With over 14 years of Sales and Sales management experience in SaaS and years on the other side of the table as a partner and project manager for implementation, I know the Ins and Outs of a good SaaS contract. I also know when businesses have been sold something not aligned with their short- and long-term objectives. There is much value to be gained in most of these SaaS agreements, and sometimes it is a question of getting back to basics and getting the core done exceptionally well.
