I didn't start out wanting to master subscriptions. Starting out in the space marketing subscription software at QPilot, I initially worked hard to help our existing merchants to grow. Figuring out what worked, what didn't, and utilizing data to understand what is happening. I then started creating more content with my partner to help educate brands and Subscription Prescription was born. Since 2020, I have talked to hundreds of different brands to help them understand subscriptions better. I've consulted and worked directly with over thirty brands of different shapes and sizes to build and optimize their subscription program. My approach combines education, data, strategy, and a variety of tactics that have worked for others. I'm creative and a problem solver. Every brand is different, but understanding how to build a subscription experience is universal. You need feedback, data, and tests to drive up higher profitability per subscriber. I'm obsessed with content and education because that is how I've learned to do so much of what I do now as a marketer.
