I am a BDR Team Lead and a Learning Expert at Docebo, a leading AI-based learning platform that helps organizations create and deliver online L&D and enablement programs. I have a Diploma of Education in Creative Photography from Humber College, where I developed my creativity and artistic skills. With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, I transitioned to SaaS sales during the pandemic and have been enjoying the ride ever since. I use my creativity to paint the picture of the experience that customers will have with Docebo's learning solution, not just the product itself. I also use my problem-solving skills to align with other team leads on BDR goals and activities, monitor and coach calls and processes, and perform BDR responsibilities as a lead. As a Learning Expert, I connect with organizations that are ready for a learning culture shift. I focus on understanding their current learning strategy, recognizing their learners' needs, and correlating the learning impact across the organization to business ROI. I have helped generate multiple qualified opportunities and pipeline growth for Docebo, thanks to my relationship-building and resilience skills.
