I spent 10 years chasing things that could disappear overnight.

I turned down $250K because of what Charlie Munger taught me.

The offer was simple: consult for a company selling overpriced courses to desperate entrepreneurs. Easy money. I needed it.

But I kept thinking about Munger's rule: "Don't sell anything you wouldn't buy yourself."

Would I buy their $5K course? No.

Would I recommend it to a friend? Hell no.

So why would I help them sell it?

The internal war was brutal. I had payroll coming up. My savings were thin. This one deal would solve everything.

Advice from “safe” people is sh*t

They’ll kill your dream before it starts

Most people are experts at projecting.

→ “That’ll never work.”
→ “It’s too risky.”
→ “You won’t make money.”
→ “It’s not the safe thing for your family.”

Translation?
They’re telling you what they are afraid of, not what you’re capable of.

Every founder-creator I know, who built something, had to push that aside.

Security is a mirage.

→ The “safe” corporate job disappears with one restructuring.
→ The “guaranteed” paycheck evaporates the moment someone higher up changes strategy.
→ The “stable” path often leaves you unfulfilled, drained, and wondering why you played it small.

What looks “crazy” to everyone else usually means:
→ You’ve spotted opportunity they can’t see
→ You’re willing to endure risk they can’t handle
→ You care more about freedom than permission

When I started over and built my brand, people thought it was reckless.
“Can you really make money doing that?”
“Why risk starting from zero?”
"When are you getting your next job?"

But now?
I’ve built a business that pays me in both income and freedom.
I get to help people find their “aha” moment.
I get to be present with my wife and kids.
And I finally feel calm, because I chose my path.

You don’t need their approval.
You don’t even need them to understand.
You just need the courage to bet on yourself.

Build a life you don’t need to escape.

Your systems are already telling the truth.
