Developed Sales Enablement SOPs, ensuring changes were adopted across the sales team, leading to an increase in outbound prospecting by over 200%.

Designed and executed a guerilla marketing and sales campaign for SaaStr, one of the largest sales and startup conferences in the United States. Led a team of 6 direct reports, socializing the brand and sourcing ~$300K in qualified pipeline over the 3-day conference.

GTM and Customer Success

Concord Project Technologies Inc.

Enterprise Sales and Management Consulting: Drove full-cycle sales opportunities to win consulting contracts on large-scale construction mega projects ($35M+). 

Client Management: Managed client relationships across 4 continents, identifying and providing needed resources for project execution. Served as the primary point of contact for an enterprise contract with Shell, implementing Advanced Work Packaging training across 5 project sites. 

Detail-Oriented and Documentation: Spearheaded ISO 9001:2015 Certification, establishing a Quality Management System by organizing and documenting internal protocols. Navigated two external audits and earned certification in 3 months.

Self Starter, Strategic Planing, and Project Execution: Stood up the Concord Academy, a boutique certifying body for Advanced Work Packaging, from inception to roll-out in 6 months. Organized the platform/course content, drafted sales copy for the website, and executed GTM strategy. In one year, 3,000 individuals enrolled in online courses from over 25 countries, and over 60 new logos were acquired.

Opened the Latin American market, previously underserved due to a lack of access to industry materials in Spanish. The organization is now the leading provider of training for the South American mining industry. Implemented pricing structures appropriate to the region.
