Whenever someone books on my calendar now, I offer them a custom 60-day roadmap for LinkedIn inbound, with an insane amount of custom deliverables.

- 60 days of posts
- 3 lead magnet ideas
- a profile + headline rewrite
- a score and specific action items for your inbound funnel

You don’t need to build this much.

My business is called “Modern Agency Sales”.

So obviously I have to be a bit over-the-top and ahead of the curve.

Here’s how it works
You book on my calendar and the data flows to Airtable. This includes a survey about where you’re at and what you’re doing.

That triggers a n8n flow that uses Apify to scrape your LinkedIn posts and your profile.

Once that’s finished, I use Airtable’s native AI to scrape your business URL and also search the internet for relevant case studies, testimonials, and anything else about the business I can find on the internet.

Then, I take all that data and create two resources

1. A style guide based on your writing style
2. A knowledge based on the specific information + insights we find

Once that’s done, I plug that data (and your survey responses) into prompts that I have been refining for a year, based on all the profile audits I’ve done.

We also generate an Authority Score based on 4 criteria

Then, that triggers 60 top-performing post templates to be pulled into a new table. It uses the style guide + knowledge base to write to each template, and outputs

- a post, and
- a list of items required to finish the post (if we don't know enough real info about you)

Once everything is generated, it goes to a table that syncs to Webflow CMS via Whalesync, and maps to a beautiful layout that presents everything clearly.

We have made 78 pages this week, which is 4780 posts.

Is this absurd overkill that is quickly eating up my Webflow CMS limits? 
Yes.

Is it also fun to test the limits of personalization and try to make the ultimate custom lead magnet? Also yes.

if i had to start an agency in 2026 i would do this:

- pick one service

- pick one niche

 here's the catch

 the niche would be a high-revenue small-business industry that is NOT digitally native. 

examples: lawyers, medical professionals, certain kinds of SMBs.

the service would be implementing something they don't do (or do badly) that predictably drives results.

examples:
- seo for addiction treatment centers / mental health professionals
- linkedin content for lawyers

this means that you are likely more technologically advanced than they are and so whatever you do is ahead of the curve.

and you don't have to worry about a million other people selling the same services to them.

the most successful agency owners i have seen in the last 2 months are doing exactly this.

I cut LinkedIn ad costs in half with one settings change.

Switched from automated bidding to manual bidding with low fixed bids. Set the bid at roughly 25% below LinkedIn's lowest recommendation.

Before: $8,000 for a certain volume of results. After: $4,000 for the same thing.

The trade-off is it caps your audience because LinkedIn will only serve to so many people at that price. But if you're running consistent monthly spend, this is fine. You build your audience over time instead of burning through it.

LinkedIn's automated bidding is designed to spend your money as fast as possible. Manual bidding puts you back in control.

Sales tech agency leaders 100% have to to learn in 2026:

1. Claude Code

absolutely insane. get your head around this now.

2. Supabase

frienship over with airtable. supabase plays more nicely with ai tools because it's just SQL. it scales further too.

3. Clay

every week i speak to agency owners who have decided clay is "overhyped" and thus decide not to engage.

whether or not it wins the market in the long run - it has fundamentally changed how the industry does GTM by turning the challenge from a technical to a creative one.

all of a sudden your imagination is the limit.

that being said if they don't get a real MCP/API going soon it will be easier to just build key workflows outside of clay.

4. n8n

again, yeah yeah, hype train, i get it.

but owning your automations in house means you can very quickly develop low-cost custom software.

notice something here:

all these tools are at a lower level of abstraction than agency owners are used to.

more "technical".

remember that agencies deliver solutions using technology by definition.

as technology changes, agency owners need to adapt to the technology that most effectively delivers solutions.

ad buying platforms and email marketing software are now easy to use so your clients can just use them and not pay you.

but this slightly more technical stuff is 1 degree harder, which is your moat.

as long as your clients aren't comfortable in the software you use, you're safe.

has anyone moved OFF gohighlevel? to attio + n8n or whatever

i feel like this "software" is designed by 10000 developers who never talk to each other.

obviously it is cheaper than the competition but at the cost of my mental health
