I have over 15 years of driving customer-centric solutions. From Banking to Customer Success I've carried this core value with me. I've learned a lot over the last decade and a half, but something that's stuck with me is that we need to ask more questions. In my experience, when I hear a client tell me what they want, there's usually more to the story. By asking powerful questions I've been able to understand who, what, where and why in all these scenarios. It's not that I don't trust my customers, but I like to go the extra mile to truly understand what's led them to this solution. Helping people is another core value - as an extravert it comes easily to me. Whether I'm training, presenting, coaching, or listening my objective is to help provide value. It's important that my customers know I am their catalytic resource to help them reach set out goals.
