If I was a founder and I’d have to pick ONE tool for outbound, I’d choose Lusha. Most sellers juggle way too many tools. You’ve probably been there: → One for list-building → Another for data enrichment → A third for email setup & deliverability → And yet another for the actual outreach It quickly becomes messy. Unless you have a dedicated GTM engineer in-house, managing this complexity is a nightmare and companies usually end up hiring agencies like mine. That’s why “all-in-one” outbound platforms make so much sense. They centralize everything, from listing building to outreach, in one solution. The reason why I’d pick Lusha is because: → I can map my ideal account/persona, then → Set a number and get AI recommendations daily → Get personalised, automated and up-to-date on autopilot So I can focus on what what matters the most Close new deals. PS: Lusha just launched today a new feature called “Sales Playlists” that learns what’s best for you and keeps sending you more customers automatically. Get access to it here: https://lnkd.in/dHKYzTxW

Founders who do cold outreach will feel this That moment when you look at a list of prospects and think “How many of these people will open my email?” And that’s a good question. But it depends on a couple of things: → Your icp segmentation, offer, and messaging → The email infrastructure and deliverability → Your data/validation providers Now imagine spending days to nail down the offer And make a really good list. But you start the campaign, and the results come in: → Bounced messages → Emails landing in spam → Zero responses It’s a disaster. That’s why email verification matters. I partnered with Icypeas because they have consistently found and validated my contact data with great accuracy. They haven’t failed me when it came to: ✅ Verify emails before sending ✅ Reduce bounce rates ✅ Protect your sender reputation Don’t waste all your time researching, targeting, and personalizing - just to never reach the inbox. Get a reliable data provider. Cold emailing isn’t just about writing great messages It's about having this 3-step process executed great.

My brother ⛳ Michael Saruggia is launching his 1st book on GTM engineering He’s covering topics on: → Building revenue is broken → The GTM Engineering movement → 9 High ROI Clay Playbook to implement → People heavy company vs AI heavy company → Where to start, next step and how to become a Clay Expert Subscribe here to get an email when I publish the book https://lnkd.in/dc4vtB9e

Last week, I started working with a new client. It was all good. → Smooth onboarding on email infra → Defining the objectives and key results → Building the lists, starting the segmentation But when I started validating the emails, from a list of 5k I got left with 3k. "Oh man, this is not good" I normally use 2 data providers and a separate validation tool, but this list seemed to need some extra help. I dived into other data solutions and found Icypeas. They solved the problem, and found (roughly) 800 more emails. Not a lot of people are talking about them on LinkedIn, but they are integrated with Clay and it was easy to test them. When I researched them, they made claims about: 1. Being affordable and accurate. 2. Having the best email discovery. 3. Catch-all verification. Like, most data providers do. But they are closer to reality. Icypeas is a data provider that can deliver reliable data, and you should try them out. You can also use their API for automation with n8n or Make, to build custom workflows. You should give them a shot.

Positive replies don’t come from luck. (it’s a repeatable formula) I wish I knew this when I started Back then, I struggled to get noticed Then I learned a secret Your text structure and format matter A lot! This framework is proven to work 👇 1) A Strong Hook: - The first few words grab attention - A bold statement sparks interest - Make it clear and concise 2) Relatable Problem: - Identify issues your audience faces - Share your story with the issue - Relatability builds a bridge 3) Practical Solution: - Offer clear steps to solve the problem. - Ask a thought provoking question - Builds trust with real solutions 3) Case studies: - Share your wins with similar companies - Real stories position your expertise - People look for shortcuts 4) Digestible Format: - Use max five paragraphs - Use short sentences with zero fluff - This helps readers scan and understand 5) Call to Action (CTA): - Encourage readers to engage - Ask them to share their thoughts - This increases interaction and visibility Give it the best shot of being heard. ♻️ Repost if you found this helpful

A cold email campaign doesn’t get lucky. (It’s a repeatable formula) I wish I knew this when I started Back then, I struggled to get replies Then I learned a secret Your infrastructure and data matter A lot! This framework is proven to work: 1) Infrastructure: → At least 10 new domains - Maildoso → Set-up 40 new mailboxes  → Start warm-up for 3 weeks 2) Segmentation: → Identify issues your audience faces → Find 3 use-cases and build lists → Test 2 hypotheses around each copy 3) Offer: → Offer clear steps to solve the problem. → Ask a thought provoking question → Builds trust with real solutions 4)Data: This is the most important step. If you don’t have good data, all this work is wasted. In my work email waterfall, my 1st provider is always Icypeas Because they have: → Slashed my bounce rates. → Protects sender reputation. → Rigorous multilayer verification. Give data your best attention, It's worth it.

"Aren't you working too much?" My wife always asks me this question. Seeing me tired most of the time is concerning to her. Mostly because I'm not leaving my desk for 10h straight some days. A few things changed recently: - I attracted the clients I enjoy working with - I made more money this quarter than I made last year - I made our dreams to build a lifestyle that we want, achievable. Very few people in our lives can tell that. But that's okay. My advice to everyone who reads this is: Don't take advice from someone who hasn't achieved what you want to achieve. Some people will feel intimidated, insecure, and envious because you put yourself out there. Often, this is disguised as questions like these: - "Hey, aren't you working a bit too much?" - "When are you going to hang out with us?" - "Haha, are you trying to become a millionaire?" They might not even realize it. It doesn't matter if you: - Get shredded - Quit addictions - Find love - Start a business You'll always get critical questions. Focus on the important stuff. You don't grow to please your old network. You grow to attract a new one. PS: Stoled this visual from my buddy Robert Katai, because it's a great reminder.

AI SDRs or lead-generation agencies? For most companies it’s a tough choice. I know because I’ve seen my prospects compare: → Investment, deliverables, timelines → Communication, integrations, workflows → ROI, brand impact, and I could go on and on. Cold outreach has become a very competitive space and for 3 good reasons: 1. It’s easy to scale 2. It’s not very expensive 3. It’s the fastest way to results Both AI SDRs and Agencies leverage technology, and require a similar investment, so that’s what’s making it a hard choice. But there’s a new kid on the block, called Outra.ai This is an AI-powered lead-gen tool that combines the speed of AI and precision of vetted specialists from Upwork. They simplified everything: → Onboarding → Outcomes → Communication And to prove how good this works They are giving away 5 sales qualified leads in the next 30 days for everyone who signs-up now. All you need to do is go to the comment section, and find the link there. PS: This is a great offer that I’m also taking advantage of and felt like a really good share to you all.

Here’s how I buy 10 domains and set-up 40 mailboxes, in 5 minutes: Step 1: Buy Maildoso Step 2: Choose domains Step 3: Choose mailboxes Step 4: Send them to warm-up It literally takes 5 minutes. Most of my clients were shocked to see how easy this is. It took me about 3 days to buy domains and set up mailboxes with Google and Microsoft before I knew about this solution. And it was a bit more technical than pressing a couple of buttons. But that’s not all, because the price is good too $1.8/mailbox? I mean.. come on. I wish I knew about this when I first started doing cold emails.

Sending a personalized landing page to your top prospects Imagine the impact they would have. But it’s insanely high effort. You have to deal with: → Design → Copy → Code And even if it’s great - the reality is that it won’t guarantee a reply. Today that’s changing because Clay has a Webflow integration that will allow you to do it at scale. For any type of accounts you want. If you’re: → Outbound marketers running Account based marketing → Founders running targeted outbound in early-stage growth → RevOps or Growth teams managing large Outbound lists You just got yourself a new superpower.

90% of my outbound leads come through email. I hear ya: 1. “Deliverabilty is a mess right now” 2. “Message market fit is difficult” 3. "Cold email is dead” Let me debunk that: 1. You can use private servers for warm-up 2. You can set-up 100+ mailboxes in 5 minutes 3. You can research, find icp and messaging matching All can be done with Woodpecker.co My last (repurposed) workflow generated: → 200+ replies → 30+ outbound leads → 100k+ in deals closed "But you’re a lead gen expert” Ignore my expertise for a sec. Focus on simplifying complexity. In other words: Get your offer right first. THEN focus on the workflow. I've seen people with 0 cold email experience make 6 figures. Not because they had complex workflows. But because: → They communicated a clear offer → They knew what outcome to follow → They levereged the right technology stack If you want to start conversations and convert new leads, keep your offer simple, engaging, and actionable. Here's a cheatsheet of how I create cold email workflows ↓ PS. I dropped 1 link to high-performing cold email template in the comments. Maybe that’ll help you today.

Reaching inbox with cold email in 2025 was a true headache for me. That's why I partnered with Maildoso. Let me explain: I kept hearing that you need to diversify the ESPs to win 1. Have Google mailboxes 2. Have Microsoft mailboxes 3. Have custom SMTP mailboxes Depends on your persona's demographics to find which providers work best but.. Having all 3 is not going to break the bank and it keeps you're deliverability stable. Choosing the SMTP was a bit dificult, but I knew what I needed: → Transparency with the inbox placement tests → Automated domain and mailbox setup → Cheap domains and mailboxes → Easy integrations Maildoso had them all, and also fast and reliable support. Thanks to CS team, lol! I've put them to the test, and only used their mailboxes for a February campaign. This is what I achieved.

AI has changed GTM forever. The sales department can run itself Sounds wild? It’s already happening. AI agents are about to completely change how we look at sales. They can already handle tasks humans hate. → Data entry. → Prospect research. → Automated outreach. → Social media engagement. This tech is not perfect, but it's learning at a huge speed. Here are 10 AI sales agents you can implement today. 1. Artisan: Automates the entire SDR function. 3. Common Room: Helps you find the right signal for each prospect 4. Claygent: Scrape, summarize and analyze data at scale 5. Induced: Orchestrating repetitive browser tasks. 6. Relevance AI: AI Agents that scale expertise 7. 11x: AI SDR - Digital workers, human results 8. Octave: Research ICP, and generate highly personalized copy 9. Extrovert: Social relationships with leads at scale 10. Bardeen: AI copilot for GTM teams. Would you already start implementing AI agents in your business?

You can solve 70% of your cold outreach in 1 hour ↓ Most problems I hear (clients/audience): 1. I don't know what niche to target 2. I don't know what my offer should be 3. I don't know who my ideal audience is If this is you, great. These are the right questions. Now, you can solve all 3 of them in 3 steps. --- 1. Create an "I am 70% happy" Ideal Customer profile ↓ → Get something to write on → Describe your best past collaboration → Describe what they needed, and how you helped 2. Create an "I am 70% happy" offer ↓ → Take your Pains + Goals list → Take the highest impact + ROI + fulfillment ones → Define a clear and direct proposition (like a headline) → Mine is: “Get B2B sales qualified leads with cold email” 3. Based on your hypothesis, create copy for a 3-step sequence: → Use a trigger + observation (personalization) → Use it to make a match to your value prop (relevance) → Ask your prospect what you want them to do (Soft CTA) → Tip: Make it short, mobile-optimized, and easy to reply to. Create a lookalike audience with CompanyEnrich (Personal favorite) → They don’t have static databases, they use real-time updates. → Seamless workflow integrations, sending data to clay tables. → Smart AI-matching, evaluating multiple data points. → More results than most lookalike providers. → Min 1k results per lookalike search --- Now you've got: → One specific ICP → One clear and simple offer → One clear and simple message to share → One tool to find and enrich company information. Why aim for “70% happy" with your ICP + offer ↓ You get to "100%" by testing them on REAL people. Every email, dm, sales call, and rejection/win = data points. Perfectionism is your enemy. Iteration is your ally.

“My cold email doesn’t work” This is what I hear from all my clients at the beginning of the call. But, here’s how I help them fix it: 1. Define your product/service really well. → Make an accurate description → 3 to 5 points on differentiated value → Have a status quo, capabilities and challenges → Describe customer benefits and cost of inaction. 2. Define your persona. → What’s their primary responsabilities? → What’s their primary pain points? → What’s their key objections → What’s their key concerns → Common job tittles 3. Discover how people are using your product/service → Define at least 3 scenarios → Define at least 3 desired outcomes → Design a short description of how they connect 4. Use references/ case studies → How they make, save money → How they use your product/service → How they benefit from the product/service Now you have you’re ready to start prospecting. You got your demographics, hypothesis and ideal customer profile defined. You have everything you need to create a list, messaging and enrichment. You don’t need to send 10.000 emails/day. You just need: → A good email infrastructure → A clearly defined persona → A personal and relevant email. Need help creating a tailored process for you and your sales team? Comment “Cold Email” and send me a connection request P.S. Was this process flow helpful? ♻️ Repost to help your network grow
