The impact you want won’t come from pushing harder, but breaking the patterns you avoid. 🗣“I feel like I’m the only one who cares". That’s what one executive told me - drained, frustrated, and at his limit. - He kept pushing his team. - Sending reminders. - Chasing deadlines. But nothing changed. Why? Because he was stuck in a silent limiting belief: “I’m the only one who cares.” The reality kept proving that belief. It blinded him to see the need for connection.
