Significant reduction in audit costs, in excess of 50% for certain files, by working closely with our auditors, and increasing the quality of the audit packages and draft financial statements.

How to write emails so that they get read: 
 
320 Billion emails are sent per day, but 75% of them will never be read. 
 
Before you read my email solution, ask yourself, 
 
Is email the right form of communication, or 
 
Should you: 
 
• Go see them 
• Pick up the phone 
 
Match the communication method to the conversation you want to have. 
 
👉 Here's how to get your emails read: 
 
• 𝗦𝘂𝗯𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗞𝗲𝘆𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀 
 
Make your subject line clear and focused with keywords to call out actions in front of the description 
 
• 𝗧𝗵𝗲 T𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 Q𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 
 
The Airforce says an email has three distinct qualities: focus, focus, and focus.  A short email communicates better than a long email. 
 
• 𝗕𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗗 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹 
 
This method is best used when the message is brief and needs to be acted on.  
 
BL = Bottom Line 
I    = Impact to the organization 
N  = Next steps to be taken 
D  = Details to the support bottom line 
 
• 𝗕𝗟𝗨𝗙 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹 
 
This is less structured than the BLIND method and simply translates to Bottom Line Up Front. 
 
You can include the above headings after the BLUF. 
 
• 𝗙𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀: 
 
- Watch your tone 
- Be clear and concise 
- Be selective in messages sent 
- Ensure your support is attached 
- Be selective of who gets the message 
 
These are the email methods documented by the United States Air Force in their manual, the Tongue and Quill.

10 Financial Rules (of thumb) You Need to Know 👇 
 
1️⃣ 𝟯 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲 
This is the foundation of it all: 
1. Increase earnings 
2. Decrease your spend 
3. Invest everything left over 
 
2️⃣ 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝘆 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲 
You need to invest at least 20% of your pay FIRST and then spend what's left. 
 
3️⃣ 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲 
Automate good decisions to prevent mistakes: auto-transfer to savings; auto-transfer to investments; auto-pay bills. 
 
4️⃣ 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝟱𝟬-𝟯𝟬-𝟮𝟬 𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲 
The closer you can get to this, the better: 
• 50% - investment 
• 30% - needs 
• 20% - wants 
 
5️⃣ 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗶𝗴 𝟯 𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲 
The big three expenses for you are: 
• transportation 
• housing 
• food 
 
A certain amount of each expense is a need, the bare necessity. The first step in reducing spend is to know: need versus want. 
 
6️⃣ 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝟮𝟬-𝟰-𝟭𝟬 𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲 
If you're buying a car, use the 20 - 4 - 10 Rule: 
• 20% down payment 
• loan term no more than 4 years 
• Spend less than 10% of monthly income 
 
7️⃣ $𝟮𝟳.𝟰𝟬 𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲 
If you save $27.40 daily, you'll save $10,000 annually. 
 
8️⃣ 𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝟳𝟮 
The Rule of 72 indicates how long it'll take your money to double taking compounding into account. 
 
9️⃣ 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗯𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝟭𝟬𝟬 𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲 
Subtract your age from 100 and put that percentage of assets into stocks. 
 
🔟 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝟰% 𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲 
The 4% rule is the safe withdrawal rate and indicates what you can withdraw from your investments without drawing down your principal.

Life is Simple. 
 
To be something, Do It. 
 
If you want to be a runner, run. 
 
If you want to be a writer, write. 
 
If you want to be a creator, create. 
 
Simply doing it will get you 80% of the way there. 
 
Once you've started to reach your limit from simple action, you'll need to take the next step. 
 
If you want to be a creator, you'll have options: 
 
• Books 
• Courses 
• Mentorships 
• Online self-study 
 
Whatever you choose, there are options. 
 
These options are what will help you get to the top 10% or, even better, the 1%. 
 
When you combine skills across multiple categories and use this same approach, you're going to start to hit the 1% consistently and move to the 0.01% 
 
I've been writing daily online for 3 years years. 
 
And, have taken courses and put in a lot of reps. 
 
Don't get me wrong, I've improved as a writer, but I can be better. 
 
The key to being a better Writer is to Write. 
 
Let me ask you one question: 
 
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼?
