I was scammed. . . . Thankfully my money was saved. But my time was wasted. Filling out those ICP (Ideal customer profile) forms, was something I regret till now. I didn't know how to answer questions like - 💀 Write 5 pain points of your ideal customers. For f**ks sake, I don't know! I even interviewed my ideal customers. I asked questions to them and found out their pain points in vague words. I knew exactly how my service will solve it. But even though the pieces looked like they would fit together perfectly. They didn’t. Something was missing. And I found that missing magic accidentally. By hit and trial for 6 months. It took me 6 months to find my target audience. Their pain points. And correct my messaging to them. I know how much this process was delayed by the incomplete information on the internet.
