. Use side-by-side videos to compare you vs. the old way. The Data: Video increases landing page conversion by 86%. And comparison videos get 42% longer watch times than testimonials alone (Unbounce, 2024). How To Track Success: → Demo requests from video viewers → DMs asking “how do we switch?” → Shorter sales cycles (measured by CRM timestamps) You Know It’s Working When: → Reps send it instead of explaining on a call → Prospects quote your video during the call → You stop hearing “what makes you different?” Okay, bye! 👋🏿 (Sources in the comments)
My car almost got towed yesterday. When they say “No parking after 4PM” don’t show up at 4:06 🤣. I LOVE TORONTOOOOOOOOOOOO 😭
It's always a MAGICAL time with Soren & Christina Le 😍 Next Stop, Tango's event in NYC 🙋🏿♂️
Most cold emails don’t get ignored because they’re cold. They get ignored because they suck. There’s one shift you can use to stand out, without spamming or rewriting everything. → It’s simple. → It’s human. → And it boosts response rates by up to 81%. It’s one of the best ways to get out of the “no response” zone. (If you do your research, of course.) Once you've watched, here are some pro-tips: → Keep it brief. → Always start with how you can help them. They're the hero in your collective story, not you. → Keep it human. Polish tends to work against you. Any pro tips I missed?
82% of your buyers are drowning in information overload. Every feature you list pushes them closer to 'no'. Here's why: According to HubSpot, Only 17% of sellers are seen as trusted advisors by their prospects. The rest? They're adding to the decision paralysis we often feel. When you say things like: "Our platform has 37 integration points and 12 automation features" Your prospect thinks: "Well s***, my life is already complicated. Investing in this might be a bad idea" The thing is, when you bombard prospects with technical features, Their brain triggers a response that often kills the sale. Try this transformation-focused framework: → Identify your most impressive capability → Reframe it as a personal transformation → Keep it at a 5th-grade reading level The reality is: People don't buy your product They buy their future selves. Help them see a bright future with you by their side, and you'll both win. What are some companies that do this really well? Call them out!
I heard you wanna make buttloads of dough with video? 🍑 Cool. Here are 3 funnel stages, 3 plays, and how to prove they’re working: 1️⃣ Top of Funnel: Stop the Scroll with Pattern Interrupts Strategy: Make “anti-ad” style videos that surprise, entertain, AND hit on a problem in the first 3 seconds. Right before they even realize it's a B2B ad. The Data: Viewers decide whether to keep watching within the first 1.7 seconds on social platforms (Meta, 2024). How to Track Success: → Average watch time (especially first 3–5 seconds) → Hook retention drop-off in video analytics → Share/save rate as an indicator of resonance How You Know It’s Working: → People comment with “this is actually good” or “I didn’t even realize this was an ad” → You see a boost in impressions + engagement without paid spend → Your creative becomes the format your competitors start copying 2️⃣ Mid-Funnel: Re-Engage Inactive Leads with Hyper-Targeted Video Strategy: Create tailored videos that speak to a specific lead segment (ex. “Didn’t convert after trial”) and drop them into retargeting or nurture sequences. The Data: Personalized video increases response rates by up to 4x vs. static emails (Vidyard, 2024). How to Track Success: → Email click-throughs or retargeting video views → Leads re-entering your CRM flow or requesting a demo → Higher return visitor rate from previously cold accounts How You Know It’s Working: → Sales says “they came back because of that video” → More warm leads suddenly re-activate → Fewer nurture drop-offs, more pipeline from cold lists 3️⃣ Bottom of Funnel: Seal the Deal with Customer Proof Videos Strategy: Use short, honest, and transformation-focused videos in your final sales stage. The Data: 92% of B2B buyers say they’re more likely to buy after watching a customer story video (Spiceworks, 2024). How to Track Success: → Video engagement on late-stage deal follow-ups → Faster movement from proposal to close (fun fact, done right - this can cut your close time in half!) → Compare deal speed of those that watched the video vs. those that didn’t How You Know It’s Working: → Prospects talk about the success story they saw during negotiation → Sales reps keep requesting more case study clips → Video becomes a key part of every high-value deal close Okay, bye! 👋🏿 (sources in the comments)
"What do you regret most in life?" That's the question Bronnie Ware asked over 200 dying people. Their answers changed how I think about life. We rarely think about our own mortality. And when we do, we rush past it. But it’s one of the few things that can actually recalibrate our priorities. Time is finite. Yet we treat it like it’s not. Here are the top 5 regrets of the dying: 1. "I wish I'd had the courage to live a life true to myself" → We chase what others expect. Titles. Roles. Approval. But if you don’t know why you want something, maybe it’s not you who wants it. 2. "I wish I hadn't worked so hard" → We trade our best years for busyness. Then we wonder why success still feels empty. 3. "I wish I'd had the courage to express my feelings" → We hold back to keep the peace, but our silence often turns into resentment. 4. "I wish I had stayed in touch with my friends" → Good friendships don’t maintain themselves. But they do keep us alive longer and make us happy. 5. "I wish I had let myself be happier" → We put happiness on hold until the job, the house, the partner. But joy isn’t a milestone, it’s a mindset. Listen, I’m not perfect. I still fall into the hustle trap. But when I reread these regrets, it helps me slow down. Be true to yourself. Stop working so hard. Say how you feel. Call your friends. Choose joy, now. You’ll never regret spending time on what truly matters.
This is exactly what I was afraid of. You're Team Rotimi now, aren't you? Time for receipts: Earlier this week, I warned you that my brother started posting here. I told you not to fall victim to his charms. To not let his "smoothness" or "hilariousness" fool you. None of you seem to be listening, so it's time to expose him. This is who you're choosing to follow? Really? Remember whose side you're really on. P.S. Do you need more video evidence? I'll bring it all.
I replaced our client onboarding process with a video magic trick. Well, sort of. Let me explain. Historically, I've spent way too much time repeating the same stuff on calls. Tools, expectations, processes, you know the drill. So I turned the whole thing into a choose-your-own-adventure video. Now, our future clients can onboard themselves. And we get to start the relationship with clarity instead of confusion. Because onboarding isn’t just about showing how things work, It’s about teaching clients how to think about the work too. Not just how we do things, But why we do things the way we do them. Perspective first. Process second. And yeah… there’s a magic trick in there. Because I can’t help myself 😂 But we kept the whole thing really simple. If you want to see it, comment "magic" below👇🏿 And I'll DM you the link. Just so LinkedIn doesn't get mad at me for moving you all off the platform. Don't worry, no gate or email required. Just something I’m proud of, and excited to share ☺️
So you're a B2B marketer that wants to do video the right way. But you’ve got no time, and no proof it works? Watch this👇🏿 Then, DM me to start your 30-Day Video Trial. P.S. If you're not impressed, we’ll give you a full refund. No hard feelings. We don't mess around.
Most companies ignore their most trusted storytellers. And then wonder why no one’s watching. → They chase impressions through paid ads. → Polish brand videos to perfection. → Post another “insight” that no one asked for.... Then blame the algorithm when it flops. Meanwhile, the people your buyers will actually trust? The people that will actually convert your prospects? They're in your 9am all-hands meetings. And right now, they’re silent. Not because they don’t have something to say, but because no one’s asked them to say it. The teams that do tap into that voice? They build a content engine that drives trust, reach, and revenue. Without burning their team out or spending more. But it only works if you stop controlling the message… and start trusting the messenger. I break it down here in 2 minutes. Does your company have an employee-generated content strategy?
Last week, I showed Christina Le the sales deck I was working on. And she roasted the absolute sh** out of me. One second I’m walking through Q3 projections. The next… she’s literally inside my slides? (That’ll make more sense when you watch the video.) → She called out typos. → Fixed my layout. → White-boarded over my slides. Basically rebuilt the whole thing… live. It was the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen. We were testing out Airtime Creator. And for presenters like me, it makes it stupidly easy to make your slides actually fun to watch. It helps you stay in the flow of things, and let team leads or contributors explain details and field questions, without shifting the focus. → No screen share swaps. → No awkward hand-offs. → Just seamless collaborations, every time. Oh, and it’s free to try: 🔗 https://lnkd.in/g5B_F9m5 Check it out. Especially if your last presentation… kinda flopped. #AirtimePartner #Sponsored
Five years ago I found myself in a hospital. It felt like I was being stabbed in my gut repeatedly. Let me take you back to Austin, Texas. I was visiting a friend (Matt Dornfeld) And he was showing me all the best barbecue spots in town. (For those of you that don’t know, I can’t resist bbq) So, I spent three days eating great food with Matt before heading to a friend’s wedding. It was a great time. I got to my friends wedding, and that’s when the pain began. By evening, it was unbearable. Maggie could see that I was in immense pain. Maggie: Do you need to go to the hospital?” Me: “No, I’m fine” Typical guy response. 5 more minutes pass. Me: “K I need a hospital plz” We rush over to the hospital. We sit in the waiting room for 4 hours. I’m sweating profusely and the stabbing pain isn’t letting up. We finally see a doctor and he tells me it’s most likely one of two things: appendicitis, or kidney stones. Did I mention that surgery is also one of my biggest fears? Not too hyped about the idea of kidney stones, either… Finally, after spending the whole night in the emergency room, they come to tell us my test results— it’s not appendicitis or kidney stones. Me: “Well what the hell is it then?” Doctor: “We don’t know… ok bye!” Then, after a crazy series of events (story for another time) - we leave the US and head to my parent’s place. I sit on the couch, relieved to be back in familiar territory. As I’m dozing off, I hear Maggie calling my name from another room. Maggie: “Babe, I’ve been looking up your symptoms… and I think I have an idea what’s wrong.” Me: “Really? What is it?” It was GAS. AKA, I just needed to fart. Me: “You can’t be serious.” Maggie: “Just how much barbecue did you eat!?” So… I farted. …Every 20 minutes for a week straight. While sleeping sitting up on the couch because lying down was too painful. The lesson? Don’t eat barbecue for breakfast, lunch, and dinner THREE days in a row. And eat your veggies. p.s. Haroon, I still had a blast at your wedding ❤️
Most people think AI is about to replace editors. But if speed was all that mattered, every viral video would be a slideshow. Let’s look at the facts. → AI cuts faster. → It captions instantly. → It even trims filler words and pauses like a pro. So why are the best brands still hiring human editors? Because there’s one thing AI still can’t do. And it’s the only thing that makes a video actually work. I break it down in this quick clip. Are we in agreement? Or have you fired your whole editing team already? 😅
Recently, my brother Rotimi Adelakun joined LinkedIn. Which means only one thing for me: My days left on this platform are numbered. Personally, I think it's ridiculous that he's doing this. For two reasons: → He's already dominating TikTok & YouTube. → He's the funnier brother. I mean, I taught him everything he knows. But I guess a "student becomes the master" moment was inevitable. I'm extremely stressed about this. I've already told on him several times. And my parents are tired of it. My mom won't even answer my phone calls anymore. Him and I agreed that LinkedIn was MY place to shine. Why is he coming for me here too? If you're still reading this, and you really support me as a creator... Please support me in the following ways: 1) DO NOT follow Rotimi Adelakun. We can't allow his influence to grow. 2) If you see posts from him in the feed, SCROLL PAST THEM IMMEDIATELY. 3) Only leave supportive comments under MY posts. 4) Start rumours that I ghostwrite all of his content. Don't give him credit. 5) Tag me in all of his posts and redirect people to my page. Here’s an example you can copy and paste: “This is a nice post but, have you seen Ademola's posts? Way cooler.” This isn't jealousy. This is self-preservation. We cannot, and I repeat CANNOT let him take this platform away from me. None of what I’m asking is unreasonable. It’s simply the moral thing to do. P.S. This is the exact photo he sent me the moment he made his LinkedIn account. Don’t be fooled by the sweet, charming, thoughtful, and intelligent things he posts. He’s planning something... And I'm scared to find out what it is. This is not a drill. This is LinkedIn warfare. Remember who was here before the TikTok kids arrived.
