2. Monthly accelerators.
3. Top AEs doing 200% or more.

A bad quota:

1. Most reps missing.
2. Company still hiring AEs.
3. AEs not making much money.
4. No accelerators or yearly accelerators.

As long as this is your north star and you make positive changes when it's not happening.
