The future of personal branding isn’t just AI-assisted. It’s AI-contextualised. Because anyone can generate a post with a prompt. But not everyone can create a post that ACTUALLY connects. My reverse engineering of connecting with your audience online: It happens when you → Say the right thing → In the right tone → At the right time → To the right audience. Most AI tools are great at filling a page. But they don’t know you. (Like I dooooo 🎶😅 sorry I had to) They don’t know your voice, your values, your people. And when the context is missing, the content falls flat. If you don't fix this, you'll continue to be part of the 'LinkedIn AI trash content' problem. This is why I'm building Pesora (our new AI personal branding tool) to achieve 2 key things right now: 1. Autonomously create content based on trending updates, your knowledge and OSSAI's 3.5 years of experience. 2. 3. Build a digital twin of you to achieve point 1 with your tone, your vocab, your expertise. Because the next generation of personal branding isn’t reactive. It’s autonomous. And Pesora is already living there. (Signup for the waitlist: pesora.ossaiagency.co.uk) ✌🏿 📸: I've grown up guys, I like art now 😅
A few things are certain in life: Death, taxes and Founders running out of time 😅 (Tell me you're a dad without telling me you're a dad) Over the past few years, this has been the one pattern repeating itself. Founders know they need to share their unique insights to stand out in their industries. Some didn’t have time. Some didn’t have the budget. Some had both, but couldn’t stay consistent. I can't lie, I've found myself answering the SAME questions in EVERY strategy call. Sharing similar frameworks to nail their tone of voice, positioning and content. That’s what led to Pesora. The brainchild of 3.5+ years working with over 100 founders. Oh and for everyone asking... this isn't replacing OSSAI. As I like to say in my grandiose vision: It's liberating those who struggle with the money/time dilemma to still benefit from the amazing organic reach on LinkedIn. 🫡 (Soon to be X, IG and TikTok) For the first 250 users, I’m staying close, reviewing outputs, shaping the digital frameworks, making sure your digital twin really represents you. It's time your personal brand workflow evolves, don't you think? -- PS This post was written using Pesora. PSS Pesora asked me when making this post, what pic feels like Pesora... I picked this one 😂 I couldn't tell you what Ellis Bennett FCCA and Keenan Bettany were up to lol
We need to study Ryan Reynolds' branding masterclass with Wrexham AFC (This has never been done before) What a time to be alive because Wrexham have become the first ever team to win promotions 3 years back to back. From non-league to championship. Don't get me wrong, it's been down to the players, but the work off the field can't be ignored: → “Welcome to Wrexham” introduced the small Welsh town to the world. → Sponsorship deals rolled in from TikTok to Aviation Gin (Ryan’s side hustle). → They've even trademarked the Wrexham name. (Dunno how they got away with that) → Their victory lap felt like a mini Hollywood... in Wales This isn’t just about football anymore. It’s a blueprint for what happens when you mix branding genius with smart tactical football decisions. Insane scenes!
A few months ago, I caught myself typing something silly into ChatGPT. The prompt? “Based on what you know about me, would I say about this topic?” I laughed… then paused. Because that’s actually a sick question 😅 This was the start of the thinking of 'DigiYou': Think of this as a digital twin, that can: 1. Craft opinions on trending topics on your behalf 2. Create a draft post for you to review 3. Take all the research work off our hands. Imagine waking up to 3 posts every morning based on trending conversations in your industry, all you need to do is review then publish. No blank pages. No writers block. No bottlenecks. What started with a joke. Became the product. Game changer! P.S. This post was written using Pesora. 📸: Live footage of my DigiYou being created 😅
Pesora is live. Well… the Beta is. (We've picked 10 people from the waitlist) We’re not launching the full version just yet, here's why: A close friend sat me down... “Phil, in tech, first impressions are everything.” It hit. Because the easy option would be to rush the launch, get the numbers up, and iron things out later. But I want this to land properly. I want the first impression to be the right one. So we’re staying in Beta a little longer. Testing. Tuning. Reworking anything that doesn’t feel sharp enough. No big reveal (yet). No final version (yet). Just a quiet commitment to getting it right. And of course I'll keep you all in the loop. Thanks to everyone who’s been patient. More soon. Waitlist is still open: pesora.ossaiagency.co.uk
Here’s how I believe I’m going to grow Pesora into a successful project: By being a Therapist, a Lawyer, an Actor… and occasionally, an Idiot. (Stay with me.) So about a week ago, a random parcel came in the mail. Inside? An early access copy to: Sales is Therapy. I opened it up… and didn’t put it down. In Sales is Therapy, Jack and Zac lays out four characters that top salespeople shift between each with a role to play: → The Therapist listens, draws out the emotional layer, and builds trust. → The Actor brings energy, reads the room, and adapts to different personalities. → The Lawyer builds arguments, handles objections, and uses data to persuade. → The Idiot plays naïve on purpose, asks the “obvious” questions, and surfaces what others miss. You don’t pick one. You switch between them, depending on the moment, the person, or the pressure. That idea stuck with me. It made me realise that growing Pesora, or any product, isn’t about playing one role really well. It’s about reading the room, knowing what’s needed… and shifting. Here’s I’ll be applying all 4 characters to Pesora: → The Therapist This is me when I’m listening to founders talk through why they can’t post. It’s rarely about tools. It’s about time, pressure, burnout, or doubt. And that listening shaped how we built Pesora, not on assumptions, but on actual conversations. → The Actor This is launch mode. Building hype for the waiting list and Beta launch. Explaining what we’re building in ways that feel human. Sometimes I need to energise the room. Other times, I need to read it. That balance? All in the Actor. → The Lawyer Internally, this shows up daily. Why this roadmap? Why that pricing? Why now? The Lawyer in me has to present the evidence… and keep the argument watertight. → The Idiot This is my creative weapon. The one asking, “Wait… why hasn’t anyone done this properly yet?” Or, “Why is personal branding still so painful?” The Idiot doesn’t perform. They poke. They question. They get clarity. This framework has given structure to instincts I’ve been leaning on for years with OSSAI Now I’m using it to shape what comes next, with more intention. Big thank you and congrats to Jack Frimston, Zac Thompson and the entire We Have a Meeting team on the launch 🚀 Amazing name, even better read. 🙌🏿
McKinsey just rolled out their own internal generative AI tool... ...and it’s saving consultants up to 30% of their time each week. They’ve named it Lilli. It’s smart. It’s fast and it doesn’t get tired of looking at spreadsheets (The ultimate finance bro) It took nearly a year to build, runs on 40+ internal sources, and now more than 70% of their workforce uses it. Why does this matter? Because this is exactly where we’re headed with personal branding. In the same way consultants now ask Lilli instead of digging through decks... ...founders will soon ask Pesora: What’s worth saying today? What’s trending in my world? How do I say this in my tone, for my audience? Or better yet, Pesora will ask them "Here's a trending story in your world, I've made you a draft, what do you think?" Most people still treat LinkedIn like a side hustle. But in 2025, it’ll become a core growth channel, and AI will power the backend. That’s where Pesora fits in. Your digital brand twin. No prompts. No blank page. No guesswork. Just proactive, contextualised, daily content that sounds like you. Lilli is the workplace co-pilot. Pesora is the personal brand partner. We’re all getting our own AIs. The only question is, what will YOURS do?
LinkedIn has a 'vanilla content' problem. I can't lie, it's really annoying. 🙃 ChatGPT writes for anyone. Which ends up sounding like no one. A friend told me recently that's why he's fallen out of love with the platform. 🗣️ "Phil mate... All the content looks the same, GPT long dashes, awkward emoji bullet point lists... I've gotten to the stage that I don't check it on a daily basis anymore" Listen... anyone who's preaching anti-AI content rhetoric is fighting a losing battle. Rather what we should be concerned about is bland/impersonal content. (Regardless of whether a robot or a person wrote it) A quick-fire guide to make your content (AI or not) sound personal again: → Context is key. → Post more reactive/timely content. → Share your opinion, don't sit on the fence. → The better the input, the better your output will be. → Your grammar doesn't have to be perfect; it needs to be human. → What's common knowledge to you is a game changer to someone else. This is the philosophy I use with OSSAI clients and their numbers show it. And Digi-You (the heart of my new AI PB system, Pesora) is trained on the same logic. Your brand voice is your edge in 2025 on LinkedIn. Without it, you’re invisible in a sea of trash content. 📝 Note: This post was written using Pesora. Join the waitlist. Link in the comments 🫶🏿
I turn 27 today. If I could speak to 17-year-old me, I’d say this: Don’t place your value in your job title. Don’t tie your worth to how well you’re doing in business. Because the only thing guaranteed in business… is change. Some months you’ll feel unstoppable. Others, like you’re barely holding it together. That’s normal. What matters most is having something steady beneath all of it. A small, stable foundation, built from people, perspective, and your own sense of self. If you build that first, the rest can rise and fall without breaking you. This past year has taught me that more than ever. Here’s to building, with less ego, more intention, and a lot more grace 🥳 Updates on Pesora when I’m back 😁
It’s finally happening 🤯 I'd like to introduce you to Pesora: Your new AI Personal Brand partner. Built for founders who want to grow their visibility… without becoming the bottleneck. Launching 1st May - Link is below. So over the last 3.5+ years os running OSSAI we've hit some with some cool founders and public figures, from Jake Humphrey to Ferne McCann and many more. (Around 100+ in total) We’ve generated 10s of millions of views, £3 million+ in revenue for clients, and helped shape personal brands that actually move the needle. I’ve spoken on about this 1000s of peoples, such The Marketing Meetup, Aviva, Currys plc, GoProposal By Sage and GREENHOUSE Jersey, and the same 3 things come up every time I talk to a founder keen to build their brand: 🗣️ “I don’t know what to post.” 🗣️ “I’m too particular about how it sounds.” (And the biggest one) 🗣️ “I just don’t have the time/budget to work with OSSAI” As much as we’d love to help everyone 1:1, there are only so many hours in the day 😅 So, we built Pesora. A backend system designed to scale everything I’ve learned, and everything OSSAI does, to help more founders show up online autonomously, without needing to manually prompt an AI every time. Pesora: → Is powered by our proprietary system called 'DigiYou', a digital twin of your that learns your tone of voice, vocab, and writing style. → Continuously creates post ideas based on your strategy (Backed by the strategies we use at OSSAI, not random viral posts). → Delivers content straight to your inbox (Slack/WhatsApp coming soon) → Is uncapped in terms of the number of posts you can create. → Has a feedback loop and amendments baked in (we also make changes on our end of the system based on what works for OSSAI clients) So here's what we're going to do to celebrate the launch on 1st May, the first 250 users will get lifetime pricing of £50/month, that price will never change. We’re doing this because feedback is goldust but also the price WILL QUADTRUPLE within 3 months. (You'll see why when you see the roadmap on the website) Join the waitlist now and secure the lifetime pricing: https://lnkd.in/edAZdxtE PS If my content has ever helped you in any way, I'd love for you to share this with a Founder you think might find this useful 🙏🏿 PSS If you’d like a personal demo before signing up, drop me a DM, excited to show you what we’ve built. Exciting times! 🥳
