I initiated and led an establishment of a regional direction on Supplier Management for parts and raw materials, through new cross-functional cooperation. I led a project of 7 strategic buyers and managers from different locations in the European procurement organization that focused on developing key regional supplier management processes. 
I recruited, onboarded, and supported the development of a new European purchasing team.
Reported to Head of European Purchasing and dotted line to VP BU Purchasing.

My mission was to assure cost targets and supplier excellence for the whole portfolio of Aluminium & Flux (Raw Materials) for 7 plants in Europe and spend of 80mln€. 
The responsibility was from benchmarks and internal analysis, vision and strategy definition, guidance on market and price trends, alignment with key top stakeholders in regional management and BU’s to execution in cooperation with cross-functional stakeholders and plant buyers including contract management and negotiation of long-term agreements.
Beyond the above key role, I actively contributed to leveling up commodity management in the organization by establishing a regional standard

European Commodity Manager

I led an aluminum extrusion area and was responsible for strategy development and execution, supply base management, and cost management for 7 plants with a spend of over 40mln€.
Beyond that, I proactively contributed to the development of the regional commodity management function for raw materials, by building a supplier market and capability knowledge, and process efficiency.

Responsible for assuring supplier readiness and meeting cost targets for French customers' projects. Managed suppliers for injection molding, stamping parts, and textile.

Today I turn 44.

And this year, I chose to begin differently.

Not with a big party.
Not even with family or friends.
But with me.

Because I needed it.

I was called to let go of a pattern my mind and body have known for years.

One that has been on and off, keeping me in doing and serving more, because my subconscious registered it as a key source of joy.

But my highest self, my soul, knows it's time to stabilize the other sources of joy:
💫 Joy from being and receiving.

So I booked myself a night at a beautiful hotel on the Palm.
I had fun at a quiet dinner by myself, mindfully enjoying every bite.

I immersed myself in quantum meditations, anchoring new beliefs and feelings.

I read about joy.
I made new commitments.
I relaxed on the beach.
I cared for my body with treatments.

No schedule. No need to serve.
Pure presence.
Pure joy.
Just being with myself and its energy.

Watching my inner connection deepen.

My energy elevates.
My subconscious mind and body feeling at peace.

Enjoying receiving... 
- a longer checked out.
- a 30% discount in a restaurant.
- a piece of BD cake.
- a kindness from the hotel stuff.

This birthday marks anchoring what's inevitable on my path & surrendering to it even more.

And the number 44 symbolising stability and foundation, could not be a better moment to anchor deeper my highest self identity:
→ The legacy leader.
→ The visionary.
→ The paradigm shift catalyst.
→ The woman, the human - who facilitates and creates exponential transformation and growth not through more doing, but through more being.

I am deeply grateful for this experience, and for listening to my highest self.

One of the most common and devastating mind traps of ambitious leaders is the Hyper-Achiever.

It whispers the lie:
“If I achieve more, I’ll finally feel happy and worthy.”

And so you push harder.
You postpone breaks you know you need.
You don’t celebrate small wins, only big ones.
You cut time with loved ones, promising to reconnect “after the next goal.”

On the outside? You look successful.
On the inside? You feel restless, drained, and disconnected.

And here’s the real cost:

Legacy Leaders slow down intentionally to quantum leap.
Not to rest as a reward, but as a strategic move to grow exponentially.

In the past, I knew rest was important - yet rarely followed through.

Because “rest to rest” was never motivating enough.

I’ve heard top leaders say:

“The more time off you take, the more your business grows.”
I got it conceptually, but my subconscious was tied to other beliefs, like
 “I will lose momentum when I slow down.”
 “I need first to do XYZ before I can slow down.”

And of course, slowing down rarely came…
or came only as a recovery from exhaustion.

Everything shifted when I understood the science behind it -
 The truth not many leaders live by:

👉 95% of your success is driven by three human drivers
- not strategy or action alone.

And one of them is your nervous system.

Here’s what human and quantum science reveal:

If your nervous system isn’t on board with your vision,

It perceives your goals as a threat -
and unconsciously sabotages even your best ideas, actions, and plans.

So when you intentionally slow down, you:

1️⃣ Teach your body that it’s safe to slow down.

 You anchor the belief: “I lead from alignment and presence, not hustle and busyness.”

2️⃣ Expand your nervous system’s capacity to hold more.

 You build safety to sustain your next-level vision, bold moves, and success - without resistance.

3️⃣ Bypass the conscious mind and access higher intelligence.

 As your brain waves slow, your subconscious opens.
 New clarity, ideas, and solutions emerge - not from effort, but from flow.

This awareness changed everything about how I rest.

 I began creating micro-moments of rest during my workdays -
 and made longer “slow-down” periods a non-negotiable strategy.

Each time I do, I feel a shift.
My clarity deepens.
My energy realigns.

And opportunities start flowing - often without me taking any action.

That is the true science and magic of slowing down intentionally.

So if you still postpone rest while building your business or legacy, remember:

✨ Slowing down isn’t losing momentum.
✨ Slowing down isn’t a reward for your hard work.
✨ Slowing down is a strategic move to align your energy with your vision, access higher clarity, and create momentum that lasts.

10x growth is easier than 2x
Sounds impossible? That’s what I thought too.

For years, I believed the only way to grow faster was to work harder.

Long hours. Extra effort. Pushing myself.
I thought that was the price of ambitious leaders.

But it came at a cost:
stress, back pain, less time with family, and less space for myself.

It created a ceiling.

At some point it just did not feel aligned with it any more.

When I decided to transition from a corporate career to start Extraordinary Leadership, I promised myself to find a more balanced way to exponential growth & success.

I started to follow leaders, mostly entrepreneurs, who truly breakthrough conventional success.

Who build extraordinary businesses while working less, feeling more energized & enjoying family time.

I noticed they have done it in a different way that I knew till then.
I decided to explore it, learn, be guided by them & be in proximity.

It shifted many beliefs.

It gave me access to a way of leading that feels more aligned, energizing, more balanced, more present and unleashing bigger potential.

A way that enables exponential growth - (the 10x) - on several levels with less effort, less hard work.

Over time, I realized there are not many leaders and entrepreneurs that have access to it.

Your legacy as a leader is to be a multiplier.


Developing leaders isn’t optional.
It’s your most important responsibility.


When you focus on growing leaders, you build an organization that keeps growing without you having to push.

As Amit Grover, MBA said in the last Extraordinary Leadership episode 
“To build a legacy, you need to help leaders become their best version of self”.

And I could not agree more, and was personally excited about this part in my corporate roles, and now it’s the main zone of my work.


Here’s how Legacy Leaders develop leaders & multiply impact👇


1. Let Go of Being the Expert — Embody the Identity of a Legacy Leader

Whatever you give energy to — expands.
So focus on being the impact multiplier, not the expert.
Your role is to create the space where others rise.
 

2. Understand Your Leaders Deeply

Go beyond surface-level interests.
Discover who they are, how they see themselves, their personality style, and even their mental saboteurs (it’s eye-opening!).
That awareness helps you meet them where they are.


3. Help your leaders Shape Their Vision & Identity

Ask them: What do you want to create? Who do you want to become?
When leaders connect with their future identity, their behaviors naturally align.
You’ll both see where support and alignment are needed.


4. Clarify Decision Ownership

Define where they have full authority and where your input is needed.
It builds trust and accelerates ownership.


5. Schedule Periodic Conversations

Not just to check progress.
but to connect, build trust, help them overcome resistance, and celebrate growth.


6. Coach More, Tell Less

Mentoring has value.
But nothing beats coaching through powerful questions.
It opens new perspectives, fuels ownership, and builds confidence & helps them become the best version.
Release the bias of “knowing it all.”
Instead, hold space for their brilliance to emerge.


7. Give Your Leaders Access to Coaching & Transformation

This doesn’t take away your power - it amplifies it.
It shows confidence, not weakness.
By investing in their growth, you accelerate collective success.
This is how they truly can step into being their best version of self.
When you focus on growing leaders, your impact multiplies far beyond what you could ever do alone.


And Here’s My Final Word

You can’t lead your people where you haven’t been yourself.
If you’ve never worked on your mindset,
You can’t help them shift theirs.
If you’ve never elevated your identity and vision,
You can’t help them evolve.
If you don’t know your own mind, saboteurs,
You’ll miss vital cues in others and struggle to lead through resistance.
Etc…


Legacy Leadership starts with your own inner mastery.
