đ± I believe that people who feel well, perform well. đ± I believe that people who are self-aware, perform better and collaborate better. đ± And I believe that in order to lead others, you need to lead yourself first. These beliefs are the foundation of what I do. My passion comes from my ability to help people grow and expand themselves beyond what they thought possible - and succeed. That's what I do best. đžFor you as a driven, high-performing professional or founder leading yourself. đžFor you as a leader noticing that books, classroom trainings and TED talks donât turn you into the leader you aspire to be. I can help you start leading yourself in a more conscious way, get clear on who you are, where you're going and confident about the choices you make for yourself. So you can đ±Perform and deliver â with a calmer mind and energy left at the end of the day. đ±Find a sustainable way of living and working â with ripple effects on both your leadership and your relationships. đ± Enjoy life on your terms and last in the long run. Why go with me? đžWith me you get a down-to-earth, warm and engaged partner who has been through the highs and lows of juggling a global manager role, a crowded diary and 3 kids. đžYou get a curious, open-minded ICF-coach who coaches by the high standards set by International Coaching Federation. đžI bring energy, clarity and a holistic perspective (and a bit of playfulness). I am a great listener, but not afraid to challenge you. I have a creative mind, but can also be with serious emotions. I will hold a safe space, so you dare to look within for the answers I know you have. I can help you get to the front seat of your life and to design your unique roadmap, so that you can truly own your journey and fill it with what gives you energy and fulfilment. My approach mixes coaching with evidence based tools for self-leadership, stress management and well-being. The beauty is in the blend. All in a simple and action-oriented way - 20 minutes a day goes a long way. But those you need to commit to: I will give you the keys, but you have to turn them around yourself. đŹI'm just a DM away. Let's talk! đđ» Here as HR or Manager? Happy to support your company and co-workers with developing (self-)leadership skills or communication skills. I am an appreciated facilitator thanks to my ability to create a safe, relaxed and inclusive space for participants. Talk to me about leadership development, creating effective teams or preparing your spokespersons for media engagements. đ±Let's grow together!

I still have to pinch my arm a bit. As you do, when dreams come true. Right? Eurovision Song Contest came to MY city Malmö last year. And I got to spend an entire week backstage, working with the broadcast commentators. I was a tiny, tiny cog in a big, big cogwheel - the sparkly, glammy, glittery show that I've been following since I was a little girl. HEAVEN. And the evenings, at the live shows, with my sister a k a partner-in-bling, going all in on outfits, glitter, hairpieces and feathers. Did I say heaven? An intense and fun week which left me with memories of a lifetime. And, some leadership lessons. So as KAJ and the Swedish entry "Bara bada bastu" gets ready for the stage in the first semi-final tonight... ...here's what I observed and learnt about leadership from working behind the scenes. đŹ Will you watch Eurovision? đŹ Who's your favourite? * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * đ€ Iâm Annika â I coach women in demanding roles to lead and live without losing their minds, their energy or themselves. đïž Follow to get insights + nudges on ambition, energy and leading from the inside out.
Her nervous system was already in fight-or-flight. And she hadnât even left the bed. I spoke to a senior Communications Manager the other week. She said: âI start every day already behind.â Before her eyes even opened, her brain was scanning: â Her mailbox â Her Teams chat pings â Her back-to-back calendar. â The quiet pressure of keeping everyone and everything moving. đ°ïžShe thought the problem was time. đđŒOr willpower. đ„·đŒOr needing better ways of organising (but trust me, sheâs a ninja at at that already). Itâs easy to think we just need to work smarter. That's we're being too ambitious. And then we end up feeling "not enough". But ambition is not the problem. How you fuel it is. It wasnât her ambition that wore her down. It was how she had fuelled it: with pressure, self-critique and (almost) no pauses. Weâll now be working on shifting the fuel. Keep the ambition, keep the drive...but make it sustainable đ± If that sounds like a shift youâd like too: Join me for a free webinar next week on how to fuel your ambition without losing yourself in the process: đ Thursday, May 22 đĄ 12.00 noon CET pĂ„ svenska đĄ 3.00 PM CET in English đ Link to sign up: https://lnkd.in/dAH9yqVW âš Welcome!
The women I coach donât need more productivity hacks. They need permission to stop sprinting. I know that you know you should slow down But when action is how you prove your worth, how do you stop.... without losing who you are? You keep telling yourself: âIâll take a break when things calm down.â But things never calm down, do they? (never did for me, anyway) The pace, the pressure, the pride in keeping it all together. You know what? đđŒ Slowing down isnât about doing less. đđŒ Itâs about doing what matters. This is not an overnight shift (our thought & behaviour patterns go deeper than that). But there's a way to start, and that's learning how to âš Pause and think before saying "yes". âš Refill your energy, not just consume it âš Make choices based on whatâs right for YOU, not just whatâs expected Itâs not about dropping your ambition. Itâs about learning to fuel it differently, and leading yourself in a more sustainable way. Because when you stop running on autopilot, you can finally start moving in the right direction. How you lead yourself sets the tone for everything else. đ
You made it to the weekend. Now give your mind a minute. It's Friday. It's end of May. Right in the middle of a long weekend. (is anybody even here today...?) So let's keep it short and sweet. Before we head into the first official summer month, can we do this: Commit to invest 15 minutes in closing May. âđŒReflection helps you to become more aware about your thoughts and your choices. âđŒ It helps you to appreciate what you have and who you are. đżAnd what we focus on grows...so this is an opportunity for you to steer your mind and be more intentional with what you do. As usual, some questions to get you going, brought to you today from Paris (can you sense the metropolitan vibe?). đ„đ§đ·Enjoy your weekends! What are you all up to? PS. So as I'm in Paris, this will be a bit of a post-and-ghost-thing. But I wanted to get you these questions. Good thing with this scheduling-function, isn't it đ€

How do you know whoâs struggling? You donât. Some challenges are invisible. Hereâs my oldest daughter. She turns 20 today. There's a journey behind this smile. Youâd never guess how much sheâs fought to get here. When she was around 12â13, something shifted. From being bright, creative, full of life.... she started to struggle. We didn't notice at first. She was good at masking - as girls often are. Back then, we didnât know she had ADHD. But we could tell life got harder. School, friendships and the world around her... it became overwhelming. Some friends (and their parents) quietly pulled away when things got tough. Judged her. "Lazy", some said. "Rude", others said. "Messy, irresponsible, careless...." Now, those are interpretations. Judgements of the intention behind. Guesses at where the behaviour comes from. đ How can you tell if someone is lazy â or completely exhausted? đ Rude â or unable to control their impulses? đ Disorganised â or can't find their way out of chaos? We had to unlearn and relearn everything. We spent hours reading, listening, talking about NPF. To understand what was going on, to understand her and to meet her in a way that met her needs. Today she turns 20. Next week she graduates and heads out into adulthood. Bright, creative, full of life... I'm incredibly proud of her, and the journey she's been through â€ïž What I want for her is what I want for all: âš To be met with curiosity instead of judgement. âš To be accepted and appreciated as is. âš To be free from the idea of having to change in order to fit in. This is where emotionally intelligent leadership starts. And this is what I wish more people understand. Both at work and in life. You never see the full story. You never really know what someone is carrying. Therefore: Curiosity over assumptions. What would shift if we got a little more curious - and a little less quick to judge?
No, not everyone wants to: - Work from a beach - Leave their corporate job - Run a half (or even a full) marathon Stop making people feel bad because they donât. There's no one-size-fits-all version of goals. People saying this is it and everyone should want it undermine other dreams in life. Other needs. Other values. Ultimately: Undermine the importance of listening inwards. To YOURSELF. Don't follow the noise. Do YOUR thing. PS. Here I am again â same desk, same office, yet another day, putting in the work. Thing is, I LOVE it. My coffee, my laptop and a 20 minute bike ride from my home where I have my husband and 3 teenagers. If you don't love what you do every day, you will struggle. Fact. đ
The stress isnât just from work. Itâs also from you. You are the person you spend your whole life with. Your longest relationship. Often your worst one too. Treated with: đ„Ž Constant pressure đ Unrealistic expectations (goals way out of reach) đ And a tone of voice weâd never use with anyone else Imagine saying to your best friend: âNot good enough. You should have done more. Youâre falling behind.â Howcome it is OK to treat yourself like that? Self-compassion isnât a just a nice idea. It's neuroscience. đ Kindness towards yourself activates systems in your brain that calm and restore. Its a science-based strategy for personal sustainability. It lowers stress. It helps you bounce back faster. And it saves energy you didnât even realize you were wasting on beating yourself up. The way you treat yourself really does set the tone for everything else. If you want less stress, start here. How would your day change if you talked to yourself like someone you cared about?
