3) “Interested in seeing how we’re solving this challenge?”

2. Check Their Interest

✅ You don’t close deals with your first email. You get permission to talk. Your job here is to check interest without scaring them away.

a) “Curious to learn more?”
b) “Does this look relevant for you?”
c) “Want me to send a little more detail?”
d) “Think this might be worth a look?”

3. Offer More Without Overloading 

✅ Sometimes, less is more. Share enough to hook them, but don’t dump everything in one go.

i) “Mind if I send a quick breakdown of how this works?”
ii) “Can I share a 2-minute video that explains it?”
iii) “Want me to drop over some details?”
iv) “Could I share a few ideas that might help here?”

4. Give Prospects Control

✅ Nobody wants to feel cornered. Let your prospects stay in control. It builds trust.

A) “What do you think about this?”
B) “Any thoughts here? Curious to hear your take.”
C) “Does this sound like something worth exploring further?”

When you focus on relevance and let the other person decide what comes next, they’ll respect your approach.

Most SDRs chase meetings. The best ones start conversations.
